There's a decent sized parking lot in the back, so I've never had trouble finding parking. The service is fast and efficient. They typically have your pho on the table for you within 5 minutes of ordering. I also love that they have 3 sizes of pho to choose from. While their pho is not vegan, it seems possible for a vegan diner to order vermicelli noodles without broth and add tofu. Arguably one of the best pho places in my opinion. I think this place is older than I am, because I've been coming here since I was a baby! Over all those years, they have never disappointed me and continue to serve really good food. I usually get the beef brisket pho and it's really good. The noodles are just the right texture, the broth is clean and flavorful, and the meat tastes fresh and tender. Their dui bo is also very good, but usually runs out after 1:00 or 2:00 pm, since they only have a limited amount of this item every day. The meat is fall off the bone tender and has a more fatty flavor to it. It usually sits in some broth that absorbs that beefy and fatty flavor from the bone. A great addition to any bowl of pho. Alternatively, I sometimes also get the bun thit nuong and it's very good. The eggrolls it comes with is wrapped with rice paper, so when it's fried up, it has such a satisfying crunch and texture to it. The thit nuong is has a nice smokey, grilled flavor to it. The shrimps are okay as well. This is a very satisfying and filling dish, so if you're looking for a high volume dish, this may be the one to get. Expect long lines during peak hours. I can confirm though that the wait is worth it! Service is always very good. The ambiance on the inside is fine, very plain and unassuming in my opinion. My daughter ended up eating a whole one and my son and I split the second. The peanut sauce was good too. Our phở came out quickly, too. I thought it was awesome to have 3 different sized bowls. The small ones were perfect for my nieces (7 and 10) and the medium were perfect for my dad, 19 year old nice and myself. The large was perfect for my 18-year old son. The meat to noodles ratio was actually better than most places we have been to. The broth tasted great - flavorful and hot. We added all the veggies and it makes me sad when we don't finish them all. Ive been coming here with my family since I was a toddler, and after all these years, it's still my favorite pho spot and hands down #1 pho restaurant in Cali. The consistency here is incredible. On my last visit, I ordered a small Pho Tai with an order of oxtail on the side. The broth was everything a great pho broth should be. Beefy and full of flavor tasting like it's been simmered for hours with beef bones. Every sip was delicious and comforting. And the oxtail... It was juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection. The meat practically fell right off the bone and paired perfectly with the pho. Every bite reminded me why I keep on coming back. Surprising considering it's a random weekday. This is what we ordered: pho with brisket size ( M, and the pho with oxtail on the side. Starting with the broth. So flavorful! I made sure to try it before I put anything in there to know how it tastes and it did not disappoint. You can taste the meat broth and the spices in there. Something that also surprised me was the noodles. I think it's a littler thicker than the noodles I usually get, because it was so chewy, the perfect texture! I always get the #25, but they have plenty of combinations depending on what meats you like! Bf's family came first and was seated immediately before the lunch rush, which there was a long line 10 mins after! It was crazy. I never seen a pho restaurant so packed that early in the morning/afternoon. Restaurant was pretty spacious, already filled with tables. The servers here are pretty traditional, so they didn't really understand my English when I asked for a little dishes for my sauce haha. I got the small Pho Tai and honestly it was enough for me! Broth was pretty nice, but I feel like it was pretty standard. Pho noodles were solid, beef was decent quality, not too special, but thankfully not too tough either. It did say it's the BEST PHO IN TOWN, but honestly.. I didn't think it was anything too special lol. It tasted pretty standard in my opinion, and I honestly had better pho at other places.
