I'm such a fan of the mission and the values behind INC Coffee, so I really wanted to love everything here. The workers are also literally so sweet and the vibe is great. What I tried: The Sliders: 10/10. I heard these were a dupe for Community Goods and honestly? They were delicioso. That 919 sauce is everything--I'd come back just for these. The Drinks: I tried the I.N.C. Coffee, the Strawberry Matcha, and the regular Matcha Latte. Sadly, I wasn't a huge fan of the coffee--it was pretty bitter for my taste. The matchas were okay/solid, but definitely not the best I've ever had. Overall, it's a cool spot supporting a great cause. IN LOVE with this cafe. Went a few days ago and have been thinking about it ever since. I got the Strawberry Matcha and Banana Bread Latte -- both were delicious. The matcha was great and felt like it was good quality, while the banana bread flavor in the latte drink didn't taste super artificial (usually I dislike banana-flavored drinks because of that). It was also around $14 all together. The service was nice and quick. They were willing to answer any questions or give any recommendations. It makes a great spot for those seeking to lounge, get work done, and eat. Their name is short for "inclusion," with their message to create meaningful employment to all types of individuals. At first, I did experience a mix up with my drink being thrown away, but the service recovery was handled well, and I appreciated the remake of my drink. As for taste, their sweet cream matcha is more on the milky side, just FYI. I tried my friend's strawberry matcha and I'd recommend this over the cream latte. I felt the most productive in this cafe and there was lots of seating around! You do have to consider the pros and cons of coming here, if you choose to come, do come early for parking and pay as it is under residential buildings. Seems like this place is only blowing up on social media for being a "community goods dupe" because of the aesthetic and breakfast sliders and not for the quality in taste itself. We got their regular matcha latte (sub oat milk) and strawberry matcha (sub oat milk) and you would think for a $8 matcha latte it would at least be decent but no. Barely can taste the matcha and basically paid for straight up oat milk. Even the matcha in the strawberry one was extremely muted so it really wasn't just because I got a bad drink. They aim to help employ, include, and educate people of all abilities, so you will notice that some workers have disabilities, but it is always amazing to see how much dedication they have toward working at this store. The interior is very well designed, and I especially loved hearing the Vestaboard click every time it changed messages. They also include a complimentary 2 hour parking with drink purchases, making it an excellent place to get work done. There's also plenty of seating, free WiFi, outlets, and a clean bathroom! There were a couple of people study or chatting with friends, giving off the perfect cafe ambiance. When you walk in you're met with a relaxing and inviting feeling that is accentuated by the friendly staff. The decor is aestheticly pleasing that brings the whole place together without being overcrowded. The coffee here was insanely good, probably somewhere in the top 3 places I've had. I had the iced spanish mocha w/ oatmilk and my girlfriend had the sweet creme latte. My spanish mocha was the best variation of a spanish latte/mocha I've tasted. It was just the right amount of cinnamon and a rich coffee flavor. The chocolate flavor was very mild but it had its place in bringing the whole drink together.
