Reborn is the best neighborhood coffee shop by far. The ambience is relaxed and inviting. Julie the manager is genial and friendly. The whole team is welcoming and remembers your name and order. It's dog friendly with a treat and a smile for their canine customers. Yes they remember their names too My husband is a coffee connoisseur and their skilled baristas and coffee quality are both excellent. They also offer tasty pastries and snacks

Okay yum yum yum! This coffee shop was so good. I tried the blueberry matcha and it was so delish. Sometimes flavored matchas are way too sweet for me, but this was perfect. My friend got the caramel cold brew with sweet cream, which I took a sip of and that was great as well. The ladies working here were so so nice. I definitely want to go back or visit one of their other locations (they have many in LA/OC/IE counties)

Came here the day after 4th of July and their coconut matcha was the perfect morning pick me up. The coconut water was perfectly sweet and mixed so well with their matcha. It was light and refreshing. Coconut matcha has been becoming more popular recently and I'm so here for it!

Super cute location by the beach, with outdoor seating and a small interior seating area as well. Drinks are consistent with other locations, servers were all very friendly and the service was fast! Solid spot for your coffee/matcha fix if you're in the area.

A charming coffee shop located in a small plaza strip, with a modern biophillic interior design. Though the majority of customers are pick-up orders, thisbplace does have ample seating for anyone wanting to sit and sip their coffee while working. The staff is friendly and fast with their services, especially with the amount of traffic they get on a normal business weekday. I ordered the Hazel Ganache Latte which was rich, smooth, creamy, chocolatey and not too sweet. I loved the foam artwork and overall presentation.

I am visiting a buddy in Corona Del Mar area and we have walked to Reborn two mornings in a row. I have had just the drip coffee and a latte, as well as tried the almond croissant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved how personable the barista was for us being out of town. Great spot for anyone that is staying in the area to stop at and sit at their fantastic patio.

Cute and slightly cramped on the inside. Seating inside and out. Parking lot is small with limited spaces. Service is quick and the person taking orders was kind. We got a bacon burrito and sausage one (not picture). They were tiny but tasty. To drink I got the caramel sweet cream cold brew latte (tasted like ice cream which I enjoyed), husband got a regular cold brew which he said was great and not too acidic, and the kid got a strawberry lemonade that was the right amount of sweetness and not excessively tart.

Whoever is taking your order or making your drink is always super nice, and they constantly have fun seasonal drinks, like the campfire latte or maple hojicha latte. On the permanent menu I recommend the chai latte and the Reborn Bacio latte.

The coffee here is very delicious. They have some unique concepts for flavors. They have vegan donuts which looked delicious. The service was great, both the baristas were very nice. The ambiance was calm and you can definitely get work done here.

I'm not too sure what the hype over this place is! Service is fast and friendly but their drinks or food don't live up to the good reviews in my opinion. The house bagel and burrito were around $9-10 each and neither were good. The burrito was abysmally small (3-4 bites max) and the bagel was nothing special with an overcooked rubbery egg. We also ordered the blueberry matcha (hot) and the mango matcha (cold) and wouldn't get either of them again. The blueberry matcha tasted mostly like milk but the mango matcha had the distinct grassy matcha flavor with not enough sweetness.

I am glad I tried this place out. The place was quite busy and had ample seating inside and outside. I ordered a single espresso. It was delicious - my only criticism is that I would have preferred a little more crema. Perhaps they could adjust their pull a bit. Otherwise, it was fantastic.

Stopped by Reborn Coffee while in the neighborhood and was pleasantly surprised. The vibe is minimal and modern, yet still warm. I ordered the strawberry matcha, and it definitely exceeded expectations. Creamy, lightly sweet, and balanced with that earthy matcha flavor that's hard to get right. Even my friend, who usually doesn't like matcha, took a sip and was genuinely impressed. Safe to say Reborn might've changed her mind. Service was friendly and efficient, and the staff seemed knowledgeable about their menu. Definitely a spot I'd come back to.

Fantastic matcha!

They have great ceremonial matcha and their drinks are always made with consistently high quality! Baristas are always super friendly with great recommendations. There is also WiFi and outlets for studying, and mostly street parking is available.

Any gluten free food options?

Hi there, As for GF options,…

Can I get work done/study here?

We have indoor and outdoor seating that is great for getting your work/studying done at our cafe!

What brand of Oat and Almond milk do they use? Is it raw or a boxed brand like Almond Breeze?

Hi there! We serve both Oatly Barista Edition and Happy Planet oat milk and Califia Barista Almond milk. They are all boxed brands, most commonly found in specialty coffee shops. Thanks for your inquiry!

Parking can be a little tricky depending on the day because of street sweeping, so keep that in mind. The café offers both indoor and outdoor seating, which is a nice option. It can get pretty busy inside since it's counter-service and the dining area is on the smaller side. The food was delicious, reasonably priced, and the service was friendly with smiles all around. There were three of us in our party--my mother, my grandson, and me. My mother ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, I had the California breakfast burrito, and my grandson ordered the Rose Benedict with the hollandaise sauce on the side. The portions were fair and satisfying, leaving everyone happy with their meal. If you're in the Corona del Mar area and looking for a quick breakfast, brunch, or snack, I definitely recommend giving Rose Café & Bakery a try. It's a charming neighborhood café with great food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Unfortunately, after my last two experiences, I will not be returning. On my previous visit, we ordered bagels with cream cheese and received barely any cream cheese. When I politely asked for more and offered to pay for it, the interaction was uncomfortable, but I decided to give the shop another chance. Today, my son specifically asked to come back for a donut and bagel. We were the only customers eating inside. Shortly after receiving our food, an employee began mopping the very small dining area with a strong Pine Sol solution. The door were open, there was no air conditioning, and the chemical smell became so overwhelming that I told him I was having difficulty breathing and asked about it. Rather than simply waiting until we finished eating, he argued that other customers like the smell and that no one else complains. Eventually he said he would stop while I was there, but by that point the entire interaction had become unnecessarily uncomfortable. Other employees were also speaking loudly from the back, and the overall atmosphere made my son and me feel extremely unwelcome. I don't expect perfection, and I'm usually very understanding about service issues. But customers should be able to sit down and finish their food without strong cleaning chemicals being mopped around their table, and a reasonable concern should be met with courtesy rather than an argument. After supporting this neighborhood business for four years, including larger purchases for my workplace, it's disappointing to say I won't be returning or recommending it. There are simply too many other places where customers are made to feel welcome. Please note: this is a VERY polite version of what happened. This was an awful experience. I will never recommend this business and definitely will not return.

Well, if you haven't jumped on the TikTok bandwagon yet they are basically a mix of traditional American donuts and Japanese Mochi. Made with rice and tapioca flour, they come in the signature "pon de ring" shape that makes them very identifiable. I've been curious about them for awhile but never wanted to cheat on my classic doughnuts. When the glistening new mochinuts caught my eye, I figured it might be the time to start trying other doughnuts lol When I finally caved and purchased some and opened my box of mochinuts, I was pleasantly surprised. I would best describe them as soft, chewy, but not too sticky. Flavors were very mild and despite the enticing decorative toppings, the mochinuts all tasted relatively the same. Additionally, I recommend you devour these morsels when they are fresh as they don't age well with time. By the next morning, the toppings started melting off the tops of my mochinuts. Were they still edible? Yes but I would recommend placing it in the microwave for about 15 seconds to soften them again. Overall, It was a great first experience and I definitely recommend giving them a whirl! Happy Eats!
