    Soft serve

The Good: -soft serve tasted good enough -the vibes inside are quite bougie if that's what you're looking for The Bad: -waited forever in line -$9 for a small cone of soft serve -inside was stifling hot

I AM NOT AN INFLUENCER. I love coffee. I came here for coffee. Obviously it's associated with the Ralph Lauren brand so you'd expect some class, and higher prices. The worst part is the wait. We were fortunate to arrive at a decent time where the line reached the last window past the corner of the coffee shop. That alone was 40 minutes. When we finished we saw the line was 4x as long. There wasn't a signature drink with the foam already added in. What you see in my photos is a latte, + vanilla+ foam+ an add shot. That came out to about $12 dollars. But you wait in that line so you know you are at the point of no return. Plus I've paid more for a cup of coffee. Did it taste good, yeah it was alright. Are there dozens of comparable places in the area without the line. Yeah. But it's social currency in this generation. And I can say I tried it.

I love the Ralph Lauren preppy aesthetic, so I was excited to see they were opening a coffee shop here in SoCal. I know people would wait hours just to grab a cup of joe from here, so I wanted to see what the hype is all about. The interior design is stunning! I love the forest green theme (one of my favorite colors) and love how clean and retro the shop felt, almost like a diner. But, I will say whoever designed the layout may need to rethink some things, as going from the line, cashier, and to pick up was a bit awkward and confusing. There are signs, but still I think that part of customer experience could be improved on. As for my drink, I'm not a coffee girly (anymore) so I opted for the matcha latte. Unfortunately, as already seen by the color, the matcha was trash. Now I understand their specialty is moreso coffee, but if you're going to put it on the menu, it's gotta be at least half decent. Matcha tastes really stale, definitely not up to par with other shops. I am kind of curious about their soft serve, but honestly feel like it's just really overpriced ordinary ice cream. If you want some aesthetic branded coffee and the NYC vibes, then Ralph's is it. But otherwise, eh, it's a pass for me.

I LOVE COACHELLA WEEKEND I mean wow, no more waiting in line for the Ralph Lauren cafe! I wonder why!! Still a 10 min wait but wasn't too bad. Very nice cashier, great decor and merch. Coffee was meh but I really loved the vanilla affogato! Was barely able to snag a seating inside the cafe as people tend to either linger very long or go in and out after they finish their drink and get their pictures. Totally not worth any longer wait honestly. Love their stamp card!

In my opinion, it's all hype. It's only coffee and croissants? I was hoping for the Ralph's restaurant were you can order actual meals. They don't even have the iconic coffee cups to sell at the store. Most of my experience was being ordered around on how to properly stand in line lol. Ambiance was cute though. I like the artwork they had and the bear statues. I had a honey matcha I think. I can't remember if they had syrup. If they did I either had vanilla or lavender if they offered and it was fine. Nothing memorable. We had a croissant with new flavor just all the flakes form the patty in every bite so maybe super dry/stale? If the line was the "3 hour wait" not worth it. I got there before it opened and the wait was like I think 30 minutes? Again all hype. We needed up taking our drinks and having brunch at the great maple.

This is a very preppy coffee shop in the Ralph Lauren store in fashion Island. It's on the pricey side and they have really interesting drinks. The line is sooooo long and the merchandise is so cute! I can't wait to come back here when it's not so crowded.

ive been here twice, the first time, it was a saturday evening, the line was wrapped around, after waiting in line for about an hr, my friend and i decided to leave bc from that point, it would be another 45m. and we had another appt we needed to get to in LB. fast forward about a month, i arrived around 0930am on a saturday and no line! super cute coffee shop. IMO, its def worth checking out, IF there is no line or max 30m. i ordered the draft oat latte, it was okay. nothing to rave over or make another trip just to get this coffee. although, i did sample their soft serve ice cream! and THAT!! that was soo good. will be back to try their affogato that everyone is raving about! parking: located right by the koi pond in fashion island. plenty of parking!

Honestly just came here for the aesthetics. I love a pretty coffee shop - and this one did not disappoint. It was very classy and had the most stunning colors/decor. I went on a weekday and the line was still out the door. I tried a class matcha latte sweetened with honey. The matcha was nothing special, probably would not get again. The line moved fast, cashiers were super nice, and the prices were decent. Overall it was a nice one and done trip.

Shoutout to Aneska for making the cutest and most delicious mocha!!! It was absolutely perfect, not too sweet, just right, and the coffee itself was so smooth and flavorful. You can really taste how good the quality is. I also grabbed the mini chocolate chip cookies and wow, they are SO good! Simple, natural, basic ingredients and you can totally tell. I loved enjoying my coffee inside, the atmosphere is beautiful and cozy, and they also have plenty of outdoor seating. Sitting by the koi pond was so relaxing and such a nice way to unwind. Everything about this stop was amazing and made my day!!! I'll definitely be back!

It was our first time visiting Ralph's Coffee Cafe, and my girlfriend and I are huge fans of the Unsweetened Draft Oat Latte. The cashier even gave us a sample to try, and I have to say, we loved it! We can't wait to come back for more. The coffee is definitely worth it. It tasted delicious and kept us energized throughout the day. We especially loved that it wasn't too sweet, which made it just right. The overall atmosphere has a Ralph Lauren vibe, but in a cozy cafe setting. The interior is really cute. If you end up waiting in line, it's definitely worth it. Tip: The best time to go is after lunchtime, between 12:30 PM and 3 PM. Weekdays are less busy, we went on a Monday. We ordered two Unsweetened Draft Oat Lattes, a bag of medium roast coffee beans, mini chocolate chip cookies, and a coffee mug as a souvenir.

Came on a Sat and there was a short line. Asked the security guard and he said its around a 30-40 min wait usually. I would say this coffee shop is aesthetically pleasing and love the design of the whole shop/store. But their menu is a bit generic. Nothing too special with the items on there. They do have a soft serve machine so you can get an affogato. We got just a regular iced coffee and a chai latte. Both were just alright. Nothing memorable or worth noting about the drinks. I think we waited around 30 min so it wasnt too bad. Very limited seating inside but there's plenty of outdoor seating throughout the plaza. Will probably go back when the crowd dies down a bit.

The line finally died down enough to stop by here on a Friday afternoon. It's cute! Not sure it's worth all the hype but it is definitely more fun and whimsical than a typical chain coffee outing. There was still a little bit of a line and I don't love that the make us wait outside considering there is plenty of space inside to queue without obstructing other businesses. It also creates this weird gap between the indoor and outdoor queue that the security team has to monitor and unfortunately folks do try to cut the line quite often. But, once I got inside, it was so cute! I love all the Ralph's Coffee merch and the teddy bear greeting us. I got the oat milk latte on draft. This was delicious! Very creamy and the coffee was good quality. I'm not sure I'll come back soon but I recommend it as a try at least once coffee stop.

The hype has died down a little for the first Ralph's coffee on the west coast. Those from the East Coast particular New York may have tried Ralph's coffee which are the only locations I know of in the United States. From my time on the east coast I really liked the mocha which is a really rich chocolate and vanilla latte are my go to's. As far of the location it is really nice to visit really nice decor and seating area if your able to get a seat. This place still is pretty busy so there is normally a line out the door especially towards the weekend. I guess the only cons to this place are its pretty expensive coffee and long lines. I got two latte with cold foam and over night oats and it ran 39 dollars. It is by far the best coffee option in the mall. Top notch quality in terms of coffees. Merch is very nice, but is expansive also, the clothing is just as much I believe as the Polo clothing next door. Overall I can't complain much though because it is a nice experience even if you got to pay more for it.

Nice looking spot with plenty of outdoor seating. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly. So why just 3 stars? The food was just eh. If I had more hours in California I would have made up for the lackluster food by making a trip to HB's Tacos Los Cholos. I had the recommended Enchiladas Suizas. When my plate came out I knew immediately it would be just ok. The enchiladas didn't even look saucy. The refried beans looked (and tasted) like canned beans. The rice was very boring. The tinga chicken, somehow, was dry. My wife had the tostada salad. It was like $26 because of the $10 add on of steak. $26 for the most gringo thing on the menu. Best part of it was the steak, the rest will be repressed from my memory. A friend had the taco trio. $19 for 3 tacos and no sides. That's pretty steep. He didn't even finish the 3 tacos. He had the short rib, al pastor and carnitas. None of them looked very good. I had a pinch of his short rib meat. It tasted like grandma's Sunday pot roast. And just like the tinga chicken it was also dry. My wife's strawberry marg was quite good. The beer menu was very basic. Gotta step it up. When the free chips and salsa, and add on steak are the highlights of the dinner you know that the place needs help.

The vegan burrito includes hash browns, onions, spinach, and vegan breakfast sausage, creating a filling breakfast that manages to satisfy without feeling overly heavy. The verde salsa ties everything together nicely, adding brightness and moisture that helps fuse the ingredients into a cohesive burrito with all the key elements you'd want in a good breakfast wrap. What really would've taken the burrito to the next level is the addition of a vegan egg option like Just Egg. That extra layer would've made the burrito exceptional rather than simply very good. Still, even without it, the burrito was flavorful, hearty, and satisfying enough that I'd order it again. One thoughtful touch is that the burrito is served cut in half, which works well if you're dining in. However, if you plan to customize it further or add your own ingredients, it's probably best to request that it not be cut in half beforehand.
