Food was fine and service was typical for kfc, I don't know why it has such bad reviews the place was average nothing really bad about it.

20 minutes from closing somehow they ran out of chicken great customer service as you can tell by the laziness to not want to serve anyone!

I have ordered through the drive through on many occasions and usually something is wrong. Not enough to get upset, but something; a missing biscuit, forgot sporks, napkins, wrong drink, but last time they gave me a whole 8 piece of extra crispy chicken, instead of the original I ordered. Several times that I have been there they have told me that they were out of original, but this time the said nothing and just gave me the order and I left. After driving home and finding out my order was wrong, I called the store and was told by the manager on duty that I could come back in or they could replace it later. Since it was late and a ways back to the store I told her I could get it later. I was told my name would be written down in a book and I could get it next time I was in. Fast forward a month and a half. I went in and walked into the store. The person working greeted me and I told her what had happened before. She went and got the book, but my name was not there. She started glAring at me like I was lying. And started lecturing me on their procedures. The rudeness and hatefulness that I experienced was OVER THE TOP. She said if I could produce a receipt I could get my meal, otherwise as general manager, she would not do anything and her managers would support her. I don't think they would support her attitude. This is why this store is going under. The lobby now closes at 2 and the store closes at 7. Don't waste your time or money here. If you do, at least check your order before you leave the store!!! read more

Came through the drive-thru and ordered a $5 fill up bowl combo. I like my bowls made a certain way (no cheese, gravy on the side, extra scoop of corn.) Before I had a chance to let them know how I wanted my bowl dressed up the cashier interrupted me asking what drink I wanted I pause for a minute taking notice of what drinks there were to offer, she rushed me along asking two more times what kind of drink I wanted. I asked her for a moment. After making my selection of soda, she cuts me off asking if there was anything else. I told her I wasn't done ordering. I asked for my specifications on my bowl, she interrup me again, I told her to wait a minute. I finished how I wanted my bowl, another cashier (male voice) asked me what else I wanted. Told them that's it, and he gave me my total. As soon as I get to the window, the male cashier opened the window gave me my total, I paid him, and he slammed the window. After 3 minutes or so, I got my drink that I asked for light ice with (the cup was full of ice) and my meal. I looked at it, it was wrong. In the bag is a small container of cheese (I asked for no cheese), small container of corn (I asked for extra scoop of corn in the bowl) and no gravy. (Asked for gravy on the side.) I honked my horn to get the attention of the staff. The guy comes back to the window, I tell him it's not right, and handed him the bag, he pushed it back at me and said dryly, 'Ill make you another one.' 4 minutes more and he's back with my order, doesn't say any thing more to me, just handed the bag out the window and shut the window. I could see this type of behavior if they had been busy or seemingly understaffed, but I was the only one in the drive thru, and only 4 cars in the parking lot, so it's clear they had other customers, but not enough to be considered a 'rush'. Drive through messed up. Refused to answer window when I came back through to correct it. Had to go and park just to ask for forks and was told ' it's against policy to give forks with meals. You have to request it." Dumbest policy ever. Rude drive thru workers. Front counter people were fine but I was ticked off by that point from dealing with drive thru person. If you don't mind your four kids eating Cole slaw and mp with gravy with their hands while in your car, then the food was fine. read more

We went there a few weeks ago. Went thru the drive thru of course since we could t go in. In the recent past when we went we were told it was a limited menu and they weren't serving mashed potatoes so this time I asked if they had them. The response was a very sarcastic "umm.....yea!!" Like I was the stupidest person ever to ask. So I responded with well the last time you didn't that's why I asked and he yelled OK!!! I should have just driven away them but I continued. A standard KFC experience. Dining in is somewhat unpleasant because the tables are normally dirty. Drive through is SLOOOOOW. If you're just needing KFC, then his will cut it. Other than that, you've got several more better choices. read more

Not good. I went through the drive through and ordered a 12 piece with 4 biscuits I got a bucket of 2 breasts 1 leg and the rest was thighs. Very BAD experience twice in the last week. Three days ago received OVER COOKED chicken thru the drive thru finding out after we got home the chicken was HARD. Called the restaurant and they put our name in " the book", expressing disappointment and asked that it be noted requesting a meal for the 25 minute drive into Marshfield and back and was told "ok" over the phone. Forward to today... Drove back to Marshfield and drove thru stating my previous experience. Get to the wwindow and am just handed the single item previously ordered and the window was closed quickly. I honked seeing a person thru the window. Ignored until next car in line pulled up. Finally was questioned and advised NO that's all were giving you. The replacement food was also OVERDONE, The chicken was hard and not very fresh. Asked for a phone number, was told WE DONT GIVE OUT PHONE NUMBERS. Was then THREATENED to have the POLICE called on us if we didn't move... Called the Customer service number and obtained OWNERS NAME AND PHONE NUMBER... I will not go to or recommend this restaurant to anyone. Loss of business over a couple dollars during hard times will have lasting residual effects on business. This is the worst KFC ever. Managers there are very unpleasant towards me and I am a regular customer. People there are very rude. It is the worst KFC experience I have ever had. KFC original recipe should be GOLDEN and JUICY. What I got was dark brown crunchy dried out chicken. My guess, left over from yesterday. No amount of any sauce could save it.I got half of a small order of gravy to satisfy two large orders of potatoes. And, yes, the employees there are the worst. If I could give 0 stars, i would. Went to the Marshfield KFC on a Thursday night with my girlfriend, and after waiting 27 minutes to get a couple of chicken tender meals with extra sides, got the food home and it was not the complete order. Within the next 30 minutes, I would make another "3" trips back to have them fix it. Yes, "3" trips. After finally getting our order, the manager said that our next visit would be free. I returned 3 days later, and the manager on duty, saying that he is the general manager, said he would not do it without a receipt. Which I was not told they would need. When I told him I didn't have it but I knew the name of the manager, he got upset and started talking to me in a very rude manner, eventually saying he would call the cops if I didn't leave. My 2 children were with me. I have literally never had a more inappropriate and dissatisfied experience with a fast food restaurant before. I wouldn't recommend anyone eating at this establishment. Just waited 15 minutes in the "fast food drive thru lane" at KFC in Marshfield MO. The excuse that we got is that the lady didn't have enough time to pack the food for the people in front of us because she was still taking orders on the computer and there was only two cars behind us. The staff is very polite and professional however they NEVER have grilled chicken. And when you request it they tell you to call ahead next time and they'll make it. I've called ahead twice now and still waited more than 20 minutes. Also, shouldn't a chicken restaurant assume that they will need to have grilled chicken made for the day? It can be a bit frustrating. read more
