The taco bowl was absolutely massive especially for a lunch size. Comes with tons of veggies, avacado and your choice of beef. The outer shell was also this crispy flakey sort of chip material that was good as well. The taco/ enchilada plate was also massive and came with tons of sides and again was a huge portion for lunch. We were seated right away and we glanced the menu. Quite extensive. The queso was ok by the salsas were good. The lemonade was fabulous but the tea didn't quite get rave reviews. Our table had ordered sour cream chicken enchiladas, beef enchiladas and mole enchiladas. The mole was given the most kudos, not a bite left. The beef enchiladas had good comments as well. Sour cream sauce could use some work with the seasoning. Adding queso on top helped but def would try something different next time. The charro beans and rice were both very good. Been going to Victor's since I was a kid at their old Fry Rd location. Still the best chili gravy in town! I like the location on 99, convenience & same great food! We've been going for sometime to Victor's. Was always great food and great service. Recently they started a loyalty program, and we accumulated some nice discounts, but were never able to redeem them because we ordered the "special". The last straw was when we went with another couple, we both ordered the fajitas for two. We paid extra for cheese and sour cream, and got charged extra for the pico and guacamole they normally include with the meal. Instead of bringing us our own side of sour cream we were expected to share it with the entire table, but everything else was served as a separate side. I questioned the waiter when served and again when the bill came. He refused to remove the charge, and would not apply my loyalty rewards. The waiter lost a tip that night, and Victor's lost a customer that night! We were there at least once if not 2-3 times a week! I gave you one star just because you used to be great, but not anymore! read more

They were definitely understaffed and it took some time to get seated and food ordered. However, the staff was friendly. The ambiance is pretty cute and it's decorated nicely. The chips and salsa were decent. The salsa wasn't anything I'd be dying to get more of. In fact, it was unforgettable.I ordered the combo fajitas and added 3 Diablo shrimp. I ate there the other day although the food was decent. The service was absolutely ridiculous. They didn't know how to make a particular drink I ordered. I'm not dude what's going on with that. They seemed to have some inside jokes going on, I noticed the waiters pointing and laughing at my table. I'm not sure what the joke was about but I find that very uncomfortable and unsettling. When I asked what was funny, no one seemed to be able to comprehend what I was asking but I did notice, it stopped them from laughing and pointing at my tables. So apparently the joke was on me. 3. Decided to try this place being it's less than a 5 minute drive from us. We were nicely greeted when we walked in, fairly empty for a Saturday evening. Waiter was extremely unfriendly. Never once smiled. I asked a question about some of the food and it almost seemed as if it was an inconvenience. He took our drink order and left. We ordered 2 large margaritas that tasted very good, but took a while to receive. I ordered the chicken enchiladas verdes. Sauce was actually really good, but the shredded chicken was extremely dry, same with the rice. My husband ordered the combination fajitas for one. No flavor, and dry. I was so disappointed in their salsa too. I'm a huge salsa nut but theirs is literally like opening a can of crushed tomatoes and adding some spice. Absolutely no flavor other than raw tomato. SOFT OPENING, HERE I COME!! Customer service: Everything about their customer service was great! The manager Juan was so kind, he checked on me serval times (he's actually Mr. Victor son! How COOL)?!! My server was Julio, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even offered amazing recommendations. The delicious Food: This was my first time visiting one of their location, so I was kind of curious about their popular menu items. I ask Julio what was his suggestions, and he actually provided me with one of his favorites! They use fresh mozzarella cheese in there quesadilla and you can taste it! SO GOOD! One thing I'd love to note is that I love their open kitchen concept...when I looked over, I noticed that the cooks were wearing gloves and it made me so happy. Listen, I'm sure I've gone out to several different restaurants where the cooks did not wear gloves, but to actually see that they do here makes me feel good! Okkkkkay! Tried first time last night. Wish I hadn't waited so long to do so. Food was great. Had the chicken enchiladas verdes which I'm very tough to please on this dish. It was excellent. Tried Victor's for the first time with the family. We all enjoyed it. Nice ambiance. I had the enchiladas mole. It was very good. Other meals ordered were the Tres Amigos, Fajita plate, and kids cheese enchiladas. My kid wasn't a fan of the enchilada sauce but I think it was just that there was a bit too much of it. Once we took most of it off she enjoyed it. Margaritas were tasty too. Service was good. Just wish they would have taken our plates a bit sooner than they did. Okay so food was good but service was absolutely terrible. We walk in (party of 3) get seated immediately and order our drinks. It wasn't too busy, only one other table had guest seated. We started off with the Chile con queso, there was maybe 3 slivers of onion in the queso. It was pretty bland in my opinion, just taste like velveeta. For my entree I ordered the the beef fajita for one, with refried beans and flour tortillas, I had to repeat my order 3 times to our server till he finally repeated the order correctly. The fajitas came out first, then he went back to get the tortillas asked if everything is okay and I said "we don't have any napkins or silverware" Why weren't there any at our table before? I don't know, anyways we get our silverware and he leaves. But wait, where's my rice and beans? He only brought me the fajitas and tortillas, so I wait and wait and wait and our server is just chopping it up with his coworkers until I finally got up and asked if I'm missing my rice and beans. He said "what type of beans? I'll get it for you" As if I didn't tell him 3 times already! It takes 2 seconds for me the get the rice and beans, why didn't they come out with my fajitas? I don't know. So before he leaves I ask if I can get a cooked jalapeño and some sour cream, he said sure no problem. 10/15 min or so pass, no sour cream, no jalapeño. It wasn't until I got up and asked the host up front what the status was on my sides is when our server magically appeared and checked on my order. Keep in mind, there is only one other table seated, it's not that busy and the jalapeño was cold! It was honestly annoying that I had to get up and ask for assistance. Even more frustrating that where I was seated you can look into the kitchen and all you see is staff taking and texting, the amount of time I waited to get assistance and staff could have taken 30 seconds to ask if I needed anything. After we finish eating I have no idea where our server is and I don't know how long I've been waiting to get our tab, so what do I do? I get up once again and ask for our tab to pay. I found our server sitting in the back texting and talking with his coworkers. Crazy how many times I had to get up because staff was to busy chopping it up. Only positive I can say is the fajitas were delicious but not sizzling hot. Who know how long our server had left our food there because he was texting and taking it up, maybe that's why the temperature of our food was warm not hot.
