Me and my family had came through the drive through last night for a light dinner as we were on our way back home to oklahoma. The line was fairly long which wasn't an issue,the people on the outside tablets were doing well getting the line out quickly. When we pulled up,we were greeted by miss Elizabeth. I don't know if theres more than one Elizabeth or not but she was outside and greeted us very kindly and was so sweet as she took our order. she read it back perfectly and got it all correct and was overall great. After our order,we had gotten to the window quickly and were greeted by a very kind young man whos name I unfortunately don't remember but he was also so kind and read our order back to us and got us our food quickly while asking us how were were etc. The food and service was great and delicious,chicken was very chicken, and it was overall a great experience. I completely recommend this chick fil a and will be coming back when Me and my family are back in Springfield next. read more

Great friendly staff, always clean. I just wanted to make someone aware that my Cobb salad had some lettuce that was bitter with brown spots. Very disappointing experience with this location. I saw that they have chicken strips and saw the picture which was very enticing btw. I've ordered them and looked at the picture and comparing these strips that are in front of me, they look nothing alike! These chicken strips are half the size of what you guys commercialized, they were burnt. I thought of bringing this to a store manager's attention but Ultimately, I just decided to not ever go this CHIC FIL A ever. How disappointing. Came from CA to MO to see family and wanted to see if the Chick Fil A would be as good as the one in our hometown, Stockton. We came inside to order, another family larger than us came in about 10 minutes later ordered, and got their food handed to them minutes later. After I went to the front to ask if our order would be done soon since it had been over 15 minutes. It took a minute for them to even find the order just to find out it was placed under the door dashed items. When the lady asked the young boy who must've been in charge of calling out orders what happened he said " I don't know that's not my problem". Nice to know CA has better customer service. We left while the kid was shrugging his shoulders clearly not caring. To top it off, we went to eat our fries and the huge end pieces of the potato aren't even cooked through. Absolutely the worst designed parking lot I've ever been in. We had to wait 10 minutes for the people who wanted the drive-thru to get in so we could park and go inside. Really disappointed in that. The food was okay. They were really busy so it was getting churned out quickly, but the fries and nuggets were both a little overdone. Totally understandable! The service was honestly pretty bad. Like I said, they were busy, but myself and the person I was with were both bumped into by employees more than once. Also, just not very polite, especially for a Chick-Fil-A. Next time we're in Springfield, we'll probably go to a different one. read more

Best strawberry shake ever! Their chicken nuggets are great but fyi they do have a sign on their door right now stating that their chicken does contain dairy products at this time si if that's an issue for you be aware. It's a bit tricky getting to this location due to the service road they are off of and their parking is limited so I parked in the Red Robin lot next door. read more

Regular customer for 3 years. My teen went in to the morning service for a mobile order and she was met by ugly spirited mean girls when we incurred an app miscommunication. I went to the location after they gossiped within ear shot of my kid. The higher up Dan insured a "stern talking to" but my kid is permanently damaged. I went to address the situation and the girl laughed in my face until I asked for a manager. EVERY employee who indulged in the mistreatment of my child STILL works there...INCLUDING manager and girl I talked to on the phone before I actually came to the establishment. She retrieved Dan then went and ate with her family. She NEVER cared about my child treatment regardless of how much money we had spent with this SPECIFIC establishment. I would suggest NOT the morning shift for professionalism at this location. read more

What's not to love? Fabulous service, great chicken, awesome sauce. We had breakfast for the first time - sausage, egg and cheese on a buttery biscuit. Who knew breakfast was so great at a restaurant known for its chicken! I love their chicken but their breakfast with sausage was great too. The combo came with crunchy hash rounds and I opted for the iced vanilla coffee - so flavorful. Best vanilla coffee I've had. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! We were pulling our camper and could not go through the drive thru. You couldn't go inside due to COVID precautions so I called to see how we could place our order as we had to park next door to accommodate our camper. So today I pulled up to the c fil and I got in the busy drive threw and after 10000 seconds ( 2 hours and like 33 minutes) because it was so busy then when it was my turn the like 100 year old lady said " what can I get you sweet pea" like this old lady has no clue who I am and she still had the audacity to call me that and then I ordered my food and waited like 1000 seconds ( 16 minutes and 43 seconds) and then NO ONE SAID MY PLEASURE TO ME and then I got my food and went to go sit in the parking lot and eat my food and then I opened my chicken sandwich that I said no pickles for they put on 200 PICKLES I counted there were 200 and then I took them off and ate my tangy sandwich that tased like pickles then I looked in my drink AND ED SHEERAN WAS FLOATING AROUND IN THERE so then I took Ed Sheeran out and we ate food together oh and also there was dirt and also I saw them slam it on the floor and stomp on it read more

The very best chicken sandwich there is!! The Chick-fil-A sauce is a must try for dipping both the fries and the sandwich. Also, I really enjoyed the chocolate shake, seemed to be made of real ice cream and not whatever else everyone else uses. The atmosphere was busy, and no surprise when factoring the flavor, well priced food. Additionally, the service was on point, extremely friendly, and very fast! I have been wanting Chick-fil-A so while we were in Springfield we stopped in. The crew that was working are the most courteous, welcoming, helpful bunch of people I have ever come across not only a fast food restaurant but better then restaurants like Applebee's, Olive Garden... name it. Workers walking around asking customers if they need refills, taking their trays so it is out of the customers way. The person I believe he is the manager sat with an old military veteran and talked to him about his service(being a vet I know how much that meant to the older gentlemen) I really can't say enough great stuff about this location. We visited during COVID times, and I have to say that this location had a VERY smooth operation going. We had a mobile order pickup, and were greeted by several smiling and pleasant employees who directed us to where we needed to go during the busy lunch hour to get our order.
