Culver's in Ozark what could be finer!?! What a great stop after leaving Branson or the Trout Park! My wife and I have to eat Gluten Free and there are numerous options including GF buns or bunless. They also have a military/first responders discount. The service was great and the food is always delicious and affordable! I like Culver's, but the Ozark store needs better management. Tonight was my third visit and once again disappointed. Got two double burgers, both were sad. Meat was smashed so both patties were thinner than one normal patty. The squished meat was burnt around the edges. Veggies were placed on bottom bun, then meat, then two cold slices of cheese. Not juicy or flavorful. Not going back to Ozark, going to Springfield store in the future. read more

We made an order through the drive through last Friday and our order took over 30 minutes. The cars behind us were getting their food and already leaving. I called the store and of course no one picked up. My husband asked the guy walking around appearing confused bringing out the food to cars where our order was and he said the staff has been getting their food orders all mixed up. I asked why no one came out to talk to us about this and he said he didn't know. I called the store again and my husband went inside to figure out what was going on. Someone picked up my call but don't know they did and I heard them talking to my husband. When my husband came back out they were still on the phone talking bad about us and cussing!! My husband said they gave our order to the wrong customers more than once. My husband had to ask them to make it right for us. They ended up giving our money back and we did still redo the order but our fries were really burnt and tasted bad. We needed up sitting outside for over 45 minutes total!! It was a really disappointing and bad experience. If things were handled differently, the experience could have also been different, but it wasn't so I am rating that location at 1 star. :/ read more

My daughter and I stopped after sort of a hard DR's visit and got one item to share on ride home. food was great. The very personable girl at window was great. 95% was great. It was the one minute interaction at the end. The restaurant can not control a person who enjoys driving a large truck grill right up to the bumper of a sedan. What they can control is how the person bringing the food out speaks to the driver who pulled around farther than the wait lane. i was confronted that i was in wrong place and treated with quite a bit of sarcasm. From his words, his face, his laughing at how the truck pulled up on my car really close. He was intentionally and rudely shaming me for making him walk over to me. It ended what could easily have been a great experience with me feeling like I had been reprimanded for being a bad person when all i did was drive around a corner to avoid a guy who was being a jerk to impress other men in the truck. Im not sure if i want to go back if there is any chance I get the same experience. I'll keep driving to Branson. read more

Nothing special at all. The concrete was not worth the wait in line. Nowhere near enough of the toppings. Won't go back.

Had the two piece fish dinner. 1st the good the fish was excellent breading good not greasy. Service was courteous in quick. The bad I had sides of cheese curds that were Old tasting and so salty it was inedible.I had onion ring's because I've tried the fries before and just didn't like them. Onion rings were over salted but not as much as the cheese curds and old tasting. The tartar sauce is almost mayonnaise. I have had the cold slaw before and mixed it with the tartar sauce and it actually made quite a good tartar sauce. We ate here for lunch and the food was brought out fast, the staff was friendly, and they even asked us if we wanted to use the coupons that had been sent in the paper that week. (Someone had left the ones they didn't use for someone else to use) The restaurant was almost full and they still had the tables cleaned off quickly and the manager came around to check on the food and see if we needed anything.
