Great place to get seafood in Katy! Great flavor and portion sizes! The highlights were the scallops and the popcorn chicken! super friendly service too! I highly recommend and would come back.

2nd time here- ordered 2 dozen charred oysters, 2 orders of charred scallops, papaya salad with pig ears ,garlic noodles with shrimp and clams. Overall my fav are the scallops. Everything here has a sweet base. Service was great as she had an opinion! Cute interior near Hmart.

The food was delicious, we had the regular crawfish and the garlic I believe. I can't remember exactly. It was a while back. The service was good as well very intuitive to our needs. Atmosphere was ok, nothing special.

First time trying viet Cajun crawfish at a restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised! Friendly staff, clean atmosphere We tried the kitchen special & house special sauces and we liked whichever was the one with simple garlic & butter best. Pro tip - if you can handle medium heat, get the HOT. It goes way better together than the medium and elevated the sauce balance overall (Medium was mild to us) Loved it would come back

First time trying the place. Haven't found this dish anywhere. Service is great too

Had a hankering for crabs so we picked up (wish I ate there instead) some snow crab and dungeness both with the lemon pepper and also the cajun special sauce. Everything smelled and tasted incredible! The snow crab was very fresh and cracked and peeled easily. Both sauces penetrated the the meat with lots of buttery garlic goodness. The Dungeness crab was fresh but the shells were tougher and the meat didn't pull as easy. The ladies cooking the food and running the restaurant were happy, kind and personable. Restaurant was small and clean and had lots of parking.

Garlic Butter Razor Clams: Flavor reminded me of crawfish. Preferred the Thai basil.

I've been here twice now. My first visit convinced me I'd be a loyal customer for life, but my second visit wasn't as great. I had razor clams, sweet snails, scallops, oysters, and soft shell crab on my first visit, and loved everything! This visit made me fall in love with razor clams lol so when I came back, I got two orders of it in two different flavors all to myself. One of them was good and normal, while the other one was...gritty. I thought the first one was a fluke, but after having five in a row that were like that, I knew it was the whole plate. But the other plate was fine, so idk how that happened. It was really disappointing because my first visit had me grinning from ear to ear. I'm really hoping it was a one-time thing because I still love those razor clams and don't know where else to get them. Aside from that one dish, everything here has been spectacular. So great that this was potentially my newest favorite restaurant, at least in terms of seafood. SWEET SNAIL W/ SALTED GREEN PEPPER: Not my favorite snail because it breaks easily. The flavor was good, but not my favorite of the night. My parents loved it though. They ordered a second plate. RAZOR CLAM (THAI BASIL): I loved the chewy, meaty texture! And I loved the rich flavor! My favorite dish of the night! RAZOR CLAM (GARLIC BUTTER): The flavor reminded me exactly of crawfish. It was good, but I preferred the Thai basil. GRILLED LARGE BLOOD CLAM: Delicious toppings! The clams were very chewy, some might think too chewy, but I still enjoyed it. SALTED PEPPER SOFT SHELL CRAB: Delicious! Great crispy texture! Great flavor! Super fresh! Really good size too! One of the best soft shell crabs I've ever gotten! Must try! RAW OYSTERS: Huge, plump, and super fresh! The green jalapeño sauce was really good too, even though I usually don't like jalapeño. I'm kinda obsessed with it lol GRILLED OYSTERS W/ SCALLION OIL and W/CHEESE: We split a dozen between the two flavors. Again, huge, plump, and fresh! So tasty! I usually don't like grilled oysters, but this is the first time I loved it! GRILLED SCALLOPS W/ QUAIL EGGS: Good, but I would personally prefer it without the egg. I think my table liked it with it though. CALAMARI RINGS: Huge, thick, and very chewy. Honestly too chewy. Probably won't get again. CRAB GARLIC NOODLE: Tasty! Good portion size and amount of crab.

The best grilled scallops and grilled squid. I drove over an hour to get here and would do it again. The grilled scalloped come with green onions, Fish sauce, peanuts. Freaking perfections. Tastebuds unlocked. The grilled squid, just amazing. I wish I could eat this combo every day. Also!!!! So cheap!

I've had crawfish from them before and it was really good but this time around they over cooked the crawfish. Their crawfish was very flavorful but over cooked.

Underrated seafood place! They serve fresh, authentic Vietnamese style seafood. The sauces they serve with their dishes are so addicting. The only complaint I have is that the seafood garlic noodles were a bit lukewarm when we got them. Everything else was delicious!

The restaurant was fairly busy. Our server, Khang , was graceful, friendly and served us perfectly our food was hot and fresh and the wait was not too long . The beef garlic noodles were pretty good, served with lettuce and tomato but no dressing. The noodles had a great blend of garlic and healthy portion of beef. The seafood boil was VERY hot in MILD and the spicy is HOT however, the flavors were flavoring! CITRUS HEAT CRAWFISH (medium heat): Strong kick when dipped in the juice at the bottom of the bag. Good flavor, but doesn't compare to my favorite crawfish flavor (The Mix at Crawfish Cafe). Large to medium-sized crawfish (late May). GARLIC BUTTER MUSSELS (mild heat): Really good! Large to medium-sized mussels. RAW OYSTERS: They were fine. Not bad, not particularly great. The word that came to mind was lackluster. I know they're gulf oysters, but I've had much better gulf oysters. Large to medium-sized. No small ones. Came with 1 small lemon slice and 4 small lime slices. LOBSTER BURGER: Really good! Great flavor! Good, brioche bun! Felt loaded! They didn't skimp on lobster meat. I saw a whole small claw in there! Appreciated the toothpick to keep it all together as much as possible. Would've been pretty messy without it. The FRIES were really good as well! Lightly crispy on the outside, soft inside, and well-seasoned. GUMBO: This was not very good. The rice was fully submerged under the gumbo, not on the side. The rice was also a little hard/undercooked. The meats were bland. The gumbo soup was very thin, like water (I prefer it thicker in consistency). On the bright side, the soup was flavorful.

Ray fin jerky is a maybe if you like sweet jerky or not, this dish was a hit or miss at the table. Our waitresses were amazing and very sweet. One seems to be fairly new but I think she will do well with more experiences as she gets the hang of handling large parties. Our table was stable, but because of the angle from the windows, the light kind of blinded one of our friends in the face. I would recommend stronger blinds for the front. I really liked the decorations. They were all sea shaped based, like a few of the lights were "waves". I thought they were cute. I didn't recall anything bad about the place, and given the rave reviews since then, I thought it was time to return. Based on reviews, we showed up early on a Friday evening (~5 pm). Even at that time, it was mostly full, but we were able to snag seats at the bar, which is first come first serve. We ordered the "regular" grilled oysters (5/5), which were anything but regular, as they were topped with peanuts and a really great flavor. I'd get these again. Fair warning, these take 20 minutes to come out, which I didn't mind, but I did not realize that they would not bring us anything else until after the oysters since these are considered an app. I thought they'd just bring things out as they were ready. This meant, we did not get our crawfish until we were already sitting there for an hour. About halfway into the wait for the crawfish (after the oysters), the fried rice (1/5) showed up, and I have to say, it was underwhelming. It came out room temperature, which to me is cold, and I thought this was just how they do it. Except 15 minutes later, the seats next to us got their fried rice, and it came out piping hot. You could still see the steam coming off of it. Besides being cold, I didn't think the fried rice was that good in terms of flavor. I also generally prefer the short grain rice, and this was more of a long grain. Once the crawfish showed up, we were well past an hour, so we dove right into it. Both the garlic butter and combo mix were great flavor - some of the best I've had in Houston. However.... it made me remember why we did not return. About 20% of the crawfish were TINY. And by tiny, I mean they were smaller than my pinky finger. Maybe I'm a crawfish snob, but at this time of the season, there should not be that many tiny crawfish. Maybe a few small ones, but not tiny. Crawfish flavor = 5+/5, crawfish quality = 2/5, crawfish cook = 3/5. Then I made the mistake of ordering a cluster of snow crab. That took another 30+ min to come out, and it was again room temperature. The service at the bar was fine (4/5), but the kitchen service (1/5) is not something I want to experience again, especially not for the crawfish quality/size. Yes, the flavor was amazing, but I'm not fighting for a table for lukewarm food and 30 min wait time for each dish. The pricing was some of the lowest I've seen ($8.99/lb crawfish), but I'd rather pay $1 more at other places for the quality.

The food is consistently flavorful, and whenever I'm missing New Orleans, this place gives me a taste of home. What keeps me coming back is not just the food, but also the outstanding customer service. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and attentive. Many times, I've placed an order before work, and they have it ready with the same level of care and hospitality as if I were dining in the restaurant. That level of service is truly appreciated. The food is always fresh, hot, and prepared consistently. One of my absolute favorites is the remoulade sauce. It is incredibly flavorful, tasty, and complements the meal perfectly. For health reasons, I recently ordered the Kids Catfish Meal, and it was the perfect choice. The portion size was more than enough, and I even had dirty rice left over to enjoy later. The music is a mix of EDM, Hip-hop, Rap, and R&B. They have tables and bar top seating. If you have a bigger group, I'm sure you can find a table depending on the time you arrive. There is a lot of seating. To start off, I ordered the Matcha Martini. It was STRONG omg, definitely a sipper, but it was so good. It was creamy and had a good matcha flavor. I love how they added matcha powder on top. For drinks, I also tried their espresso martini and Bubbly Pineapple. The espressos here are good, no complaints. The Bubbly Pineapple is so cute; it comes out with a bubble of smoke you can pop. The drink is very refreshing; it really tastes like pineapple. FYI, the drink has little black seeds, so if you don't like textures in your drink, maybe this one isn't for you. Also the drink came with a little frozen pineapple you can add to your drink once you pop the bubble As an appetizer, I got a dozen raw oysters and decided to add the $5 tobiko (fish eggs). Let me say, they were not stingy with the Tobiko, there was so much on my Oysters, I mean a lot! The oysters were good, and so was the tobiko, but I feel that with so much tobiko, it kind of took away from the oysters. Still good though, especially for $21 for the dozen with the tobiko! It was very filling I'm not gonna lie, I got pretty full with the oysters, but I still had to eat my entree As an entree, I ordered the Short Ribs, which came with rice and a side salad. I didn't think I was going to eat much of my entree since the oysters had filled me up, but I ate the short ribs down to the bone! Every single one of those ribs I devoured, no meat was left on my plate. I didn't have space to eat, but my stomach made space for this. 10/10 would recommend the short ribs, especially with the delicious sauce it came with. I think it's like a fish sauce 10/10 for food and drinks. Bonus: the staff here is really friendly. I really enjoyed my time here. I need to come more often for sure, this is definitely a Katy gem

( I won't be able to confirm that theory cause I'll be home by then!) Food & services were good as usual. The bartenders do a great job check them out!
