We ordered at 4:15 dine in. Went back to the cashier because a Buffalo Chicken Tender Sandwhich was missing. My husband was told they'd get it right out. We finished eating at 4:45. Still no sandwhich and we were missing a fry. I told them not to worry about the fry but we needed the sandwhich. They handed me the sandwhich and I asked for it to be refunded. They refunded and brought me a BBQ chicken sandwhich. I asked them to clarify and they made the wrong sandwhich. I waited again for the correct sandwhich. They handed it to me a few minutes later. We pulled out to head home and my husband took a bite of his sandwhich to bite into raw chicken. So after all this time he still had no food and now we have to worry about him being very sick. This is the second time we've had an issue and we will never return because of this incident. I see a huge problem in the fact that this restaurant is operating without a manager on duty. I was told I have to wait until tomorrow to hear from them. I've spoken to the manager today who seemed to have no concerns that his location served raw chicken and caused a huge inconvenience to myself and my family on our way home (3 hours away) after a very long day. He believes since I was refunded for the sandwhich (yesterday, not the meal and got a sandwhich (the one in the photos (raw and made my husband sick)) that everything was fine. Apparently this location functions without a manager often and because it is a different day, they expect me to drive 3 hours to go get a cash only refund instead of applying it back to the method of payment. The manager should have called as soon as he was notified, had that happened we would have possibly been able to be refunded yesterday. Now my husband has been sick for the last almost 24 hours because of their negligence.

I stopped at Whataburger for a quick lunch and I always been a great fan of their burgers and I still I'm! The service in this location was horrible! I see a lot of people just standing around doing nothing but when I asked for kept hip they just looked at me like if I was crazy. The coke machine was out of ice and I asked repeatedly to get some ice but nobody acknowledged me or seem to care. Finally I saw an old man get upset over the ice situation and finally someone decided to go fill it up. I understand how everyone bitches about illegal aliens but I bet you one illegal alien would the do the work 10x better then any of the people working at this shift! :( I hate to get people in trouble but come on, since when customer service was a luxury in this country?

Just stopped here to pick up my online order. The manager was extremely friendly and the food was delicious.

We love their burgers. They taste great. We usually get their Jr. Burger because that's the perfect size for us.

They rang in the wrong burger, they left off my fries, and the chicken tasted like old burnt oil. Don't eat here.

EXTREMELY LONG WAIT IN DRIVE THRU. Honestly about 25 minutes. Food was okay and the service was decent but man what a wait.

I have never heard of a restaurant not giving refunds for issuing people the wrong food when they paid $36 for food they did not receive. They want you to actually come back to this horrible place to give them another chance of getting your order wrong to get "free food". If I could leave a ZERO-star review, I would. It has nothing to do with "receive the service expected"... Y'all STOLE $36.78 from me because I paid for food that I never received, and this management is okay with stealing from people.
