Ralphs Coffee was just okay for me. The line was pretty long, and it took quite a while to get our order. I ordered an iced vanilla latte, which had been recommended to me by an employee, but unfortunately it tasted more like milk than coffee. I also got a chocolate chip cookie, which was actually pretty good. Overall, I felt like everything was overpriced for what it was. I think you're paying more for the Ralph Lauren brand and aesthetic than for the quality of the coffee itself. That said, the café itself is really cute and aesthetic, and the decor definitely adds to the experience. I just wish the coffee had matched the atmosphere a little more!

We love the decor in Ralph's coffee Café. The coffees are delicious. There's limited seating on the inside and some seating on the outside as well. It's convenient to get to basically connected to the outdoors. And also connected to the Ralph Lauren designer store next-door

Ralph's Coffee *July 27th, 2026 *8:30am- Monday *3 Stars Environment: *Inside Fashion Island *Large Parking Lot *Aesthetic Inside *Outdoor Seating Food/Drinks: *Ralph's Roast I'd been wanting to try Ralph's Coffee for a while, so I was glad to finally stop by. I had read that the line can sometimes be over an hour, so I was pleasantly surprised there was almost no wait. The shop itself is small but has a really cute and aesthetic atmosphere. The Ralph's Roast had a nice strong coffee flavor and was served piping hot. The only thing that surprised me was that it came in a small plastic cup, which didn't feel very sturdy for a hot drink. Overall, I'm glad I finally tried it, but while the coffee was good, I'm not sure I'd make a special trip back just for it.

So happy they opened a shop close to home! The cafe is soooo cute!!!!

Everything about this cafe is soooo cute! There was a bit of a wait when I went there but it was worth it. I wasn't in the mood for a latte so I opted for just a drip and a pastry. They were both delicious and the coffee was HOT (the way I like it). The barista was friendly and nice. I would say give this place a try if you want to try something new besides the scratch coffee. I will be back!

On my latest visit to Fashion Island, I noticed the line at Ralph's Coffee was no longer obscene. My husband and I waited behind just three other groups, giving us time to look at the menu. We ordered the draft oat latte and the salted honey latte with cold foam. Both were good pick me ups, and I would definitely return for the salted honey latte! Inside, there's some seating but it's a little cramped with the walls and displays of cute Ralph's coffee merchandise. There's really no need to stay in the coffee shop though when Fashion Island has so many nice tables and lounge spots all over.

Finally got to try this place after walking by and seeing the line looked to be a reasonable length. I learned the cause of the line is the absurd amount of time they take to actually take your order. The menu is fairly simple and in my prior work experience coffee simply shouldn't take this long. They inside is really cute, however, and it's hard to want to miss if you are a fan of Ralph Lauren. My sister got an affogato that was really good, but it's also hard to mess up soft serve. I just think they need to work on speed of service and it would be worth the visit.

    Affogato

Affogato: 10/10, would happily drown my gelato in it again. Meanwhile, the rest of the crowd is out here ordering plain soft serve like it's 1995--hello, live a little! That espresso hit so hard it probably remembers my high school GPA. Price tag? Oof. Let's just say Ralph Lauren charges an extra 30% for the privilege of seeing his name on the cup. But hey, I didn't come here for a bargain--I came for caffeine and vibes. The dining room? Cozy and spotless. The merchandise? Gorgeous--and priced like it was woven from unicorn mane. But let's be real: I'm here for the teddy bear and the bean juice, not to remortgage my apartment for a polo shirt.

Long line, long wait, and mediocre drinks summarizes this coffee shop. It's really more an Instagram friendly place good for taking pictures of yourself and friends and maybe some decor. Not for actual food or drink qualities. My chai was very watery and sad tasting. My friend had no comment about her latte. How sad. And how overpriced for what they are. It's also one of the very few places that's actually not dog friendly at the Fashion Island mall. I visited with my two beagles and had to wait outside while my friend went to fetch the drink. The view you have while enjoying the drinks outdoors is decent. You can watch the koi pond and other screaming children. Good stuffs, I know.

I've been wanting to try Ralph's Coffee for a while, but every time I stopped by there was a line. Finally went on a Friday morning and there was no wait -- perfect! I ordered the hazelnut latte and it was okay. Nothing bad, but definitely not the best coffee I've ever had. The shop itself is super cute though and has a really fun vibe. They also sell some cute Ralph's merchandise, although it's a little pricey. Definitely worth checking out for the atmosphere! I'd come back and try something different next time.

Drove 40mins on the 405 south from Torrance just for Ralph's Coffee! This place is totes adorable. The vibe is modern and totally trendy and the atmosphere is inviting. Visited on a Sunday shortly after they opened and was shocked that there was no line. Staff was friendly and super helpful in guiding us to popular choices and their favorites. The drinks: My cousin and I decided on the mocha ($7) and a vanilla iced latte with brown sugar and cinnamon cold foam ($6.50). Mocha was beautiful with your usual latte design art. Not too sweet not too bitter - your average mocha. Vanilla iced latte with added brown sugar and cinnamon cold foam was delicious. They were generous with the cold foam and not stingy like other establishments. The pairing of both vanilla iced latte and the cold foam matched perfectly. They only offered two flavored cold foams - brown sugar cinnamon and salted honey. The pastries: We went for the pain au chocolat ($6.50) and the blueberry muffin ($6). Pain au chocolat was flakey and buttery and delicious. The blueberry muffin was ok. It wasn't bad it just wasn't really great. I've had better for a lot less and this one just didn't have that 'crumbling sugary golden brown' top that I like to see on my blueberry muffins. It was soft and moist but also the taste wasn't outstanding - a solid ok. Overall, I'd definitely give this place a try. The interior design is spot on - sleek, coordinating colors and patterns. Price is pretty spot on for one, Southern California and two, for Newport Beach! I wouldn't really go all the way there again but if I'm in another location say, NYC I'd set out to visit Ralph's Coffee. It's kinda like Disney - wanna visit all of them!

Came here for an affogato midday and it was just the treat I needed. Service was fast, no long line and it's so cute inside. I've never been here but I can see the hype. The drink was also very tasty. It was strong at first but once mixed throughly it was just the pick-me-up I needed

    But first, coffee
    Paul L.

Ralph's Coffee has absolutely nailed the luxury aesthetic. From the moment you walk in, the beautifully tiled walls and curated hanging portraits deliver exactly the high-end, visual experience you'd expect from the brand. That said, the ambiance comes with a matching price tag. It's undeniably pricey as you would pay for coffee at Disneyland. For that reason I took extra napkins and paper sleeve home as a souvenir to maximize my return on investment. LOL.

Upon walking in, the barista was friendly and open to answering any and all questions. Ambiance was also great and fit the name of the cafe and its vibes. For the drinks, we got an iced toffee latte and the kepania, which is their version of a spanish latte. I liked the toffee latte more cause it had bits of toffee in it but I also liked the spanish latte as it tasted lighter than the toffee latte. It gave the drinks more of a balance when I started taking sips from both of them. I do really like how the top layer of the lattes were blue, which gives off a great aesthetic. The only downside for me was that the toffee latte lost a good amount of its flavor after some of the ice melted-- some cafes still have a strong coffee taste even after the ice melts & that's usually what I like as far as preference. As for the sunbliss blend smoothie, it definitely had that taste of the 100% real fruit in it and was a refreshing drink to sip on when I walked at the beach. It's a plus for this cafe for having plenty of options between drinks and bites!
