The Ube Soufflé was our favorite, and it had creamy ube sauce on top with ube jellies and strawberry ice cream! The soufflé pancakes generally take about 40min to make, so if you plan to come, make sure to allocate some time to stay and wait for the pancakes. They are worth it! We came here at night, and one great thing about this place is that it stays open quite late. I ordered the "current hype" -- the Ube Soufflé -- and the staff mentioned there would be about a one-hour wait before it could be served. Since it already took us nearly an hour to get here, I decided to wait for it anyway. To my surprise, the soufflé actually arrived in less than an hour, which was appreciated. The tiramisu soufflé was not as good as I imagined it. The pancakes were fluffy and thick but there was not enough cream around it to give it that tiramisu flavor. We got the lychee pudding tea and tiramisu soufflé. The wait for the tea was about 5 min, and the soufflé was ~20-25 min. The place has a lot of seats available and lots of nice natural light coming in (no wait in line when we arrived). While parking may be of challenge, you'll quickly realized the quality of coffee and types offered is worth the effort to make your way here. Great place to catch up with friends and family over delicious sips. Not so sure about the study part since it can get a bit noisy. My usual go to here is the Nostimo Cafe Muoi Me (Black Sesame Coffee). It just hits all of my cylinders just right in terms of texture and flavors. They also have a unique flavor called Ube Coconut Latte Coffee if Ube is your current trend. Matcha and fruit smoothies are also available if you are in that lane. I ordered the jiggly bunny pudding because I thought it would be similar to a panna cotta (one of my favorite desserts). I noticed that my cup wasn't filled up all the way or maybe they were like low on ice and didn't give me a lot of ice but my drink wasn't like a complete drink.The flavor was really good. Nostimo is the spot if you're looking for those viral Japanese soufflé pancakes or jiggly cat shaped desserts. They're super airy and jiggly, especially the Ube Coco (my personal favorite) or the Tiramisu ones, they're made and our wait was about 20 minutes. It's a clean, modern space that has plenty of seating and is semi busy. The drinks are actually the sleeper hit here, specifically the egg foam match late and the pistachio late (which has actual crushed pistachios in it), that I've ordered over a dozen times. The one annoyance is the parking lot in that plaza, which is a complete disaster during the weekend and the entrance to the parking lot is also a doozy as Apple Maps keeps taking me through the back of the building and around the entire complex. If you can handle the parking lot and the price tag, it's a solid place to grab a dessert and chill. As for the setup, they have a couple a tables outside, but it's mostly an indoor vibe with plenty of tables and outlets for people working on laptops. This place has been semi-regular as I come to buy a drink in order to use their restroom sometimes as I do homeless outreach nearby. My nephew and his wife introduced us to Nostimo for dessert after dinner at Ini Ristorante. Nostimo's signature desserts are these jiggly soufflés. It was so good, light, airy, delicate and most of all, fun! 4 of us shared the Ube and Nutella jiggly pancake soufflés which were pure whimsy on a plate. They are made-to-order so it took 15-20 minutes to prepare. These cloud-like pancakes arrive with a gentle wobble/jiggle, almost too pretty to eat. It was hard to pick which one we liked better because they were both really good. The Nutella version is rich and indulgent, with chocolate-hazelnut spread melting into the warm, soft folds and banana, strawberries, grapes and blueberries. The Ube soufflé, on the other hand, subtly sweet with a pretty in purple hue was so gorgeous! This had all my faves in one plate - ube, toasted coconut, mango, jello (ube and coconut), mango ice cream, fresh cream. Drooling yet? Tried the Injeolmi Matcha Soy Latte which actually doesn't use nondairy milk so be wary of that. The Injeolmi powder is light dust on top. There was stronger earthier matcha taste for me because I had lessened the sweetness to 25%. Overall pretty good but I prefer their Pistachio Matcha Latte over this one. Went here for the BOGO deal of their matcha cloud jasmine milk tea and it did not disappoint! I let them know I usually prefer things less sweet but they told me to still get normal sugar because it's a good balance - I do think it tasted really good either way, but I would get less sugar next time. I wanted a black coffee and it was crazy that for plain black coffee it was over $5, no sugar no milk, nothing extra. I did not order the coffee. He told us it would take over 20 min for the pancakes to be ready, I said ok. They were out fairly quicker than expected and some parts inside were wet and moist not sure if that's how their supposed to be but luckily we didn't get sick. I will say that the service came down a little this time, as I noticed a lot of uncleared tables when I arrived. However, this was remedied, so I still enjoyed my experience.
