Our favorite local Mexican spot. Always great service and great beef fajita meat. We love the white queso with some salsa mixed in. My husband and kids are obsessed with the green pork enchiladas. read more

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about eating here--be careful. We were given a lunch menu and ordered from it, assuming those were the prices. When the bill came, everything was charged at full dinner price, about $10 more per plate. No one mentioned anything beforehand, so it felt really misleading. Make sure you double check pricing before you order so you don't get surprised like we did. read more

Went to brunch today at Hacienda and really enjoyed it. The portions were very reasonable along with the prices. Service was okay, with a noticeable language barrier among some staff. The tv by us played 4 year old ads but the interior was clean (besides the sticky menus). I got 'The Hangover' which was a decent sized bowl or menudo along with 2 street tacos. In my opinion the menudo was good but the street tacos were underwhelming. I would order the menudo again but I would definitely think twice about the tacos. We also ordered the huevos rancheros with 2 additional eggs. The chorizo potatoes were flavorful and eggs/beans/fruit were cooked well and very fresh. read more

Hacienda is our favorite "go-to" place in Fulshear. The whole staff is friendly and always accommodating to special requests. They have a great indoor area and can accommodate larger parties. They've done a great job on their outdoor patio as well! The food is a tex-mex style but they or have some more authentic Mexican tastes/dishes. Definitely try their new corn tortillas! Our favorite dishes are the Fajitas Norteña, Gabriel's salad and kids love their quesadillas. If you're looking for someone to cater, they do a fantastic job! Your guests will not leave hungry. read more

Amazing food and an amazing service!! The ambiance is great and fast service! Staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable.

Favorite go-to Mexican restaurant. Their enchiladas are my favorite, but just about anything is excellent and the service is always great.

Hot fajitas! Lots of options! Get Omar margarita! The bartender is quick and keeps it coming! Love the Mexican authenticity in the restaurant read more

Had a great first dinner in Houston! I landed yesterday afternoon and my friend suggested we get Tex Mex, which is always fine with me! I came here last time I visited and wasn't disappointed. This time was no different. We were seated in the patio, and it was a gorgeous night. Right off the bat we ordered margarita flights and guacamole. There are tons of flavors of margaritas you can order from, which I love. I ordered lime, coconut, watermelon, and passion fruit. The watermelon was my favorite, I love all things watermelon, and it came with a tajin rim! The guac was good, super fresh. There were massive hunks of avocado in it and I prefer a bit smaller- but that's just personal preference. To eat I got steak fajitas with corn tortillas. The steak was seasoned wonderfully and tasted great with the tortillas. I wish there would have been more peppers with the veggies and sour cream served with the plate of items that come with them. The beans were great that came with the dish, and it also came with rice. We'll probably be back next time I visit. Already thinking about what flavors I'll get with my flight :) read more

Our absolute favorite! The food is always on point--fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. The drinks never disappoint, and the service is truly impeccable every single time. Walking in feels like stepping into a real-life episode of Cheers--they know you, treat you like family, and make the whole experience feel special. If you're looking for a place that delivers amazing food and even better hospitality, this is it! read more

Yummmm! I am focusing my food intake to be low carb and this was perfect (minus the rice- I just didn't eat it, next time I'll ask for extra veggies)! The carne asada was cooked perfectly and full flavor. Paired nicely with fresh vegetables and cheese. I opted for charro beans which were tender and delicious. Service was fantastic and friendly, as usual! Honestly it's a great neighborhood place to enjoy a family meal. read more

Outstanding beef enchiladas and the salsa is fantastic! Great portion sizes, plenty of food!

We drove out here to Fulshear by recommendation, restaurant is beautiful , comfortable booth to sit and eat ,they also have outdoor seating ,salsas were delicious, chips were a little hard ,I give this restaurant 2 stars because the waitress didn't seem to care about customers ,was on her phone ,took awhile to order because of it , she wasn't attentive to our table ,for refills and such ,secondly the enchiladas were good but had a BOLD flavor of the corn tortilla and would be a hit or miss depending on your taste ,the taco and the cheese puff we're delicious as well as the guacamole - really good ,other than that we did talk to the manager about everything and our experience ,hopefully the waitress can find her niche ,because it really ruined it for us as first time customers read more

Food and services were great. The patio is nice to sit out on a pretty day. I would definitely recommend going to this restaurant

Really great experience tonight. I think they've improved a lot over the years. We typically thought their takeout was better than dining in but tonight my opinion changed. Very fast and friendly service. Everything was clean and there were lots of people tonight but they didn't have any issues. The food was delicious. The queso came out and they actually flambéed it which we did not expect. The enchiladas were delicious and I loved the charro beans. The large Margarita was enough for one person. Everything was exceptional. Will be dining in more often. read more

This is my local Tex-mex place. I've been multiple times and they always have great service. I love their enchiladas. My wife especially like the chicken sour cream enchiladas. For me, I'm a big fan of their Tampico plate, the Cochinita pibil, and the mole enchiladas. Last but not least, they also have good margaritas. I like this place. It's a neighborhood restaurant and has a neighborhood vibe. I'll keep coming here. read more

Food is just ehh. I wish there was more flavor to their food, it all tastes very plain. The staff is friendly and the food comes out relatively fast so that's good. This was a one and done restaurant for us, definitely better and more authentic Mexican food around town! read more

First time here wife heard good things about this place. I also read the reviews on this place and they were all good but I have to say it was not all that people were saying. First the bad our waitress was not very attentive to us the bus boy was more attentive than she was, she only checked on us like 3-4 times she also had a little attitude and I didn't appreciate that. Second the food was pretty good it was very flavorful and delicious so I don't know why someone would say that the food is bland and has no flavor.i think if I had a better experience here I would come back to this place but for now I will just move on to next restaurant. read more

My husband and I are excited because we have now found our New Mexican restaurant!!! Came here for dinner last night and Luis was our excellent server! He helped me pick out the Street Beef Corn Tacos & they did not disappoint!! I loved the homemade jalapeño sauce that came with them on the side as well as the roasted chili pepper too. They're topped with grilled onions too!! My husband really enjoyed the combination Enchiladas - he got beef, chicken and spinach - all 3 were great, our favorite though was the spinach one. My husband loved there margaritas too! It's nice & clean inside. We definitely will be back!! read more

Ive been going to The Hacienda in Fulshear for years, and it never disappoints! The staff (Omar, Josue, Nelson) are always friendly, attentive, and welcoming--it truly feels like a place where they know and appreciate their regulars. The food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. And of course, the world-famous margaritas are an absolute must--easily some of the best you'll find anywhere. It's a spot I keep coming back to for a reason. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food, drinks, and service in Fulshear! read more

***BREAKFAST SERVED ON WEEKENDS ONLY*** Sunday crowds come in after 12:30 We like coming on Sundays because my dad really loves it here (he's local). And I see why: *Excellent service. Everyone is so outgoing and quick, ready to help and always attentive. *The food is a Gringos delight, but the flower tortillas are a Mexican one! (I loooove those) *Full bar *Festive music in the air... *And speaking of music, they have live mariachi on Thursdays at 6:30 *I've only been here on Sundays while visiting here in Texas but we've really enjoyed the attentiveness and how welcome we feel every. single. time! TERRIBLE SERVICE! We needed a table for 12, we were offered a table for 7 and told the other's in our party could stand by the table. I've never been to a restaurant where half the people in the party are told to stand! We asked if there was room on the patio so we could all SIT at the table. We had to move 3 tables on the patio ourselves to accommodate our party. We sat and were told to wait a little bit to order. IT TOOK AN HOUR BEFORE THE SERVER CAME TO OUR TABLE!! By the time he came to take our order no one even wanted to eat anymore. We watched people come and go while we sat and waited to place our order. A dinner that should've taken 45min max took 2.5 hours!! This place is not worth it. Food is mediocre and service is awful! We definitely will not be back! read more

First time here. Came in just before noon on a Saturday. Dining area was fairly clean but the floor was so greasy that I had a hard time not slipping. For such a large building, it's very small inside. Can definitely say that I won't be back. Didn't take a pic of our food. Food was beyond bland. I sometimes feel like white peeps get the generic version of ethnic foods at certain restaurants. To me, this was just like Lopez's Mexican food - clean and blah. By this I mean that the veggies were fresh but meat and everything else was lacking flavor. Queso had no Mexican flavor, spices or peppers. Kinda tasted like jacked up Velveeta - like added some milk n other cheese but that's it. Tortilla chips were way too thick and hard on your teeth. We both had the 3 crispy ground beef tacos that came with rice & beans. It was a large plate of bland food. But I will say the rice was pretty good. Everything was lacking flavor. If it hasn't been edible, I'd be much more upset about the cost. 2 of the 3 taco dinners, queso, 2 Cokes and it was $56. read more

The food is awful. Tried a few times when I moved here and I just can't stomach it. Their margaritas have way too much mix and are not good.

My wife and I ate here for the first time a week back. The place was visually appealing and the service was remarkable. Our waitress was very helpful in our selections, she was friendly, customer oriented and professional. She checked on us several times and our glasses were never empty. The food was good and there was plenty of it on the plate. My only reason for the 3 stars, is the price of the meal. The food in comparison to prices was not satisfactory. Two drinks, one appetizer and two meals (combination enchilada plate and street tacos) was, with a tip and we spent a smooth $80.00 dollars. This is outrageous, my fault for not paying attention in the beginning while ordering. Don't think your going to eat at your every day Tex-Mex place, food maybe, pricing not so much. I am not cheap by far but, would expect a little more for that kind of prices. So if you go, be ready for the price. Don't think your going to eat at your every day Tex-Mex place, food yes, pricing not so much. read more

My wife and I go there for the street tacos because they're really good and typically 5stars. We've been several times and have always had good service. This last time, our waitress(lady with blondish hair) was not attentive or friendly at all. The bus boy was way more attentive and polite. Hacienda management, you really need to do a better job in training this lady for customer service. We will return but make sure we are not in her area. read more

I have had hit or miss experiences here. I know people who love this place and sometimes they have been good and sometimes not so much. And unfortunately I have to say the same about the service. I have had great service and a time I went for a Pete lunch it was as they were doing me a favor waiting on me. I am reluctant to give them 3 stars but I hope I just hit them in a couple bad days. read more

Our go to Authentic Mexican restaurant. You'll be so happy you tried them. Recommendations - Large Top Shelf Don Julio Margarita on the rocks, salted rim. Everything on the menu is very good. This was one of the first restaurants we tried after moving here. The service was good but the place was nearly empty so I can't say how it is when it is busy. The food is about what you would expect. There are better places around but they cost more and there are worse places that cost the same. It is a nice large restaurant with several TVs placed throughout. read more

This is a great family restaurant for consistent food and good service. I have eaten here three times now and will return maybe. Food is ok but not wow. Drinks are a bit weak for the prices. Service is good to the point of overbearing. I've noted a lot of families with small kids. They all seem to be enjoying themselves. I recall those days being hard to keep my kids happy unless the food was served fast and the drinks being refilled often. So for families with little ones you should try this place for sure. For me, the food was really salty and not at all spicy. read more

So yummy! Poblano enchies are the best! Guacamole app was the best I've had (we like less chunky veggies in ours and more of the plain avocado chunk kind). We will definitively dine here more often. read more

This was close to my sister-in-law's house, and everybody wanted Mexican food. It was very loud and I wasn't impressed with the margarita was kind of watery. I had Carnitas tacos and I like the Carnitas more and strips not chunks. The Charro beans were OK. The boys like their meals but us girls were on the fence. My husband had a taco and they just put hamburger meat in it and two enchiladas with some chicken rolled up in a corn tortilla, and some sauce thrown on top . Service was just OK. read more
