Service as the worst part. They didn't get the order right and when I went back to get it corrected they argued that I had ordered what they gave us! At first I was just needing the situation fixed, but they would rather insist that we didn't know what we ordered. By the time I gave up and got stuck with the order it was cold. Who knows if it was cold to start with? I do not recommend this place. Maybe we came at a time of day that just sucks? Who knows, but we were truly bummed. i don't know if they didn't like me or what but they made me wait like half an hour for a mobile order i placed ahead of time. Didn't season fries at all, thought maybe i chose no seasoning. i didn't. in two meals we both had PLAIN SOGGY fries. Soggy bread. Old chicken. Staff was full of very rude teenagers especially the blonde girl that brought my food. disgusting experience. franchisees should scrap the staff and start over. I have never once been to this location and felt like anyone in that building even remotely cared that I was there. There's rarely anyone working the registers, everyone is over around the corner doing drive-thru where they can't see the front, or in the kitchen where they CAN see you but will never acknowledge you nor tell anyone you're there. If someone does pop around the corner for something, they don't acknowledge you at all. I have been standing there waiting to order and had their staff walk right past me, never saying a word. Not a single "just one moment", or "I'll be right with you", or even a "have you been helped?" Nothing. Blank stares. When you do finally get blessed with the presence of someone to take your order, there's never any expression of anything, no "sorry about your wait", no "I apologize for that", nothing. You're lucky if they ask what you want versus just standing there staring at you expectantly. If you place a mobile order, it'll never be ready on time because the drive-thru is prioritized over everything else. I don't expect much when I go to a fast food joint, but this place is beyond reprehensible on the basis of the people alone. I will say that I have never had BAD food from here. It's fast food so it's not great either; it's just not some place I crave nor would I ever go out of my way to go here. I have been on the lookout for a FABULOUS fast food salad for 9 long months. Nothing was good, great or even remotely fabulous. They were meh. My fav go to salad on the west coast was El pollo loco and they set the bar high --nothing has even remotely completed until today. Introducing Zalads !! Oh wow ! Thank you Jesus ! I have found the proverbial holy grail of perfection. The Cobb salad was made just for ME ! Gasp ! No cheese and just what I like. After filling up our drinks the food was ready and hot- oh wow wow wow. We had waited a tad too long to eat so I have no pictures of my fantastic salad but trust me - Fabulous! Five stars !!! Whew I am so happy I found this upscale fast food spot. It is steps above a typical run of the mill fast food and just barely under a sit down restaurant. The ambiance was very modern- wood and beautiful lighting. Nothing artificial. We plan on coming again and again and again. The parking lot is a tad tricky to get into with the Sam's club and Walmart so close by so watch out for that. I think this is will be our standard go to meal place. Twice this month I have gone to the drive through around 8:15PM and they refuse to take orders. The store is already shut down for the evening. Tonight 3 cars were in line when I arrived. 2 more came through while there. None served. 5 car in 15 min they refused to serve. Owner should lose franchise license. This place was great when it first opened and now it's terrible. They are rude in the drive thru. We ordered a large coleslaw and they gave us 2 small ones that were barely half full. The fries were soggy and barely cooked. The chicken was dry and seemed like it had been setting out for quite awhile. The reason this restaurant is earning a one star from me is because my dad, and I both got food poisoning from the chicken. After eating there, we both threw up, and we're sick for the next couple days. My mom got a ceaser salad, and didn't receive food poisoning for that. I do not recommend going to Zaxby's. read more

I've never had zaxby's before Was pleasantly surprised. I had the TLC chicken sandwich under $5 can't beat it. Comes with lettuce and tomato. The filet of chicken on it is huge. I will definitely have to come back and try again but would definitely recommend the TLC sandwich. read more

My boyfriend and I are regulars and we absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing, attentive and remember our name. They never mess up our order and it comes out in no more than 5 minutes each time. It's nice to have a fast food place close to home that doesn't serve just burgers. read more
