I have been to a ton of coffee shops & haven't ever felt so compelled to leave a review - absolutely everything 10/10!! Visiting from San Diego & will be dreaming about my next visit!

I stopped here late on a weekday afternoon for a coffee drink before heading to work. The interior is small and cute and the women working here were quite nice. I ordered a vanilla latte and chose a chocolate chip cookie from their pastry case. I took a seat at one of their tables. The latte was scalding hot, burning my tongue, so I put it aside and ate the cookie. It was a chubby cookie, full of chocolate chips, which were a little melty (a good thing) as the cookie was warm. The cookie was crisp at the edges and very soft in the middle, almost (but not quite) cookie-doughish. I really liked it. I finished the cookie but the latte was still too hot to drink so I took it with me to work. 30 minutes later I tried it again and wasn't fond of the roast they use, as it had a burnt taste and there was no vanilla flavor at all. They have a sign proudly proclaiming their use of Gavina gourmet coffee, but unfortunately, it wasn't a coffee I appreciated. Based on the name of this place, I think I made an error in ordering a latte and should have gone with a dalgona...

Strawberry matcha latte has good matcha flavor but needs stronger strawberry flavor. Nice shop , decent service.

Let's start by saying I ventured out this trip on tasty coffees, which I don't normally. But I'm actually really glad I did! I was told that I needed to give it a try and I'm glad I did. It's thick and just to the point of almost being sweet overload but never actually gets there. I also tried the craffles with condensed milk which was pretty tasty too. The guy behind the counter was amazing I really liked him! Next time I'm in town I will be back!

A cozy cafe for coffee lovers! The pastries are delicious, and the cookies are big and chunky. Panini's for lunch, a Vietnamese coffee, or a tea. A definite favorite because of the tasty food, excellent service and comfortable atmosphere.

Such a cozy place to get a sweet treat(or savory!) The staff and owners are so kind and welcoming! Their matcha was pretty yummy and the croffle hit the spot!

My family and I come here weekly. It's a great place to grab coffee and a breakfast danish. Cute little area to enjoy your food inside or outside. The plaza here is very clean and no riffraff.

Was in the area for a meeting and had some time and decided to grab a cup of coffee. This spot came up with stellar reviews so here I am :) I'm really into mocha latte at the moment so that's what I wanted and very blessed the barista was able to make it as it's not on the menu. I think once you've had something you really like, nothing compares. Coffee is good. Strong and smooth. Not as chocolatey as I preferred but no complaints. I really need to learn to just order off the menu lol. Service was chill. The shop was chill. I wouldn't mind stopping by again to try something else. There's also a food menu. Too bad I'm fasting right now.

Coffee Whipped (for the most part) was really good! Their sandwiches are delicious, the bulgogi egg and cheese breakfast sandwich along with the bulgogi kimcheese panini were absolutely fantastic. My fiancé and I devoured them, be careful though - they will be piping hot! There was some seating but not much, there's tables outside which I think are communal but we had gone when it was raining so we just ate in the car. The reason I gave it 4/5 was because I didn't really care for their drinks - the lord farquaad was just okay in my opinion and I did not like the dalgona coffee as it just tasted like strong coffee, if I hadn't had added brown sugar syrup, it probably would've been the worst coffee I'd ever had. Perhaps they were having a bad day when it came to the drinks as the dalgona coffee is a number one most liked on DoorDash OR I'm too much of a harsh critic and like super sweet coffees. Also, their pastries - the blueberry cream cheese danish was delicious and the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie is something I've been craving since I had it. It was what dreams are made of! All in all, I'd definitely come here again to get those sandos and cookies as well as try out different drinks. As always, check it out and form your own opinion! Everyone has different tastes.

With a wide variety of pastries, drinks, & other eats, you really cannot go wrong with having Coffee Whipped as your designated coffee spot. This place has everything. Want coffee that's delicious and caffeinated? Want a sandwich or panini for lunch that is going to fill you up with happiness? I can keep going, but it's best for you to come in and see for yourself. The area is spacious & tight-knit. Service from the baristas is superb. One of many reasons why I will continue to come back to Coffee Whipped.

I was drawn to how reasonable all of Coffee Whipped's drink prices are (nothing was over $5.50) AND no upcharge or alternative milks or syrups!! I got the dalgona whipped coffee and matcha latte with oat milk. The coffee was nice and strong but still creamy. The matcha was decent as well; good balance of sweet and milky. I really can't complain for the price. It's located in a large plaza with plenty of parking. Inside you'll find about 4 tables and it was pretty empty on a weekday afternoon. There is WiFi as well so you can study or get work done. I'll be sure to stop by here when I'm in the area and try their other offering such as the giant New York style cookies and sandwiches.

Coffee Whipped is a small cafe tucked away in a plaza across from Goldenwest College. It was pretty early when I visited and they accommodated my request for a dozen croffles. Next time I'll definitely try to order ahead of time, especially since it seems like a small team in the kitchen. Regardless, it was made fresh and packed neatly! My colleagues enjoyed it and said it was delicious!

We were headed toward REI to grab some outdoor chairs and decided to stop at GHOST Sando Shop in Huntington Beach. I've driven past this place plenty of times and never really knew what it was. It also happened to be one of the only places open in the shopping center that early, so we figured, why not? Man, we had no idea what we were missing. We ordered the Melrose for ourselves and a Club for our daughter. Marco took our order and was also the one making the sandwiches. A few minutes after we sat down, he actually walked over and asked me, "Are you sure you want the pepperoncini and tomato on the Club?" My first thought was basically, uhhh... yeah, of course I do! Then it clicked. The Club was for our daughter. Marco had remembered that from our conversation when we ordered and knew that a lot of kids probably aren't exactly excited about pepperoncini and tomatoes. Meanwhile, Dad over here completely forgot to ask for them off. That might seem like such a small thing, but THAT is customer service. Marco wasn't just taking an order, collecting payment, and moving on to the next customer. He was actually paying attention. He remembered who the sandwich was for and took the extra few seconds to come over and double check before making it. Good looking out, Marco. Seriously. And that wasn't the only interaction we had with him. Marco was incredibly friendly from the moment we walked in. He talked with us, answered questions, and even gave us suggestions on other sandwiches we should try the next time we come back. Nothing felt forced or scripted. It was just genuine conversation from someone who seemed to actually care whether we enjoyed our experience. There were only two guys working while we were there, yet everything was running smoothly. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, the bright green interior gives the place its own personality, and there's plenty of seating inside along with a really nice outdoor patio area. And most importantly, the sandwiches were GOOD. The Melrose was a great first choice, and Melody enjoyed her Club, thankfully without Dad accidentally loading it up with pepperoncini. We also grabbed some Calypso lemonades, which went perfectly with everything. We originally stopped here simply because it was open and convenient. Now it's somewhere we'll intentionally come back to. There are thousands of places where you can buy a sandwich. What makes you remember a restaurant is usually the people behind the counter. Marco made us remember GHOST. Excellent food, clean restaurant, great atmosphere, and genuinely outstanding customer service. We'll definitely be back, and next time, Marco, we're taking you up on those recommendations.

Fritzankotters in Huntington Beach got mentioned, so my wife, our neighbor, and I decided to come down for lunch at the deli, and then spent the afternoon at nearby Sunset Beach. It ended up being a good day at lunch and a great afternoon. The restaurant is located in an older strip mall, near the corner of Warner and Springdale. The mall had a lot of surface, uncovered spots, so parking wasn't a problem around lunch time. One orders and pays at the counter, and the sandwiches are brought out to you when dining in. The menu consists of both cold and hot sandwiches. There is a self serve ice water jug, along with a self-serve pickles (sliced kosher dills) and peppers (both pepperoncini and cascabella). It's a really nice touch and we took advantage. One thing that made me do a double take was the offer of $3 anytime pints of the house lager on tap. It was confirmed by the owner that it was correct, and each of us got a glass. Clover is the payment system used here, and was able to get a text with the bill. It took a bit of time for the sandwiches to come out. Our friend and I split two hot sandwiches. First being a Mock Ruben ($12.50) consisting of Corned beef, swiss, sauerkraut, and mustard on rye. I thought it was good, with a nice meld of flavors and well grilled/toasted bread (not a strong rye). Friend thought it was dry. We both agreed my sandwich was much better, Cousin Eddie ($14.25) consisting of pastrami, swiss, deli mustard, 1000 island, and pickled red cabbage. It came on a soft hoagie roll, and the flavors really melded together well. My wife got a Messi ($14.25), a roast beef with pepperjack with chimichurri and onions on ciabatta. Since my wife is not a fan of neither chimichurri and onions, I asked for it on the side, which was recorded that way on the bill. For some reason, a custom item charge of $0.75 was put on the bill (thinking it was for the side of chimichurri), and unfortunately there was chimichurri on the sandwich which my wife gamely tried to pick off. None of the sandwiches were large, nor were any of them stacked with that much meat. In fact I was able to eat half of each of the sandwiches, but for the price, I thought it was very reasonable. The pickle and pepper bar is a great idea, letting anybody add some zing to any sandwich. The service was friendly, as the owner genuinely seemed to care what we thought (though my wife didn't feel like complaining about the chimichurri). And the pints of the house blonde on tap was a bargain. They seem to have a pizza night on Thursday, and the beer would absolutely hit the spot then.
