We were seated in the back corner away from everyon, next to a wall. We asked for a cup of water in a to go cup for our service dog. the mgr came over and said our dog could not drink water from a styrofoam cup on the floor and that our service dog needed to stay under the table. We left without ordering. our dog is well traveled and has been all over the US from Colorado to California to Mount Rushmore The bad lands Key West Tampa the Everglades, Texas Arkansas and Missouri. We travel extensively and stay in lodging and eat at restaurants all over. In all of our travels this is the first establishment to refuse to give our dog water and first to demand he stay under the table or else. We never ever eat anywhere our service dog is not welcome. We gladly left, there's too many great places that want our money and welcome a well behaved trained service dog.

The homemade bread is as so tasty and fresh along with the giant pickle slices, it was over the top yummy. I could only eat half of it because it was so big. My boys both got Stromboli, same story as the sandwich, fresh, big and super tasty. The service was amazing. Very nice and quick staff. They are filled with Lebanon pride. The walls are filled with cool pictures of local athletes. It's not the fanciest place, but it is what you would expect out of a sandwich and pizza place. Upon entering we we're greeted by several super friendly employees. They were very patient with us as it was our first time to a Steak and Shake. As this was what they recommended for your first time trying there food and this was super delicious, maybe a little smaller then your average burger but it was also alot cheaper and still really good. The frys I would give an average grade nothing special but still good but the shake is really thick and the recommendation i was given was was different from each employee from Cotton candy to a peanut butter one, I choose the peanut butter one and It was definitely an enjoyable selection.
