The mimosas are on point your best believe that come check it out guys and you must try the oh my gosh pancakes there to die for and the chicken pan sausage oh don't let me forget as well as the crabcakes. Snooze has removed the "Habanero Pork Belly Benny" from their menu. This was literally the only reason I kept coming back. My waitress was very kind and went back to have a talk with the chef to see if it could be recreated, but basically the answer was: "Close, but not the same because no cranberry." I'm not a big "please create this dish for me" kind of demanding customer, I much prefer to order something right off the menu. Snooze was a cute brunch place right in the middle of the La Canterra plaza. Diamond was my server and she was AMAZING!!! Very friendly and sparked up a great conversation. My cousin and I ordered the pancake flight which was delicious. Having so many options. Then we ordered the 2 brunch combo: scrambled eggs, hash brown and toast. The hash brown wasn't my favorite honestly. It tasted a bit different. There were ample seats and no wait because it was a Friday morning at 9am. It is a cute location with an outdoor patio. It's truly no surprise that Snooze (a brunchery) is most attended on the weekend. My weekend visit was no exception, and while I love the food at Snooze, the understaffing at this location made me a bit queasy. Instead of waiting for a table, I jumped into an open seat at the bar. Once seated, making eye contact with the servers, it took about 7 minutes for the bar staff to speak to me. The food was delicious as usual, and my server was fabulous. However, their counterpart behind the bar counter never made eye contact with me...for the entire hour I was seated, even when attempting to grab their attention when missing an item. It was incredibly uncomfortable. I'm closest to the Woodlands, so it's likely stick to visiting the location nearest me, but I do wish this location the best. read more

Snooze is a good brunch spot to go with a group of friends. With ample seating and the parking garage nearby it's a great location. The food was good. I got the I am sandwich with a substitute with chicken sausage and it was alright. The sandwich was seeping in oil at the bottom which was a bit uncomfortable. It was filling, but not something that I would order again. My friend ordered the burrito in which he loves. The burrito is massive and it does look good. I ordered the caramel hot chocolate on their seasonal menu which was slightly underwhelming. The staff however, were very nice and checked in on us often. read more

First $68 on a kid meal a omelette and French toast . They make you add on every side for extra charge . Our food was cold , couldn't even eat it . The syrup took 15 min !!!!! Service wasn't the best and honestly I'm really irritated with how service was . Whole meal should've been completely refunded . They gave us the wrong food at first . Breakfast was delicious as usual! Today we ordered the pancake flight with pineapple, sweet potato and chocolate ganache. That sweet potato hits every time! Pineapple is always a favorite as well. We were not huge fans of the chocolate. The kiddos enjoyed their pancakes, 1 original and 1 topped with strawberries. I tried Juan's 2 tacos, it was good but I wouldn't order it again. We also had the spuds deluxe that was very good. And of course I had to get the Bacon But Different which is 3 slices of Snooze Signature Bacon, rubbed with brown sugar, cayenne, chili flakes and drizzled with house-made sriracha maple syrup...absolutely delicious!!! The service was good, we were seated right away and our server came right over. Just when I was thinking about the food, they brought everything on out so the wait wasn't too bad. Tarah is the manager here and she is awesome. She has been here for years and she is such a sweetheart. If you have any problems or anything you don't understand as and she will solve the problem. The service here has been consistent and quick. The food is always a hit with the family, whether we are doing the pancake flight to share or ordering our individual plates. The kids love the quesidillas and pancakes and I love the different eggs Benedict selections. They've updated some of the choices and I really enjoy the pork belly option! The Hot matcha latte is SO Good! I love that you can check in early on Yelp so that you get in line before getting there, thus reducing your overall wait. We do this when we can and saved 15-25 mins of wait time! On less busy days, you can't check in too early since there is a windows in which you need to arrive by. I would recommend this place, even if it is on the pricier side of breakfast locations. read more

I don't know what it is about this particular location, but the kitchen just cannot seem to get substitutions and customizations right. They are going to give you what they want you to have. Visit #1 - about a month ago, I placed a DoorDash order. One of the entrees was a Benny Duo, with the SPECIFIC request to substitute the hash browns for dressed greens and the soft poached eggs for 1 hard poached egg and the other benny, scrambled eggs. What did I receive? Hash browns and runny poached eggs- neither of which I could eat. I called the restaurant and Tarah graciously rectified the issue by sending me a gift card. Visit #2 - today I figured I would have a better experience by ordering online directly via their website and driving from Richmond to Katy to pick up my food. Again, I ordered another Benedict dish, requesting scrambled eggs instead of poached eggs. We also ordered a Keto Bowl and paid $.75 for an extra Dijon Vinaigrette. I get home and what do I have? My Benedict with runny a$$ poached eggs! And the extra vinaigrette that I paid for was nowhere to be found. Again, I informed Tarah of the issue and in her defense, she offered to have someone deliver a correctly made order to me- which I declined. I'm so over the experience and just don't even wish to try again. I'll simply just not return to this location, which is a shame because I really enjoy Snooze otherwise. read more

Recently visited with friends in town for brunch. We ordered a variety of items and were satisfied. My only gripe I had was they didn't have my favorite sweet potato pancakes on the menu :-( But overall the food was good. I will say though they need to improve on and upgrade their regular coffee. It was so watery that even with cream and sugar it tasted flat. I had to send it back and order the $5 cappuccino instead. I'm just surprised as I recall it was better few years ago; but like most restaurants many are cutting cost and using cheaper ingredients. If they would upgrade the coffee quality I would give them 5 star rating. I guess if you're not a coffee drinker then this shouldn't matter. read more

I came here at 11 am on a Tuesday. Easy to park and we were seated fast. The waitress came to our table within 5 min of us seating. They had a good selection on their menu. I ordered the crab omelette and it came with a side salad. The omelette was a good portion. You can taste the crab in it but it needed a little salt and pepper. I don't think I'd get it again because I don't like the egg with crab combo. It wasn't nasty but I don't like it combine. read more

My friend and I came here for lunch around 2 o'clock we receded very quickly and our table was clean and stable. Our waitress is very sweet and kind and quick. Our food also came up very quick. The drink was strong and flavorful. The food on the other hand was meh. The pancakes was kind of balanced . the strawberry one was more fluffier than the other two (chocolate chip and cinnamon roll) but the strawberry had like a cream gel topping I didn't like. The Cinnamon roll had a lot of flavors, but it wasn't as fluffy as a strawberry one. The chocolate chip is good if you want a more basic flavor but not fluffy. The seafood Benedict was all right. There was a lot of flavors, but it felt like the flavors didn't mesh as well as they could. The sauce circled around it did help mesh the flavors better. Maybe I should have asked for more. I also expecting for a crunch since it said it was panko"d. But the egg was perfectly pouched. I might be someone who likes stronger flavors so if you prefer something "simple", this would be a good place to be at. Parking is free all around and there are a few free parking garage. I asked for extra crispy hash browns, but since it was a busy weekend, they came out soft. Came on a Saturday around 10:30 and there was a short wait for two. They said 15-30 but I got called within 5 minutes. The air was not working that day but they did have huge fans everywhere to help. After a while though it did get really warm. The benedict was amazing! All the food looked really good. They have a huge patio for cooler weather season so will definitely be back for the food. I wasn't a fan of their hash browns.. it was pretty bland and tasted just like potatoes lol. Their mimosas were on point though! And if you go during the week, $5 mimosas during happy hour. A family of 5 (3 kids) - we spent about $80 with tip. It was worth a try but Waffle House will always be top tier. I think Snooze is just ok. I'm definitely not understanding the long line every Sunday morning. Their food is always seasoned but always needs salt? It's just not great. The food was as advertised. The cinnamon pancake was our favorite thing. I liked the Chile Verde Benedict, but it needed more of the sauce. That was a common theme with the food; it needed more sauce or syrup, etc. However, other people might feel that what WE like would be too much, so I take that into consideration.
