First time at the Republic location. We were greeted by friendly staff and were seated quickly. The restaurant was primarily a central room with a bar and TV in the back. Modern decor, minimalist but comfortable. We used to go to the Springfield location with elderly parents who really enjoyed the Greek salad and creative pizza. Some twenty years later we can attest the quality and flavor are still excellent! My wife and I split a Greek salad and the Gaia pizza, requesting an extra crispy crust. It was done to perfection. We're happy Arris is still wonderful and so close. Definitely a repeater for us! read more

First time in and was really impressed by everything. Started with a Greek salad and it was fantastic. Kalamata olives, peppers, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes and a great dressing! Then came the pizza. We ordered the Apollo. It had Canadian bacon, bacon, jalapeño and pineapple on a perfect thin crust! Amazing. Our waitress, Ivory was awesome. There is also a cool bar, as well. They have the best pizza in town but that's a low bar. My favorite order there is Jakes Favorite baked sub. Their sandwiches and Gyros are excellent. Arris is one of our goto places in Republic eating there multiple times a month. read more

I love the Italian cake at Arris Pizza! My 4 year old grandson loves the kid's pizza!! He can eat almost all of it! I usually order Spinach Lasagna with Greek Salad then take a piece of Italian cake home to enjoy in the evening at home. The service is always great!! read more

We ate here because it was touted as the best pizza in town and we don't live here so we gave it a try. As another reviewer said, it's a low bar. It was only ok. I got the basil w/o feta and my husband got the bruschetta with pepperoni w/o feta. The salad was meh. The service was great - our server was a great communicator which we really appreciated (she came back to confirm our order since we had a couple changes from their regular ordering and then their computer system crashed). Ordered Spanakopita and a pizza. The app was spot on. 45 min later the pizza came out. One bite and we were done. Burnt. Significantly torched. I ran pizza joints for years and years. No way no how that would've ever left the kitchen and they were not busy so no excuse. That amount of time and they could've burnt it, refired it and burnet it again. Manager came out. Made all kinds of excuses then said well next time just tell them to not cook it as long. WTF? Also said that the way Ariss Pardolous did it was not their way anymore. My husband and I ended up eating here twice this weekend....dinner on Sat, May 21 and lunch on Sun May 22. Both times the food was absolutely excellent and the service was great! On Sat, my husband and I both had the Traditional Gyro.....Yum!!!! It comes with a generous amount of tzatziki sauce and feta delicious.... The pita bread is soft and warm... the meat....delicious!!! Our server, Jordan, was very engaging and friendly...he only works on Sat, though. On Sunday, my husband had the meatball sub and I had the Eros pizza... again, outstanding. Our server checked back with us frequently to see if we needed anything...very friendly!!! Please try this place....you will not be disappointed! read more
