Absolutely terrible! Waited for over an hour; then another 30 minutes at the table for coffee! Server informed us they were out of pancakes, almost out of eggs, out of avocados!!! A breakfast location with no eggs, et.al.? Stay away... horrible service and customer service!!! What a disappointment ' read more

We are regulars, but didn't have a good experience on Valentine's Day for breakfast. Poor service from a not very friendly woman server with dreadlocks. They were out of Kale Tonic, our fav beverage. Then, after our food finally showed up, my Bacado was over cooked. It took a while to get the server's attention and when we finally did, she rolled her eyes and took it back to redo. Then, when someone else brought the food out, she never even checked on us. Again, not the usual experience, but definitely not a good way to start our special day together. read more

A great experience, with terrific food. Quality and freshness, portion size and temperature all on point. Service was awesome, which I appreciated. It's so hard to find anymore, and our service was courteous and prompt. Bravo! Flavor of our meal was above average, indeed our meal was very memorable. My only wish.. that it could be a touch quieter. Having said that, I will be putting this meal on a list of favorites and I can't wait to go back. read more

The restaurant is very bright and open without being overly loud so we happily enjoyed our breakfast with conversation. E had the farmhouse hash and pesto chicken quinoa bowl, both of which were nicely done. The pesto bowl has fantastic flavor and kept me full straight through lunch. My daughter had the hash and said the eggs were perfectly done and enjoyed the seasoning on the potatoes. We would definitely go back again! read more

This place was so good! We walked in and were greeted and seated right away. The restaurant is very well lit for a breakfast place, with big windows that bring natural light into the space. We started off with the holey donuts and omg were they life changing! The elevated egg sandwich is what I'll be dreaming of for the next several years! It was so fresh and not too heavy. And the lemon ricotta pancakes??? Mind. Blowing. So good and fairly priced. We're beyond sad that we're from out of town and can't visit again any time soon. read more

The food was decent, but the service was unprofessional and very disappointing. We waited about 10-15 minutes to be seated, completely acceptable. We waited about 5 minutes for a server to stop by our table and greet us, still acceptable... they were really busy. What was annoying was 7 minutes later we were still waiting for water and to take our order. (Ok, they're busy... it wasn't that serious.) What made it an unprofessional experience is the server brought our food, stacked on top of each other and then asked me to remove my plate from her hands instead of serving it to me. (It was just my wife and myself and 2 plates.) Why was I asked to do this? Well, she had 2 other tables plates in her hands as well. (Carrying 6 plates total.) If I was at one of the other customers, would I want another patron touching my plate. Nope! Final straw was when I went to go pay with a gift card, one of theirs I might add, the cashier stated, "Really, another gift card?!?" She went to explain that she hated them because their system wouldn't read them every time and that meant she would have to enter them manually. (Note: we were the only ones checking out and paying, there was no one else in line.) So... First Watch has good, well decent, food, but stay away from the East Sunshine location in Springfield, their service is absolutely disappointing and lacks tact in professionalism in service. read more

This is such a a great brunch spot! Even on a busy Saturday afternoon we only had about a 15 minute wait. The service here is friendly and food came out pretty quickly. I ordered the Elevated Egg Sandwich which came with potatoes. The sandwich was very tasty and the potatoes were seasoned perfectly! I would definitely come back to this place! read more

Why out of line on their prices. Food was ok, but nothing special. They try to make special but didn't get it with me

I love First Watch! I never have a bad experience and the food is always great! This location is especially nice! Most First Watch are in a shopping plaza/strip mall. This location is a stand alone with its own dedicated parking lot. The ceilings are high. With all the windows, it's so bright and open. This location also has a bar where you can sit to eat/ order drinks. Our service was great as usual. I tried the Bananas Foster French toast ($12.99). It had great flavors and was delicious! It is very sweet, so beware if you are watching your sugar intake. The elevated egg sandwich ($12.49) is always a solid choice and their fried potatoes are a good side. If you haven't tried this spot, you should! read more

First Watch always has quality ingredients, a reliable menu, and always hits the spot! I met up here with a friend for lunch in June. I love the Pick 2 for lunch special, so if you're undecided, you can get two. And if you're still undecided, you can get a side to go with your lunch. If you see my photo, I was absolutely undecided, haha! The Cobb Salad was great, I loved the presentation and all of the toppings. The Club Sandwich was filling and also not lacking for toppings. The fruit cup was fresh. I love how quick you can get in and out here. The service is always fast. The high ceilings here make it feel larger than it is. And although typically full and somewhat loud, it is always a great place to meet up with friends and have an enjoyable and comfortable lunch. I highly recommend First Watch. read more

I'll skip the details because the manager comped the entire meal. Food was ok, but service and actions by the bus staff wwere atrocious. We love First Watch restaurants and look for them even as we travel. We will eat at First Watch's again...but not this one. read more

Went with my girlfriends in sunday for brunch and it was first time. The wait wasn't long and the host was being great! The deco inside was simple but it makes u feel homey and comfortable! Our server was very attentive and quick with taking care of us! He was super awesome. I ask him some drink suggestion, and he explained to me and also suggested some fresh squeeze juice. I took my chance and try it and very delicious!!! I order my food salad and sandwich combo, similar to Panera Bread, but like an upgrade version. My ham and cheese sandwich was so bomb!!! My salad was good, I wish they have raspberry vinaigrette that's would compliment my taste. But overall, the food and services was top notch! My friends food was good too, we all kill off everything Lolololol. I would come back for another brunch. Highly recommended! read more

Driving back to Oklahoma, this is a great little place to stop! The service was wonderful, the restaurant & restrooms were clean. The food was delicious and very little wait time. My kids loved the kids menu, we loved the healthy options and the fruit bowl is lots of fruit not just some grape. I had the half sandwich Monterey & tomato basil soup. Both delicious!! Highly recommend stopping to get some food that isn't heavy and isn't fast food. read more

Lots of healthy brunch options to choose from. Quick, polite service. A little pricey, but good!

I love this place. There is a reason there's a line on Sunday morning. I've been here about half a dozen times or more; always after church. The first couple of times, we were seated right away, but more often I've waited. Interestingly, no matter how long the line, I've never waited more than maybe 10 or 15 minutes tops. To me, it's worth the wait. The food is really good. They have a really nice menu with healthy and maybe not so healthy choices. The food is fresh, the service is fast. The staff is always so nice and accommodating. The guy hosting today was really on top of the wait list, and as usual, I was not disappointed. For me, one of my favorites is the Market Skillet. Filled with fresh veggies, potatoes, some cheese and topped with eggs. . I've had this the last three times. Time to try something new. I will say the waffles and pancakes look really yummy. Maybe next time. You should try it. I think you might like it. read more

The waiter did a fine job, but after sitting there for 30min he had to tell the kitchen staff, for the 2nd time, to actually make my food. The food was mediocre at best, nothing special or frankly, good enough to stand up to the price. Really? $28 for a 2-egg omelet and a single, very flat, biscuit with gravy.......??? The coffee WAS good, I'll give them that. The table was too far away from the seating so you have to lean way over. Speaking of the table, there was this stupid medallion attached to it that said it was made from sustainable white ash...... it was a wooden table.... people do realize that all trees are "sustainable" because they grow for free out of the ground, right? The manager had more nose piercings than a hog farm. The menu selection was a joke, all the same ingredients just prepared differently. Their hours are weird. Honestly, I'm never going back there again. read more

Great food and great selection. I like it that they give a salad with their omelets. Mixed green and purple lettuce with a lemon vinaigrette dressing. Also, you can have potatoes instead. They had great coffee too! read more

The food is NOT good here. Go to the one on National. They're so much better. First Watch overall is great, but this location never hits the bar. The potatoes are always undercooked and unseasoned. Everything else is subpar. I don't know how the other one can be so seriously good and this one is trash. Service is always great at both locations though! It is not common when I find a restaurant which is virtually perfect, but I may have found one at First Watch in Springfield. We came for brunch on a Saturday and while the restaurant was busy we were able to be seated within a couple of minutes and had a very nice waiter take care of us. My sister and I each ordered the Trifecta. I ordered mine with the Belgian waffle while she ordered hers with a banana pancake. The waffle was great, the pancake was great, eggs were cooked perfectly as was the bacon which we ordered "extra crispy"! Even the iced tea was brewed strong just like I like it. It was virtually a perfect brunch and I will be back as soon as I can. I highly recommend First Watch! read more

1/31/21 Great atmosphere! I recommend using the First Watch App to save your place in line if you visit during the weekend-its a popular spot! Wonderful for small groups or parties and families with young children. My husband and I stopped in Sunday around 11. The staff were attentive and our waitress was fast to help us. The food came out about 30 min after ordering. I got the kale, apple, cucumber, lemon juice-SO delicious! It mostly taste like apple with a hint of other flavors. For my meal I ordered the eggs Benedict. The sauce was delightful. Everything was warm and the eggs were nice and runny. Do yourself a favor and visit First Watch soon! read more

We (2 top) arrived at 12:30pm on a Tuesday and waited 15 minutes to be seated. We then waited 50 minutes to receive our cold food. Simple dishes with no changes or substitutions so not a tough ticket for the kitchen. They are very understaffed and under managed. The timing and communication between staff and kitchen is non existent or the kitchen is very green. Either way it is a bad call by ownership to staff in this manor. We're old restaurant owners and it was tough watching the employees on shift struggle with their job responsibilities and the customer complaints about poor timing. Lots to do at this location to fix these issues and there are too many other breakfast/brunch options around the area to sustain this business plan. read more

When we first arrived at the restaurant, we were ignored while two guys were chatting. Then one walked away which was apparently the cue to follow him? Anywho, we sat outside as it was beautiful outside and ordered. I ordered the eggs Benedict with bacon and avocado. The eggs were hard boiled so I asked for a replacement. The replacement plate came out with raw eggs on it. Literally raw eggs. My bf had the chorizo omelette with carrot and pecan pancake and his food looked good and he was pleased with it. The waiter was ok. Nice enough just no follow up after food was delivered the first time. No manager followed up or even inquired on our experience. Disappointing for sure. For my first visit to MO and the first restaurant I have tried here, major disappointment. read more

We usually go to the location on National and the service is always prompt (as much as one can be when busy), this location was a disappointment. Will not come back here. We were sat at the table at 1pm (after waiting over 30mn, but I don't fault them that wait). It took the waiter 15mn to acknowledge us. It is now 1:55pm, they are closing soon. Still no food. Management, this is ridiculous. read more

I can't believe I have been working 5 minutes away from First Watch for almost a year and just now tried it for the first time! My mom and sister joined me here for brunch, and at first I was hesitant because I don't usually gravitate toward breakfast foods --however-- I am forever changed. The elevated egg sandwich is delicious! It is very creamy and flavorful from the avocado and cheese, and the bacon MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH. The potatoes were also perfectly seasoned and browned. I stole a bite of my sister's smoked salmon eggs benedict as well, and it was every bit as perfectly done as my sandwich. We all shared the Floridian French toast as "desert," and it was nice and fluffy. I will absolutely be stopping in again! read more

We've long been customers of the First Watch brand. This location is absolutely stunning with an outdoor patio for the warmer weather. Our server, Will, was knowledgeable, personable and his service was impeccable. Kudos to the kitchen, because this was by far the superior location for breakfast food out of many. The kitchen staff and manager deserve kudos for the quality of food they send to the tables. 5/5 would come here again! read more

Like so many businesses, food quality and service starts out amazing and the then gradually declines. First watch has sadly fallen into this category. My salad was today was absolutely drenched in a thick sweet dressing and the chicken was undercooked in a few spots. Service was average at best.
