The restaurant is very bright and open without being overly loud so we happily enjoyed our breakfast with conversation. E had the farmhouse hash and pesto chicken quinoa bowl, both of which were nicely done. The pesto bowl has fantastic flavor and kept me full straight through lunch. My daughter had the hash and said the eggs were perfectly done and enjoyed the seasoning on the potatoes. We would definitely go back again!

This is such a a great brunch spot! Even on a busy Saturday afternoon we only had about a 15 minute wait. The service here is friendly and food came out pretty quickly. I ordered the Elevated Egg Sandwich which came with potatoes. The sandwich was very tasty and the potatoes were seasoned perfectly! I would definitely come back to this place!

I love First Watch! I never have a bad experience and the food is always great! This location is especially nice! Most First Watch are in a shopping plaza/strip mall. This location is a stand alone with its own dedicated parking lot. The ceilings are high. With all the windows, it's so bright and open. This location also has a bar where you can sit to eat/ order drinks. Our service was great as usual. I tried the Bananas Foster French toast ($12.99). It had great flavors and was delicious! It is very sweet, so beware if you are watching your sugar intake. The elevated egg sandwich ($12.49) is always a solid choice and their fried potatoes are a good side. If you haven't tried this spot, you should!

First Watch always has quality ingredients, a reliable menu, and always hits the spot! I met up here with a friend for lunch in June. I love the Pick 2 for lunch special, so if you're undecided, you can get two. And if you're still undecided, you can get a side to go with your lunch. If you see my photo, I was absolutely undecided, haha! The Cobb Salad was great, I loved the presentation and all of the toppings. The Club Sandwich was filling and also not lacking for toppings. The fruit cup was fresh. I love how quick you can get in and out here. The service is always fast. The high ceilings here make it feel larger than it is. And although typically full and somewhat loud, it is always a great place to meet up with friends and have an enjoyable and comfortable lunch. I highly recommend First Watch.

Went with my girlfriends in sunday for brunch and it was first time. The wait wasn't long and the host was being great! The deco inside was simple but it makes u feel homey and comfortable! Our server was very attentive and quick with taking care of us! He was super awesome. I ask him some drink suggestion, and he explained to me and also suggested some fresh squeeze juice. I took my chance and try it and very delicious!!! I order my food salad and sandwich combo, similar to Panera Bread, but like an upgrade version. My ham and cheese sandwich was so bomb!!! My salad was good, I wish they have raspberry vinaigrette that's would compliment my taste. But overall, the food and services was top notch! My friends food was good too, we all kill off everything Lolololol. I would come back for another brunch. Highly recommended!

I will not drag the competition, but Dublin's Pass was the clear winner. I won't use specifics, but you get so much more bang for your buck, purely from a financial aspect. Let me first say, the eggs arrive on a plate with a light breading that adds the perfect balance of crunch yet balanced with the soft egg. All brought to you with a mustard that is the perfect combination of pickled veg and punchy mustard. The meat was cooked perfectly. The combination between the meat, egg and mustard marry one another beautifully to lend to a flavor roller coaster in your mouth. What really sets these Scotch eggs apart is the attention to detail. They taste like they are meant for a flavor rollercoaster. Each element feels intentional. Whether you're a longtime Scotch egg lover or trying one for the first time, this restaurant sets the bar high. Simply put: these are the Scotch eggs other places should be aspiring. Eggs aside, we also had an order of the boneless wings. Not a hard thing to get right, but we had roasted garlic parmesan with garlic aioli, to die for. I am from out of town, and this place is absolutely a must. It will never not be on to do list.

Right off the bat, I was greeted by very friendly staff who were keeping busy during the slow opening hour by watering plants or restocking the bar. I decided to head to the bar backed by the very friendly Karlie. Started off with the Scottish eggs, and they came out piping hot and fresh with a side of spicy mustard. The combination of savory sausage flavor, sweetness of the deviled egg, and a dab of spicy mustard made these starters absolutely worth the choice but could almost be a meal itself! Going further along with the Irish setting, I also went with the original cottage pie, loaded of course, and hands down it's the best pie I've had. The beef, gravy, vegetables, and potatoes added with the garlic mashed potatoes and pie crust was absolute bliss. Again, piping hot from the oven with that perfect mix of soft and crunch from the crust was perfection comfort food. Paired with a Guinness, this is as close to heaven as one can get during work's hour lunch break. The bar area started filling up with the lunch crowd towards the end, but Karlie expertly managed all of it with ease, remaining attentive to the gathering crowd while multitasking between taking food orders and serving as well as bartending. This masterful combination of service, atmosphere, and great food is hard to find around Springfield, but Dublin Pass nailed it while making it look easy, making them a highly suggested stop.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They took the time to share the story behind the owners' vision, which made the experience feel much more personal. Their menu recommendations were thoughtful, highlighting both customer favorites and their own go-to picks, which is always something I appreciate. Everything we ordered was excellent. The coffee had exceptional depth of flavor without being overpowering, and the quiche was perfectly prepared with a delicate, buttery texture that paired beautifully with the cranberry-orange muffin. It's clear that attention to quality and consistency is a priority here. Beyond the food, the atmosphere deserves recognition. The space is beautifully designed, with tasteful décor that feels inviting without trying too hard. Unfortunately, I left disappointed because the food quality just wasn't what I remembered. I had been telling my wife how great the food used to be--almost like gourmet bar food--and was really looking forward to sharing that experience with her. The smash burger no longer tasted like the duck-fat burger I remembered, and the fries definitely didn't seem to be house-made anymore. They tasted more like a lower-quality frozen product, which was a letdown. On the positive side, the service was excellent. Even with the restaurant getting busy and a live band setting up, the staff stayed friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. One thing to note is that we initially arrived around 12:45 p.m. on Sunday, only to find out they weren't open and was told that something came up and they didnt open until 3:00 p.m. on this Sunday. Overall, I still enjoyed the atmosphere and appreciate the great service, but I hope the kitchen can get back to the food quality that made Lindberg's one of my favorite spots in the past.
