My husband and I came around 4:15 pm on a Wednesday. We ordered a sesame coffee, pistachio latte, and a matcha soufflé. The guy working the cashier said it'll take 20-25 minutes for the soufflé, and we were okay with that since we planned on staying 'til about 5:15 anyway to do some work. While working, I noticed there were plenty of drinks that kept piling up for pickup, so I just assumed they were busy, hence why we still didn't get our soufflé even after 25 minutes already. By the time the clock hit 5, my husband was done with his drink and wanted to try another (the pistachio latte wasn't very good), and when he ordered I also told the cashier if we could get the soufflé to-go. He responded by saying it's gonna take 20-25 minutes. Now annoyed, I responded, "It's been like 40 minutes. We ordered it with our drinks." He looked completely confused and said that no we didn't. I said that's not correct because you literally charged me for it; there is no way I paid $35 for 2 drinks. I didn't wanna have to make a scene, and since we were about to leave, I just canceled it and asked to get refunded. My husband then proceeded to order an egg coffee. From my experience, when businesses mess up, they would usually offer something complimentary, but no he had to pay for his drink after dealing with the mishap of the refund that took literally 3 employees to try and process. When he got his egg coffee, the guy decided to give him another pistachio latte to make up for the soufflé mishap. Now we're stuck with an extra drink that we didn't even really like, but seeing as customer service isn't a strong suit of theirs, we do appreciate the free drink. It's just too bad we had to pay for another drink and then be stuck with an extra that we didn't even want. Now I should be content because we got a free drink, right? Well, no. It's been well over 2 weeks, and I never received the refund for the soufflé. I've called twice, and both times they insisted they made the refund. So how come I still haven't received it? And to think that it took 3 employees to do whatever it was they tried doing to make the refund on the register. It has gotten to a point where I had to call my bank, and they had to dispute the amount that was supposed to have been refunded. I should have had the tip I left disputed too at this point. I absolutely hate that I'm here making a big deal over $16, but if you're a business, hold up your end of the bargain! The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because I never actually got to try the soufflé. The drinks were nothing special and we for sure will not order them again, but if someday I decide to give the benefit of the doubt about their customer service etiquette, then maybe we'll be back to give the soufflé another chance since it seems to be their specialty. read more

The tiramisu soufflé was not as good as I imagined it. The pancakes were fluffy and thick but there was not enough cream around it to give it that tiramisu flavor. The cup of coffee made it worse because it was bitterness on top of the flavorless pancakes. Also the amount of cacao powder made it more bitter and dry. The banana matcha was not good. We came here at night, and one great thing about this place is that it stays open quite late. I ordered the "current hype" -- the Ube Soufflé -- and the staff mentioned there would be about a one-hour wait before it could be served. Since it already took us nearly an hour to get here, I decided to wait for it anyway. To my surprise, the soufflé actually arrived in less than an hour, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the Ube flavor itself was a little disappointing for my personal taste, as I felt it didn't pair as well with the soufflé texture as expected. Tucked away in the corner of a busy shopping plaza is a coffee shop by the name of Nostimo Cafe & Tea. While parking may be of challenge, you'll quickly realized the quality of coffee and types offered is worth the effort to make your way here. Great place to catch up with friends and family over delicious sips. Not so sure about the study part since it can get a bit noisy. My usual go to here is the Nostimo Cafe Muoi Me (Black Sesame Coffee). It just hits all of my cylinders just right in terms of texture and flavors. They also have a unique flavor called Ube Coconut Latte Coffee if Ube is your current trend. Matcha and fruit smoothies are also available if you are in that lane. This is such a cute little café known for its viral Japanese fluffy soufflés and jiggly bunny pudding desserts. I stopped by on a whim during my lunch break and was pleasantly surprised by how quick the service was--I only waited about 5-10 minutes for my jiggly bunny pudding and matcha latte. It was fast enough that I was able to get back to the office without any stress. I ordered the jiggly bunny pudding because I thought it would be similar to a panna cotta (one of my favorite desserts). While it wasn't quite a panna cotta, it was still good--light, cute, and not overly sweet. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a fun dessert that isn't too heavy. As for the matcha latte, I really appreciated the bold matcha flavor. My nephew and his wife introduced us to Nostimo for dessert after dinner at Ini Ristorante. Nostimo's signature desserts are these jiggly soufflés. It was so good, light, airy, delicate and most of all, fun! 4 of us shared the Ube and Nutella jiggly pancake soufflés which were pure whimsy on a plate. They are made-to-order so it took 15-20 minutes to prepare. These cloud-like pancakes arrive with a gentle wobble/jiggle, almost too pretty to eat. It was hard to pick which one we liked better because they were both really good. The Nutella version is rich and indulgent, with chocolate-hazelnut spread melting into the warm, soft folds and banana, strawberries, grapes and blueberries. The Ube soufflé, on the other hand, subtly sweet with a pretty in purple hue was so gorgeous! This had all my faves in one plate - ube, toasted coconut, mango, jello (ube and coconut), mango ice cream, fresh cream. Drooling yet? I let them know I usually prefer things less sweet but they told me to still get normal sugar because it's a good balance - I do think it tasted really good either way, but I would get less sugar next time. We came in excited to try the jiggly pancakes and ordered a strawberry matcha, tropical fruit tea, strawberry soufflé, and an ube soufflé for my husband's birthday. Guess which one never showed up? Yep, the birthday soufflé. The cashier didn't ring it up and by the time we realized, it was too late to wait another 25 minutes with a 6-month-old.
