Stopped in for dinner after a long drive from Texas. The menu has lots of options. We were immediately seated around 7:00 pm. The restaurant was pretty busy but our server Benjamin came over immediately and took our drink order. We ordered the Chicken nachos and they let us sub pork for the chicken. The toppings are good and plentiful but the chips were really thick. Some were crunchy while others were just hard. I was too tired to send them back and order something else so I just mostly ate the toppings. Hubby ordered the Shrimp and tenders. We were sharing and this entry was plenty to share. You get 4 decent size fried shrimp and two very large chicken tenders. They came out very hot, perfect!!! The fries were luke warm and not very good. We would get this again but probably try other sides. We noticed many people around us getting the flatbread pizzas. They all looked delicious! We definitely would come back and try other things. Not sure if it was because we came during the off season, or because the restaurant was busy, but our experience was just ok. We came for the fish and chips they everyone raved about on the reviews. We ended up getting the seafood sampler. We stated off with a small salad and French ok ion soup. Took quite a bit of time before we got either. Once we got the food the soil was good, the salad was just a salad. We were disappointed in the seafood. It was way over cooked, the shrimp was tough and the fish had no flavor. Veterans Day was popping which was great to see, Happy Veterans Day to all that have served and fought for our freedom!! The service tonight was amazing as always at Bricktown. Bartender was fast and friendly, she did a great job. The Meatloaf was charred and a little overcooked IMO, but still tasted pretty good. However, their meatloaf is usually REALLY good. Upon arrival, we were seated promptly. However, service for drink ordering and food took a while. My Bricktown Club and side salad was delicious. The ingredients were fresh ,and the sandwich flavorful. Yet my dad did not enjoy his Bacon Cheddar burger, saying the patty was probably frozen, unseasoned, and dry. He would not recommend ordering. Let me start off by saying Galvin our server was amazing he was easy to talk with and joke with, he gave us great suggestions, and we did make it in later which we felt bad but we were HUNGRY lol. They were patient with us and took great care of us, galvin made it a great experience. Ok with that said the food was pretty dang good we got the Bavarian pretzel which was cooked perfectly with a light crunch and soft inside, and the cheese dipping sauce was different but good. We got Gavin's suggestions which was the chicken nachos (which were so big my wife did not put a dent in them) the nacho chips were home made and were light and airy with an amazing crunch and even better flavor. I got the bbq chicken pizza that was very delicious and the crust was also light and airy with a amazing crunch with the perfect softness in the middle, the only complaint was there was not enough bbq sauce on the pizza but Galvin to the rescue, be brought me some extra and it made a huge difference and I ate the whole pizza minus a couple bites from my wife. We stopped here from Kansas City Mo on our way down to Branson Mo and I want to thank Galvin and the staff for taking great care of us, if we're out this way again we will definitely stop in. Their portions are large, service is friendly and attentive and you usually don't have to wait too long for a table... Although we do like to go just before or after of the typical dinner rush. Steaks, burgers, chicken wings, spicy chicken sandwiches, jumbo shrimp, are our family favorites. The French onion soup is really good too! The bartenders are kept hopping but the drinks still come out pretty quickly. There is a ton of seating at the bar too. When a brewery's highest rated beer on Untapped is a 4.19 out of 5 and it's non-alcoholic root beer, it should tell you something about the place you're going. That said, this isn't a brewery. Sure. They serve beer from Bricktown Brewery. In Oklahoma City. Over 300 miles away. But...this is really just a restaurant chain pretending to be a brewery, so don't expect to go there and get any experimental or exciting beers. Now, as a restaurant, it doesn't do a horrible job. Everything we've ever had has been passable, but nothing to go out of our way to get. Food choices are just sports bar standards. And, simply put, there are better sports bars with better food in town. Frankly, this is a place we go when someone else suggests and pushes us towards it. We just don't think it's all that great and typically won't choose to go there. read more

Service was good. We were seated pretty quickly. Our waitress brought out our drinks pretty quickly. Food was terrible. The beer battered fried fish had very little flavor. The slaw was a joke. There was supposed to be a bread and butter pickling on it. It was just shredded cabbage. It didn't even have pepper on it! My sweet potato fries were the best. When we first got there, the restaurant was somewhat quiet but several large parties came in as time passed and it got really loud. I would not recommend this place for people with small kids or people that don't like loud crowd noise. This is by far the best food we've ever had at a brewery! The chicken strips were amazing as was the gravy and Mac and cheese. They have a great brews selection, making it tough to choose. I ended up with the Bluesberry Ale, which was delicious. Our waitress, Timi, was friendly and was quick with the refills. We will absolutely be back. read more

I placed an online order to go today. I arrived 15 minutes after ordering and checked in on line. I waited for 15 minutes and called the store to check on the status of my order. The person who answered the phone said that they would check and placed me on hold. i waited, on hold, for another 15 minutes before deciding to go inside. I waited at the to go desk for 10 minutes being totally ignored. I finally went to the greeters station and asked for a manager. I will say the manager was a saving grace to this whole experience. She offered me coupons for a future visit, which I turned down. She offered to remake my order, I told her that after almost an hour, I was tired of waiting. I stated that I would rather have a refund and be on my way. She did offer me a refund and let me go ahead and take the meal that i had ordered. My interaction with the manager was very pleasant.
