Not a fast food fan esp McDonald's but it was right across the lot from the gas station so it was on as we were traveling home and have the dog. Used the facilities and they were fine. Everything worked. Did not use the kiosk to order. Went the counter and was greeted. Placed my order and paid. Got my receipt and a thank you. While I waited I watched. They were pretty busy but seemed to be a little behind as there were a lot of carry out to the car things happening but it was getting out. Too a bit but nothing bad life my order. The manger called my number but she knew it was mine. She apologized for the wait and a thank you which was nice. The fries were ok. The single burger is much smaller with ketchup and pickles and bits of onion. It was ok as some was for the dog. Prob be another long time before I'm up for fast food. . read more

Wow, the reviews are not good and I am going to add another. This place needs some serious training! The young girl had no clue. I asked for a hamburger happy meal with extra pickle, cho. milk and fries with apple slices. She kept asking if I wanted extra fries. I said no I want the small fries and apple slices. She said you have to pick one... Whatever give me fries... It took some time for me to get my meal but no pickle and i got large fries no apple slices. No napkins for take out. We decided to sit inside and I called the manager over. NOW SHE was very apologetic. I just said your girl needs some more training or someone along side to help her until she gets it. I also told her that in her bathroom the toilet was clogged. There were no marks showing that anyone had cleaned it for sometime. My standards are already low if I'm choosing McDonalds. It's more of a McDon'tGo for me. But as my friend was craving something that would slightly resemble a cheeseburger with only ketchup. Well not even the McDonalds God's could help with the disappointment that was served to him. Two pieces of bread slapped together with slimy luke warm pickles that seeped deep into the soggy buns, as well as the ever so reminiscent putrid smell of onions that leaked from the "burger" sprinkled in the ketchup. A moment in our life where we had to think, To Karen or Not to Karen? (We chose a yelp review) Overall, 1/5 stars because the sweet tea was good, but our fries wouldn't even be eaten by the birds. read more

First let me say I loath fast food joints and I do not lower myself to eat at them. However my family has lacking standards to my own. They order food through the app every weekend before heading to visit family and for the last three weeks in a row this place has either forgotten half the order or "ran out" of something and replaced it with something not even close. As far as the food quality is what you would expect from McDonald's. The catch with this one is, pray they don't screw up your order, because that is what they are known for. Don't be surprised when they mess up your order and it takes twice as long as it should. I have been here several times, and that is a constant with this restaurant. If your in the drive thru, and they ask you to pull forward, don't!! You have just ensured that they will take their time getting your food to you and it will probably be messed up. Added on 10/28/2018 Well I went back, was on a trip, and should have know better. After ordering 5 times in the drive through I gave up and left. Went to the one In Strafford (by they way it is owned by the same guy). Ended up having to pull forward to get my order right, and they still screwed it up. Nasty I wish I could give this McDonald's no stars. Yuck. Pulled up was told it would be a minute no problem. A minute layer they hams us or bag fries ate cold...my husband handed it back asked if we could get fresh fries. At that point we start eating our burgers while we wait. Burgers buns are stale meat is barely warm. Nasty. The guy opens the window hands my us a new bag with fries we decide to drive off and not mention the burgers thinking that we got new fries. It's a McDonalds. Appears to be slower then a normal big town McDonalds but that's understandable. I've had a bad experience on more then one occasion with attitudes, and employees being impolite. These attitudes usually occur after I come back through because a missed item from my order. Placed my order for a smoothie at the drive thru. Waited in a line of cars for 11 minutes to be told at the window that they were out of that flavor smoothie. Number one McDonalds should not run out of a product- shows poor management, number two - let the customer know when they order instead of waiting for them to pull up to the window and then ask if they want a different flavor. read more

Probably the worst McDonalds in the US. The parking lot is always filthy. You wait 10-15 minutes in line and then your food is right maybe half of the time. I talked to the general manager once about my order being wrong and it seemed like she was on drugs.
