You can hardly see anything! it's like the restaurant version of Hollister.. no bueno. Food: Stuffed flounder - Kind of underwhelming. Not bad but not memorable. Garlic sea scallops - Ok these are amazing. I wish I would have ordered just an entire plate of these. Flavor was delicious and I loved the texture. Steamed main lobster tail - Good, chewy, typical lobster. Can't believe how expensive it is, my goodness. I like that they offer a steamed version though! Garlic grilled shrimp skewer - Too buttery but the flavor was good. Caprese - Also really delicious! Fresh and great balsamic vinaigrette flavor. Next time I'd just get this and the garlic sea scallops. Service: So they forgot to include the infamous cheddar biscuits with my order. Which like, not a big deal but I double checked (twice! lol) that they came with the order, and then the waiter confirmed they were but now I realize I still should have double checked the actual bag. But because of that, I'm giving the service a less than 5 star rating because I love those biscuits! The hostess was nice though and the server apologized for the wait, which I thought was considerate because it wasn't even that long. Today I went to red lobster and was sat at 6:40 because my wife text me. I saw three other groups sit down after me, eat and leave. I got my appetizer an hour into it. It was 740 when I looked at the time. It was then I asked what was taking so long because three people already sat down and gone. She told me I had a crab and crispy potatoes. It takes a whole Lotta time to cook. I said man you should've came out and told me that I would've told you to forget about it, guess what I got the crispy potatoes anyway, I left red lobster at 8:30 at my service was horrible! That didn't make any sense. I'll probably never eat there ever again and we got a job conference and I was going to order from there but no I'm gonna have to wait five hours to get food but thank you red lobster. If I could leave a zero star review I would! Table and bench was full crumbs and grease. Dirty napkins, silverware and food all over floor and under table. Asked for Manager to show the table we were seated and he didn't have anyone cleaned it or have us moved to a clean table. No apology whatsoever! I can't believe we waited 1hr 30 minutes for that kind of service! 30 minutes over the time The only reason I didn't just walk out was because my kids were already starving! My 7 year old was so hungry he finally just said to me, Dad, let's grab a "little Caesars" pizza and go home. Costumers shouldn't have to suffer bad service and quality because of bad management. After all the cost of the food includes the cost or good service, establishment overhead cost and quality. Especially when fall rolls around and they have endless shrimp! It's going right now. Don't stuff yourself on the sides (or the biscuits) and try all the different kinds. And a little hint, you can order coconut shrimp bites as one of your choices if you ask, even though it isn't listed. With the piña colada sauce. Mmmm. It's the reason I keep going back. We arrived at about 2 PM the place was not busy. We waited at the check in for 30 minutes or more. We were seen by several employees by no one even said, "be right with you". Finally, we were seated and waited another 10 minutes. When the server finally came, we placed our order asking for an appetizer before dinner. 25 minutes later out came dinner no appetizer when I called it to the servicer's attention, I was told it would be removed from the dinner. As we began to eat, we noticed that the food was cool not in a good way but cold. I had ordered lobster and my wife shrimp. The lobster did not look right as I took my first bite, I could tell it was way under cooked. We tried to get the server's attention but could never seem to get her. I did not eat any more I did not want to get sick. My Wife finished her meal we paid on the pad and left. It should also be noted that the water glasses we dirty. Hands down the worst Red Lobster I have ever been to. The service was awful. We asked for silverware and the server said it wasn't his job It is the hostesses job and they complain they do not get paid enough. My sons salmon came out wrong and the server said he "fat fingered" the buttons and would he still eat it. My crab legs were cold and the server said "well your eating the inside so the outside is fine cold" he brought my Mac and cheese out and it had a huge clump in the middle and it too was ice cold. When I told the server he slammed his finger in it and said "no it's not." We let the manager know we would not be paying for the two meals. we paid for the other two meals which were fine. read more

Ordering take out was a piece of cake!!! It was ready at the exact time the online order said it would be. When I went in to get it I told them I had a hard time inputting a discount code online. I went to pay and he had adjusted the ticket to show the discount I had tried! He was so nice! We drove home and everything was still warm and ready to eat! Yum!!! read more

I was leery about dining during this Coronavirus outbreak, but decided to try. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of care that was taken, against spreading the virus. We wore our masks into the restaurant, and only took them off once we got to out table. All of the booths and tables in use were at least six feet apart, and the servers all had masks on. They didn't take away dishes and plates that we were done with, but it was worth it to minimize contact. The meal was wonderful. It's important to tip servers extra, because they are waiting on less tables. Our server was awesome! read more

Terrible Terrible Terrible... We came to Red Lobster yesterday and was extremely packed at the entrance once we were seated we received a terrible server who was clueless about his job. He forgot we ordered drinks and later told us my steak was burnt so they made another one meanwhile my wife's salmon and shrimps were in the back getting cold. Red Lobster is amazing. My favorite time of the year is, of course, Lobsterfest. Their grilled Maine tails are delicious, I love the surf and turf, and of course their biscuits are the stuff of legend. I particularly like their Caesar salad that comes with your meal. Very tasty. I always love to go here. It has many good memories for us. I was told by the person on the phone I could do call ahead seating booking it online. It was super easy to find and way nicer to be able to call ahead reservation than sitting in a crowded lobby for a table. It's always packed during peak hours so this made our experience much more enjoyable to do the reservation online. We didn't wait much at all once we got there. Our waiter was great and very attentive to our drinks and rolls. Food was great as always. Definitely recommend the lobster sauce on the mashed potatoes. read more

This was our first time trying this restaurant and we were highly disappointed at the service in the Orem location. To start off we had to ask our server and the manager to receive our biscuits multiple times which we didn't get until we finish our whole meal and they never refilled it as a larger party. I am a frequent visitor here. The service and food sometimes vary. I think it's just like any other restaurant with peak serving times. Most recently the crab legs were the best I've had in several months. They didn't have water pouring out of them it was just right. Kudos to the cook! The service is different each time. They generally like to take care of you as much as they can. I've sat there waiting for my glass to be refilled, we all have. All in all, it's a favorite place of mine. I went here for dinner with my girlfriend. The service was excellent. The biscuits were soft and fluffy. The mango and peach teas tasted amazing. My food came out hot and fresh and it was delicious. Our server Megan made it a very fun experience and I would 10 out of 10 go here again in the future. The only negative I have is confusion on prices for refills and bread. Terrible service! We went online to reserve a place in line. We were told that it would be about 60 minutes. We found something to do for 60 minutes and then went to the restaurants where we were told they would now put us on the list, and the wait would be about 45 minutes. Had we known that upfront we would have either gone straight to the restaurant or stayed away altogether.
