Toppings: The toppings are good/fresh toppings. BUT, the toppings are sparse in the pizza. In this day, had a couple of specialty pizzas too (Mondo) and (Garden of Eden). For the price, there should be more topping content. Go here, you definitely (will not) be disappointed....it's good.

Ordered 4 large pizzas to split between all of us -- ended up paying a ridiculous amount for what we got. The pizzas were paper-thin, barely any toppings. Since the food and value were so disappointing, we didn't leave a tip. As we were walking out, one of the male employees yelled across the store, "No tip? F*** off, don't ever come back." Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. We came in as paying customers and left feeling disrespected over something that should've just been a normal business interaction. Won't be back, and I'd think twice before going here with a group. Portions don't match the price, and the customer service backs it up when you call them out on it.

Walked in and waited to be seated as the sign read. None of the workers were paying attention and sitting at the bar on their phones when we came in and didn't realize we were there until waiting a good five minutes and approaching them instead of the waitress approaching us. Finally we were seated and ate. After that we again waited for her at the front while nobody helped us and we were the only people in the restaurant. She gave us the receipt to sign and we did not think it was appropriate to tip so we used the excuse that "We didn't have enough money" and she said "Well maybe you shouldn't have come in if you don't have money to tip." The service there should not have been this bad, especially for a restaurant with no people in it. read more

I tried the McSalty's on battlefield rd a few weeks back and it was okay. The store on Sunshine is much better. As for the "pizza snob" review, McSalty's has never tried to sell a "new york style" pizza. I have never had a problem getting extra sauce on my pizza or even getting one made 1/2 and 1/2. The mushrooms were fresh, NOT canned, and the cheese is a blend, I actually asked and was told Mozz, prov, and ched. good food, but I still prefer the Sunshine restaurant. read more

Pathetic - At the McSalty's on Sunshine - We were served brown lettuce on the salads we ordered. It took nearly an hour to get the 2 pizzas to the table and the excuse was they were busy. I didn't know it was going to be quite that thin, but it wasn't the worst thing I had ever eaten or anything. It just wasn't very good-quality. Everything here seems really highly processed and pulled from bags and bins. Ordering marinara sauce took forever to get. When I ordered one more after she brought one for my son, I never got it until we were done eating and ready to pay. Mind you, she didn't stay at the table long enough for everyone at the table to say what they needed; otherwise I could've ordered mine with his. I hate to say it, but Garbo's was kind of a disappointment. It has so much potential, especially with them doing trivia upstairs and with the business being in such a cool area.
