10/10 Vsoul Special Matcha with Cheese Foam - This is a new Vietnamese coffee spot I wanted to check out and try something different. The owner was super friendly and recommended this matcha drink with cheese foam, and the quality was really good. The only thing I'd adjust is the sweetness since it was extremely sweet. Adjustable / customizable drinks. Got the orange juice with sugar and the Viet coffee less sweet. It was good straight forward good ingredients. The orange juice is 100% fresh orange and you can have the option to add sugar or not. The Viet coffee is for the husband he is particular with decent coffee because they tend to be not strong enough or too sweet but he like it here, only negative would be that he prefer to pick up his coffee before work and they are open a lot later. The KINDEST owner and the service was incredible. The star of the show for me was the panda matcha with the grass jelly. It's so unique and tasty. I love how it's not too sweet yet it wasn't too earthy tasting either. If you have someone who doesn't like coffee or matcha their yogurt drinks are also done exceptionally well. I tried their strawberry but I can't wait to try the other flavors. The interior is really aesthetic. There's so many good photo op places but it's honestly just really nice to look at while sitting down and drinking your drinks (or eating a croffle). The bacon and corn croffle was the best. Such a great new cafe that opened not too long ago! Love how much variety the menu has so there is definitely something for everyone. I'm a matcha lover and this was honestly so good! Stopped by for some morning caffeine and to try a new cafe in our neighborhood. I had the matcha with salt foam, nice and sweet. Hubbs had the Saigon coffee i believe, he liked it. Soft opening of Vsoul Coffee, so good!! I was unsure what coffee to get, the worker behind the counter was very helpful with multiple suggestions. I ended up getting the recommended specialty house coffee which she described as a Vietnamese coffee combined with a modern taste. Also got a pandan coffee with jelly. We asked which croffle she recommended, she said banana for sweet or bacon corn for savory. I decided on the bacon corn and it did not disappoint!! 3/5 but I don't want to bring down a small business review. I think this my fault because it's a coffee place so I should try what they probably specialized in. Anyway! This coffee shop is located in hmart plaza. Parking is plentiful near the shop. The shop itself carried on the same interior as the previous business. The service is like any basic take out spot. I only ordered one drink so I can't really judge all the drinks, but I would stay away from their banana matcha. In fact I think we need to reevaluate the drink as a whole. I see people serving matcha nowadays at every store because it is trendy, but if you're going to serve it, at least make it decent quality. I could barely taste the matcha because the banana itself was overpowering in the worse way possible. If you like the taste of Medicine, you'll certainly like this. They used a thick pulp of artificial banana syrup, both taste and texture was unpleasant. Before I mixed it in, I had a taste of the matcha, and it's just not right. read more

This place is great. I got their pandan coffee. The worker who took my order recommended me to add grass jelly with the order and it didn't disappoint. Their pandan coffee reminds me of airoma's pandan coffee, which is usually my go-to, just a little less drink amount though. Their price is relatively fair; everything is already included within the drink (tax is already included) so you're paying for what is said. It's also good to mention that all of their drinks is $7 total, which might be borderline pricy for some people; however, a lot of drinks are approaching the $7 range, if not already. The service is wonderful. It seems like this place is a family-owned store, usually means that the workers care a lot for the store and the satisfaction of the customers. The environment is very... asian? Sorry, my vocabulary when it comes to describing places' atmosphere is very limited but all I know is that it looks nice. This place has wifi too but limited seats. On their grand opening weekend, they have 2 people one of them is a cashier working in the shop. There aren't that many people but the wait is more than 30 minutes based on past customers. You can tell they use ceremonial grade matcha because the flavor is strong and fresh, not that watered down stuff you get at chain places. The banana matcha was great, you could actually taste both the matcha and banana without one overpowering the other.
