My parents told me about Sip com ga xoi mo for $10 and that it was really good. I knew I had to try it out for myself. The deal is only for Monday- Friday anytime of the day. I came on friday during lunch, got seated right away and proceeded to order the com ga xoi mo. Came out quick and hot. The plate was huge! You get a chicken quarter, fried rice and veggies. The special sauce that comes with it is so good, I had to ask for more. The Fried chicken had great flavor, juicy and huge. Im definitely coming here for the $10 com ga xoi mo.
Great place to bring a larger group. I got to try several different dishes, and everything was on point. Shrimp & Crab Fried Rice - Packed with plenty of seafood, and the fried rice was flavorful without being too heavy Garlic Noodles with Wagyu Beef & French Fries - The fries were crispy, and the Wagyu beef was tender and flavorful. The garlic noodles paired really well with both Garlic Noodles with Salmon - The grilled salmon was tender and not dry at all. So tasty with the garlic noodles There's a great variety of options on the menu, and the prices were very reasonable.
I can't think of a bo ne place better than this. At first the name and motto of the restaurant made me think they are a drink place with food options on the side, but honestly the food is spectacular and so are the drinks. We tried the bo ne wagyu sot pate and bo ne wagyu sot trung muoi and the flavors were spot on. I ended up liking the flavor of the salted egg yolk more, but you can't go wrong with pate. Salted egg added this umami flavor that's unique and it seemed saucier than the other plate. We even ordered more bread so we can eat the plates clean. And the bread was this nice and fluffy round banh mi that I haven't had in a really long time so what a treat that was. We drank the coconut coffee and egg coffee which were amazing also. Woke us right up.
Came in Saturday 7/17/26 for breakfast . Signed in and waited about 10 minutes for 6 ppl. Service was good. Bo ne with pate and egg- good Bread was so fresh Com ga hoi an was so good too Will come back here again.
Wait can look discouraging, but it actually goes by super quick! AC improved since they first open which is great. I been here a few times and tried many items. Bot Chien is pretty good, but it takes awhile to come out. My usual would be the Bo Ne Waygu Sot Trung Muoi. Anything with salted egg yolk, I would usually opt for. I love the sauce and salted egg yolk with bread. The combo is so good. I also like their Peach Lemongrass Tea, it's sweet, so I try to ask for less sweet. I wish they improve on the water cup sizes. It's so small and they don't check up on you and ask if refills are needed.
Absolutely delicious. I got the Bo ne with black pepper sauce, bot chien, and xiu mai. Everything was good but the Bo ne was the stand out. The banh mi could be better, but really it was just a way for me to shovel the pate and beef into my mouth. I was most surprised at how good the drinks were. The egg cream viet coffee is a must get. I also got the mango lime soda. Super sweet but the flavors go so well together - another must get (just add more water to tone down the sugar). Really can't wait to come back.
Everytime I go I definitely get the glass noodles with young eggs and chicken ovaries, and braised beef offals. This time, I ordered an extra garlic noodles and salmon The salmon is super crispy. The sauce makes the salmon more flavored, sweet. The garlic noodles have an adequate amount of garlic. I also ordered two extra drinks: strawberry soda and sourdrop juice. Both are great and not too sweet. Sadly, sapoche smoothie was out of stock.
Delicious food. Don't get fooled by the look of the outside and plaza. It's true moms and pops shop. Food is hearty, full of flavors. Inside is clean and modern. They are specialized in sizzling beef plates and various Vietnamese food. The drinks are good too. I ordered guava tea and chia seed black jelly. Yum. Big portions. The food is very on point and flavorful. It was busy even at 2 pm. I really think this place needs more recognition. Really good food!
We went here for the sizzling beef with egg breakfast. The beef sizzling breakfast was good. We got one with mushrooms sauce and one original and both are good. We also got pha Lau, it was good. We got fries with shrimp tempura for the kids and it was good. The shrimp tempura was crunchy and the dipping sauce is good. We got pandan milk, strawberry soda and passion fruit soda and all are good. The customer service was okay, they are not really friendly. When they gave us a table, the chairs was very dirty with the noodle stick on the chair, we asked them to help cleaning the chairs and the staff was not happy about it. The first staff just walk away and we have to ask for the second one. I would give 5 stars if the staff more friendly and professional. The restaurant was cozy
The garlic noodles were my favorite!! Also their viet coffee was super STRONG !! We got the coffee and the fruit refresher. They had plenty of staff attending to us and while they are a restaurant, you could also just stop by for a quick drink too! Loved the vibe of this place it had everything!

The chicken had perfectly crispy skin while staying incredibly juicy and tender inside. The sweet-savory glaze paired with the crunchy roasted peanuts added amazing texture and flavor. The garlic rice was fragrant, buttery, and fluffy, making every bite even more satisfying. The fresh salad and pickled vegetables on the side balanced everything perfectly. The loaded sizzling skillet was equally impressive. Served piping hot in a cast-iron pan, it featured tender steak bites, seasoned ground beef, perfectly cooked eggs with rich, runny yolks, mushrooms, melted cheese, and fresh herbs. Every bite was packed with bold, comforting flavors, and the sizzling presentation made the experience even more enjoyable. As in Bolsa, it is easy to find a restaurant that serve these 2 items, but to be honest, not that many is actually good
Sip is really taking flight! From their speed, presentation, and flavor profile, it's quickly becoming a staple in Westminster. Don't let the crowd outside deter you. During busy hours they turnover tables very fast. As a customer, there might be a little seat shuffle but just go with it. You move your seat, and they move their feet. It ends up in a great meal at the end. Foodwise, they're known for their bo ne but they offer a full spread of brunch dishes you'd find in Saigon. I had a quick chat with the owner and her inspiration for Sip was to bring today's brunch scene from Saigon, Vietnam to our own Little Saigon, CA. (Her eyes lit up talking about it- that's passion, guys.. I believe her.) The proof is in the pudding. I've been back 3 times now, in the span of 2 months, and they've only been getting better with each visit.
Delicious Vietnamese breakfast/brunch spot in Westminster with large portions! I came here with a friend for Sunday brunch and our experience here was great! We shared the following dishes: -Bo Ne Wagyu Sot Tieu Den: Their famous sizzling plate of wagyu steak and sides. Everything here was tasty! The beef was cooked well and wasn't chewy. The eggs, pate, sauce, and cheese were so flavorful, rich, and umami. I liked combining everything with the soft and crispy bread. -Com Chien Bo Wagyu Luc Lac (Shaken Wagyu Beef Fried Rice): This was so good! I loved the tender pieces of beef with the garlicky and eggy fried rice. Super tasty. -Bot Chien: My friend and I's favorite dish here. Basically a fried rice cake omelet. The rice cakes were chewy and crispy and dipped in the side sauce was so delicious. -Popcorn Chicken: Taiwanese style. Pretty solid and a great appetizer. -Ca Phe Trung (Egg Coffee): A great egg coffee! I liked how there was a lot of fluffy and soft egg cream. The coffee was strong and sweet which I liked. At the time we came, we were able to get seated immediately which was nice. However, as the day progressed the line to dine-in got longer. For parking, there's a lot of free parking in the plaza lot. I would definitely come back here for a great brunch and would recommend this place!
Service is great and although can be busy for weekends, they're quick in getting food out and checking in on you. For a small Viet owned place, highly recommend for their skillet plates and strong Viet coffee. The baguette seems freshly baked and crispy with a soft center. The beef skillet was good in flavor but I wished they did ask for your preference in beef cooking style. Restroom could be cleaner. Regardless, great place to bring friends and family. read more
I love this place! We ordered the crispy fried chicken and the wagyu with mushroom sauce and both are good. I love the orange sauce on the friend chicken, it's sweet & spicy! The baguette is huge! And still crispy but it was a bit cold when served, probably would be better if it's a bit warm. They have an outdoor seating which is perfect since we have our dog with us and the service is very friendly, even offered water for my dog. They are fast too! The place is a little bit small, I think it gets busy during peak hours. read more

Expect to be crowded during holidays and weekend. The food was decent, although it was a bit oily, and quite expensive for such simple ingredients.The salted egg sauce was a little salty, but in a good, rich and creamy way. The restaurant was very busy, and there was only one waitress running back and forth serving everyone, so I understand that the service wasn't going to be top-notch. Despite that, at least our food came out correctly and we didn't have any major issues. I did overhear a couple complaining that they didn't get water and that the egg yolk wasn't done properly. Like... do you have eyes? Look around you! There was literally one person running back and forth trying to serve a packed restaurant. If you want water, it's right by the register, just ask and they'll give it to you instead of sitting there complaining about the poor young guy and the restaurant that are just trying to make a living. This was on my list to try because I keep seeing it on IG. The place took over the old Lao restaurant so it relatively small but ample of seating. The decor is keep simple. Today, we tried the bò né and phá lấu. The food is average, nothing stand out. I was skeptical when the pha lâu came out, it lack the color. It turn out to be sweet with lots of liquid and very little organs. The bo ne was good in flavor but they overcooked the meat so it become chewy. The price is reasonable so I guess it compensate. The drink is good, but not the best. Coconut coffee has more coffee flavor than coconut. The egg coffee is overly sweet, but flavor is there. Overall, I would come back if I'm in the area but wouldn't go out of my way for it. read more
Fast and friendly service. I had not realized this was a sit down restaurant so I felt a bit awkward only purchasing coffee but the staff was friendly and helpful when i asked for coffee recommendations. My coffee was ready within 2-3 minutes of me paying. The coffee was perfect in my opinion, nothing too sweet and the strong coffee flavor still came through. Bonus points for the drink also being friendly. I will definitely be back and maybe order food next time. read more
We ordered the chicken wings, Wagyu steak with black pepper sauce served with bread and salad, and the bánh canh pork soup with thick udon-style noodles. The wings were crispy and flavorful. The Wagyu steak served on a sizzling plate was tender and rich, the black pepper sauce added a savory kick. The bánh canh pork soup was hearty, with chewy noodles and a flavorful broth. They have a vegetarian option as well. For drinks, we tried the Vietnamese coffee, guava iced tea, and mango soda tea. The Vietnamese coffee was bold with the perfect amount of sweetness. The fruit teas were refreshing. Great customer service and a nice ambiance made the experience even better. The atmosphere works well for both a casual brunch or a relaxed dinner spot. read more
I can't believe this was my first time here!! They had the best bo ne I've ever had tbh. We ordered the salted egg yolk bo ne and the pate bo ne and both were scrumptious we left no sauce behind (only bread crumbs from the bread). The bread was served warm, perfectly crispy on the outside and sooo fluffy on the inside. For drinks I ordered a coconut coffee and my bf ordered the egg coffee. Came by Sip Restaurant and Coffee in Westminster and it definitely delivered on both food and drinks. I ordered the bác xỉu and salted coffee--both were strong and kept me alert all day without tasting overly bitter. Perfect start to a brunch. For food, the papaya salad with beef jerky was a great opener. The papaya was super crunchy, while the jerky was soft, tender, and nicely caramelized for that sweet-savory contrast. The baguette with wagyu beef and pâté was rich and peppery, with super runny eggs that tied everything together. The standout for me was the garlic noodles with wagyu beef and fries. The beef was incredibly tender, the fries were crispy, and it all came together with the best Peruvian green sauce--creamy, herbaceous, and with a nice kick that made every bite addictive. Service was good and attentive, and there's plenty of parking in the lot which is always a plus in Westminster. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. read more
This is a great spot for some great brunch without the lines. They are known for their Bo Ne and egg coffee. Food came quickly, and everything was very flavorful. We ordered both the salted egg and the black pepper one. Both were equally delicious. The bread is freshly baked, and great for dipping in the sauce. 10/10 recommend! read more
This spot has fresh plates that are full of flavor. We shared a shaking beef with fried rice and udon soup. The beef was so tender and delicous. The soup wasn't too bad. I had to order the French bread, which tasted fresh on its own. They have a new appetizer that are these crispy eggrolls and they were super crunchy! For drinks I chose the green tea with seasalt foam and added crystal boba! It was very refreshing. My friend opted for salted foam coffee. Service was quick and efficient! read more
Came here on a Sunday and it was packed we waited about 20-25 minutes before getting seated, which is pretty expected for a popular spot on the weekend. Once we were in, service was fairly quick. Our server did forget our drinks at first, but they made up for it with large cups of water, which we appreciated. We ordered three versions of the bo ne the wagyu with black pepper sauce, wagyu with pate sauce, and wagyu with salted egg yolk along with the spicy noodle soup with tendon beef and beef ball (Bun Gan Bo Vien Sate). The bo ne is clearly the star here, and we knew that going in. My personal favorite was the pate it was the most well-balanced of the three and honestly my ideal bo ne. The black pepper was on the saltier side, which works if that's your thing. The salted egg yolk was good at first, but it got heavy and tiring pretty quickly. The salad on the side was a nice touch it helped cut through the richness and fat. One thing I noticed with the bo ne overall: the flavors are very one-note, so by the end of the meal there's not much you can do to keep each bite exciting. I found myself picking off fresh basil just to add some brightness. It's definitely a dish better enjoyed in smaller quantities and as a shared plate rather than each person having their own. Three orders between three people was a lot. The Bun Gan Bo Vien Sate was decent similar to bún bò Huế if you've had that before. It just needed a bit more salt for my taste. Overall, I'd come back, but next time I'd order just one bo ne for the table to share and explore more of the menu from there. read more

Walked in and was seated immediately. The staffs were all very helpful! Crispy egg rolls - vert crispy! dip it in the sauce, It adds more delicious flavor! Wagyu steak with salted egg sauce - dip the bread in and eat it with the meat! Sizzling wagyu beef with creamy mushroom sauce - fan favorite at the table! Comes out sizzling hot too! Dip the fluffy bread in this sauce, wont regret it! Vietnamese beef stew - this one was interesting! There's all sorts of meats in there. The consistency is a bit thin. Easy to dip in. Egg coffee - sounds like a weird combination, but it's good! Give it a try! read more
This spot is very friendly for folks who have dietary restrictions. They have an entire section dedicated to vegetarian options instead of having to flip through the entire menu. Their portions are SO filling. We got the fried shrimp and fries as an appetizer! They give you so much shrimp for the price- it's shell on, so you can eat the delicious breading as well. I got the special wagyu steak (cast iron plate) and the wagyu was truly so tender!! cooked perfectly. The banh mi came with it and was super hot and fluffy. My boyfriend tried the chicken and rice dish and the portion was HUGE! The chicken was well flavored and the rice was crispy on the outside. So from all the pictures, the claim to fame here is their sizzling beef plates (bo ne) and it's our 3rd or 4th time going so they do it just right and at the right price. This last go round, we got the salted black pepper; it was served with a small salad and a freshly baked piece of bread (excellent crumb and texture). We also got the meatball with bread (banh mi xiu mai) which came with three generously sized meatballs and a delicious sauce that we paired with the black pepper on the Bo ne. The only disappointment of the night was the garlic noodles with lobster, they were overall lackluster but the other two dishes more than made up for it. The service was a little slow but understood as there was a birthday party being thrown for one of the staff members. Our serve came in clutch with a drink recommendation from the dessert section that slayed. read more
04/2026 Came here for dinner with a friend. Parking is easy, it's a decent size parking lot! When you enter in, it's nice and bright with a cozy feel to it. We felt very welcomed when we went in. Service was friendly, and they're quick! It was amazing how on top of it they were! For drinks, we ordered the Peach Orange Lemongrass Tea, and the Lychee Tea. Both were very refreshing, and not overly sweet. I did love that Peach Orange Lemongrass Tea, the flavors blended together and the lemongrass gave it a little zest. We started off with some Popcorn Chicken and their current special, Spring Rolls. The popcorn chicken has the fried basil aromatics, it was juicy, it was crispy, and it was seasoned perfectly. The spring rolls were super light, the filling was seasoned well, and I would totally order both of the appetizers again. I ordered the Shrimp and Crab Stir-Fried Glass Noodles. They don't use imitation crab on it, it's real crab! You just gotta get in and mix it all together, it was delicious, it was peppery, I loved it. My friend ordered the Sizzling Salmon w/ Pepper Sauce. That salmon was cooked to perfection, and it's served on the sizzling skillet with skin still on to help prevent the fish itself from actually burning. The sauce was amazing, the veggies also warming on the skillet was great with the sauce. It also comes with fresh baked bread and a salad! Check this place out! We had the best time at SIP last weekend ! SIP Restaurant and Coffee is a popular restaurant that is known for their Vietnamese gastronomy best served for brunch or lunch. It's a beautifully clean, modern cafe-like restaurant with a television playing music ("girl boss" music when we were there). There's a dish for everyone's liking--the service is friendly but sometimes a little slow depending on the volume of diners, though we didn't feel like we waited too long. everything we ordered : bò né wagyu sồt patê : sizzling plate of eggs, wagyu, patê sauce, and cheese + sides of baguette and salad (9.9/10 - they ran out of tomatoes, hence the 9.9, but it was SUPER delicious, hearty, protein-rich, and satisfying with well-balanced flavors from the wagyu, eggs, patê sauce, cheese, bread dipped in, and a fresh crisp salad) mì tỏi bò wagyu + khoai tây chiên : garlic noodles with wagyu beef, stir-fried vegetables, french fries, salad, and aji sauce (9.5/10 - we loved the whole array of noodles with aji sauce [which deserves a 100/10], as well as the perfectly stir-fried peppers, onions, fries, and beef with salad -- as the noodles are sort of tame, combine with the sauce and the rest of the dish for the best experience) cá salmon né sổt tiêu đen : sizzling salmon with pepper sauce, onions, and garnish + side of baguette and salad (10/10 - i love a brilliantly cooked crispy salmon with the skin, hence this dish with salmon and sizzling onions dripping in sauce? Pristine ! It's amazing with a baguette soaked in) make sure you also try their beverages, but everything was SUPERB and we will absolutely be back ! I recently visited Sip restaurant with my friends and I ordered Bun Rieu, Vietnamese coffee, and their meatball dish. The food was decent overall, but nothing really stood out to me. The bun rieu had a nice flavor and I noticed the bun rieu meatball is the same meatball from the meatball dish. Just with a different sauce. Overall experience was average. It's a small restaurant might be hard to have a larger party. read more

Another delicious addition to the Vietnamese eateries in the area. A modern eye pleasing spot but would it deliver with their dishes. I was here to find out. We started off with the Lobster with Garlic Noodles and personally I'm one of those people when I see lobster I want me some lobster. Unfortunately it was just enough for me to want more and I wasn't going to order another round to satisfy me. Next was the Bò Né with Wagyu and Pâté. I really enjoy this combo but again it left me wanting more. The dishes were good I'll give them that but the portions were small and I really don't eat a lot if you catch my drift. In the end, nothing really wowed me and for me it's just another decent place among so many. The service was ok and the drinks were good which were the Egg Coffee and Pandan. This is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. The Vietnamese coffee is strong and the garlic noodles is on the dryer side, which I'm being told is how it is eaten in Vietnam. Just ask your server for more sauce. The place is pretty small but has plenty of seating. I was loving the Vietnamese music!!! read more
I came on a late Saturday afternoon and it was thankfully not too crowded. There were a couple tables outside and plenty of seating inside. I started with the Pandan milk tea, which reminded me of cereal milk in a good way! The egg coffee was strong, just the way I like it and I loved the creamy egg yolk foam. Both drinks were not too sweet as well. I tried the garlic noodles with lobster. The lobster tail was sautéed in a mild garlicky chili oil and the noodles were more on the subtle side, but balanced the flavorful lobster well. Just wish there was more lobster meat! But for only $20, the amount was reasonable. The highlight for me was the Bò Né with wagyu and pâté with the most amazing bread; crispy on the outside and super soft on the inside. Sounds like they get the bread from a bakery down the street. It was perfect for scooping up all this goodness on the sizzling plate! The wagyu was tender and the pâté elevated each bite. Service was friendly and the food came out quick. Plenty of parking in the lot. read more
This newer spot is a really nice cafe-style Vietnamese restaurant and definitely a great find in Garden Grove! They have a cozy setup with a handful of tables inside and a couple outside, but the space is clean, well styled, and has a great vibe. The coffee bar especially stands out -- looks amazing and really sets the tone of the place. We ordered a sizzling beef dish and a chicken rice plate, and both were really good. The sizzling plate came out hot with eggs and sauce that paired perfectly with the bread, and the chicken portion was big and super flavorful. You can tell they put care into the food here. The drinks here are also a star of the place. The Egg Vietnamese coffee was delicious and strong. If caffeine isn't what you want, then try the pandan milk (pretty yummy)! Service here was great -- very friendly and attentive, which always makes the experience better. Location is also convenient with plenty of parking in the plaza. Overall, great food, great drinks, and a chill cafe vibe. Definitely a spot I'd come back to again! read more

If you're craving authentic Vietnamese comfort food in Little Saigon, Sip Coffee & Restaurant is such a solid spot. The food tastes homemade, flavorful, and very nostalgic. We ordered the bánh mì chảo, phá lấu Sài Gòn, and bún bò viên gân sa tế -- and everything hit. The bánh mì chảo came out sizzling and loaded. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the meats were savory, and dipping crispy baguette into that rich sauce is chef's kiss. It's hearty and perfect for sharing (or not ). The phá lấu Sài Gòn was super flavorful and tender. The broth had that deep, slightly creamy, spiced taste that feels very street-food Saigon style. If you grew up eating this, it'll feel comforting and familiar. The standout for me was the bún bò viên gân sa tế. The broth had a nice kick from the sa tế -- not overwhelmingly spicy but enough to warm you up. The beef balls and tendon were tender and satisfying, and the portion size was generous. Service was friendly, and the vibe is casual and cozy -- great for weekend brunch or a late lunch. Definitely coming back to try more of the menu. read more

Literally. Food - Huge bread basket came out first, toasted on the outside and soft, steaming inside, along with a little salad bowl which was such a nice start to the meal (came with our Cá Salmon Né Sốt Tiêu Đen aka sizzling salmon with pepper sauce and Bò Né Wagyu Sốt Kem Nấm aka sizzling wagyu beef with creamy mushroom sauce). Matcha latte: came with oat milk, large cup, good matcha flavor Cá Salmon Né Sốt Tiêu Đen (sizzling salmon with pepper sauce): That salmon was DELICIOUS. Great pepper crust on the outside, really caramelized onions underneath, cherry tomatoes that burst with flavor, and an amazing cook on the salmon that didn't go over despite being on the sizzling plate. The salmon had a freshness almost like sashimi and the sauce was rich but not heavy. Top favorite in my opinion, would highly recommend and come back for this one. Bò Né Wagyu Sốt Kem Nấm (sizzling wagyu beef with creamy mushroom sauce): super tender high quality wagyu beef already cut in easy to eat pieces with flavorful peppery mushroom sauce Mì Tỏi Bò Wagyu Khoai Tây Chiên (garlic noodles with wagyu beef and french fries): similar to Lomo Saltado Peruvian dish with onions, bell peppers, really well cooked garlic noodles that weren't dry, and delicious sauce for the tender wagyu beef. Sip Restaurant's tagline is "Savor the moment, one sip at a time" and I definitely did savor my time when I visited this lovely restaurant in Westminster. I started off my meal here with Chao Suon Ma Ngoc (Pork Rib Congee) ($7). This was a comforting bowl of rice porridge with tender pork ribs, scallions and scallops. It was a small, satisfying bowl packed with flavor! For my main dish, I chose to get their Bo Ne Wagyu Sot Kem Nam (Sizzling Wagyu Beef with Creamy Mushroom Sauce) ($21). They have several Wagyu dishes on the menu but being a mushroom fan, I couldn't pass up on this sizzling Wagyu beef dish with creamy mushroom sauce. It is swerved with salad and bread. The bread was perfect for dipping in the savory, thick mushroom sauce. This dish was decadent balance of umami and juiciness! A perfect pair with my main dish was the Mien Xao Chay (Vegetarian Stir Fry Glass Noodles) ($12). I enjoyed the long silky noodles that were topped with soft slices of tofu, crispy cucumber and juicy tomatoes. It paired very well with the Wagyu dish1 Lastly I got their Vietnamese Iced Coffee with condensed milk. One cannot go to Sip Restaurant & Coffee without getting a "sip" of their drinks! Westminster is the area for great Vietnamese coffee and SIP is not an exception. This place knows how to make good and strong coffee! My Vietnamese Iced Coffee as full bodied and deep flavored. It definitely gave me the perfect caffeine kick! I truly savored my time here, enjoying every bite and every sip. read more
Wow! Strolled in today to this gem and it really exceeded my expectations. This place is known for thier Bo Ne which is skillet beef and egg with variations. The beef with this dish was Super high quality and tasty. We also had pasta/ beef dish which also had great flavor. We had the passion fruit soda which came with real passion fruit. I decided to order the pho ga and banh canh, and both dishes were incredibly satisfying. The pho ga had a light yet flavorful broth and the chicken was tender and juicy. The fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and lime they provide made each bite even better. The banh canh was my favorite. The broth was rich and savory, and the thick, chewy noodles had the perfect texture.
