I love coming to Ray's for their enchiladas! I recently discovered the light combo plates, and I've been getting the light combo #3 the last few visits. $9 for a crispy taco, queso puff, and 2 cheese enchiladas. It's the perfect amount for me. There is something abt that queso that keeps bringing me back to this dish lol! I dip whatever I can into that cheese. It's soo yummy. The enchiladas are always served piping hot, and they will never not slap. My dad and brother shared the parrillada especialda plate. Out of all the meats included in the dish, I enjoyed the grilled shrimp the most because of its texture. The beef was pretty tough to chew. Everything was seasoned well though. Service is always phenomenal. The owner is super friendly and kind. I heard they have great margaritas here too, but I have not had the chance to try them yet. This is a very popular spot, so it can get really busy and chaotic during dinner time, but vibes are good! Plenty of parking in the lot.

bland , no seasoning Enchiladas and rice.

I've been to Ray's a few times and for the most part, I've enjoyed it my food. This time was different. I ordered the Beef Enchiladas as usual on 10/18. The Enchiladas looked so good until I took a bite. It was bland as I don't know what.. Would it hurt to season the meat, season the sauce. At that point they could've seasoned the corn tortillas. I was very disappointed as this was supposed to be my dinner. Presentation looked good but Enchiladas had no flavor whatsoever. Booooo :(

Ray's will always be my choice whenever I go out for Tex-Mex The green salsa or avocado salsa whatever it is. it is amazingly delicious and their chips are the perfect amount amount of crunch I love if they have entrées that are under $10 so if you aren't super hungry, you can get a good deal. plus, my personal favorite, the chimichanga is freaking amazing. They put actual sliced delicious fajita steak in there and drizzle it in delicious queso. Oh my lanta. Slap of that green sauce on it and you're good to go. I don't drink, but the people that I eat with do! and they have found that the drinks are delicious. Q and a helpful tip. If you don't drink like me, their jicama is very refreshing! The customer service has always been amazing. The folks at the front are always there to greet you, and the waiters are personable and very easy-going. 10000/10

Service was outstanding Very family friendly Food is average. Green sauce and hot sauce where spicy and great! Fajita meat in the enchiladas where very tender and seasoned very well.

You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Not only is the quality outstanding, but the portions are generous, so you definitely get your money's worth. It's becoming harder to find restaurants that offer both amazing quality and great portion sizes, and Castillo's delivers on both. The service is just as exceptional. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and truly cares about making your experience memorable. If you're looking for a place with delicious homemade food, generous portions, outstanding service, and an atmosphere that makes you feel like family, Castillo's is the place to go. My wife and I will definitely be back many more times. Highly recommend!

This place is huge and can hold a lot of people, but I appreciate that they're not trying to cram as much people in as possible. There is ample spacing between tables and walk ways. Although it was busy, we did not wait long at all. Even the food that we ordered came out pretty quickly! We ordered the chicken fajitas for two and regular size queso. The chicken fajitas for two was enough to feed my husband, me, and our two little boys. The tortillas were sooo good! The queso was decent. It's pretty expensive for the portion that you get. I thought the fajitas were alright as well. It was good, but I still wanted to dip it into something. I believe that a good fajita doesn't require any extra sauce. haha We also got the sopapillas for dessert and it was alright as well. Overall, I would rate the food as a 3.5 or 4 out of 5. However, the main reason why I gave a 5 star is because we had an AMAZING waitress. Her name is Sarah and LET - ME - TELL - YOU -ABOUT - HER. Sarah was literally smiling and cheery the ENTIRE time. She was not only like that when she was serving us, but she was even walking around like that. She was polite, friendly, patient, respectful, and just a delight to interact with. She was on top of things, too! We never had to ask her to refill anything because she automatically did it. I also love how she placed our dishes on the table. It was symmetrical and esthetic. The restaurant was also super loud but once when she was walking away and I called out her name, SHE HEARD ME. She was very attentive. Seriously, she was awesome. Come to Gringo's, not for the food, but for Sarah! lol

His service was timely, and his friendliness was wonderful. We have the fajitas which were not only an apple serving, but the beef chicken and shrimp were all very flavorful. Typical to fajitas it came with enough accompaniments to really really make Forray a wonderful meal. The serving is so ample that it became a takeout meal as well. The ambience is typical of Mexican restaurants. However, the people who we were dining with in the same small dining room were incredibly friendly and old-time customers of the Restaurant. The beef fajitas were flavorful just as I'd hoped but the chicken was a bit dry. With the order we each get our own plate of rice and beans and choice of tortillas. The flour tortillas were delicious, almost like home made, so much so that I took the leftovers tortillas home to enjoy with butter. The highlight for me was the Skinny Margarita with my customization of adding a shot of Amaretto. I've been disappointed at other places because they never taste fresh, or have an extremely tart flavor, but the bartender had it down to a science because when I tell you from my first sip it was like heaven! In addition to the above facts, my toddler ate a bit off my plate Saturday/Sunday and exhibited symptoms similar to mine. On Monday, June 30th at 9:04am, I called to share my experience with the staff. To be clear, my intention in calling was not to leave a negative review, but simply to bring the matter to the restaurant's attention - privately. Unfortunately, the owner, Albert, was defensive throughout the call. He said things like, "I don't doubt that happened, but we've never had a complaint," and dismissed my experience rather than showing concern.
