    pho rare steak
    Peter N.

We were super grateful for their accommodation for our large party of 25, without a reservation ahead of time. Luckily, the restaurant was at half-capacity at about 11am on a Saturday morning. The pho is always super fragrant, a rich broth with tender rare steak that melts in your mouth! I would say the bowl is kinda pricey but every once in a while, it hits the spot! For our size party, I was very content with the food still coming out about 20-25 minutes after ordering. The waiting staff handled the large party split up into three tables as best as they could given the large demands of all the bowls to be served.

I've been to all three of their locations and love that everything has been so consistent in the quality, flavor, and service. Our favorites have to be the Oho Combo and Wagyu Beef Stew, soooo good. This was perfect for a week night dinner. They have lots of indoor seating and a big parking lot. ig: @cravingswithcat

Was craving pho and this was the closest spot to me and decided to give it a try. This is definitely a much nicer spot, but giving Pho is not much of an upscale meal as it is, it's not giving the best place ever either. The "upscale" thing about it would definitely be the wagyu option, but other than that it's a typical Asian food spot. The broth was delicious but the choice of meat beside the wagyu wasn't the best I've had at other pho spots. The service was very friendly and good, but we were the only people in the place (we were there at a pretty early time on a Tuesday) so I can't speak on how it is when it is busy. It's pretty pricy even when big ordering the wagyu option so I wouldn't come back, only because I haven't ever felt the need to have a "wagyu pho". But I did enjoy my visit either way.

So delicious flavorful and clean! The meat is sourced from great places so its high quality at affordable prices! Service is great and the environment is nice! All of the food is amazing! The stew is unlike anything i have ever had! The sandwich dipped in the broth is soooooo tasty! Everything we order has been good

    Wagyu Pho with Rare Steak

This restaurant is hands down the undisputed best pho spot in all of Orange County. Tonight I drove 40 minutes just to have their divine wagyu rare steak pho that came out piping hot and tasted like a medley of flavors. What really sets Pho Redbo apart is their customer service. The gentleman helping me who I believe is the manager went above and beyond and made it so I write this review right after I finished eating. If you want the highest quality Vietnamese food with the best customer service to boot, come to Pho Redbo.

My favorite pho shop. Very balanced with their soup. Has a good mix of herbs and fats. Misaki is a gem. My son loves the pho here

Very good ambiance and service. Menu was limited but tasty. Quality was high and food came out fresh. Pho noodles (wide) were super fresh. Must return.

I went here and of course I had to try the Wagyu pho! I also had Thai tea, beef & shrimp eggrolls, and flaming Wagyu. Everything was pretty good but my absolute favorite was the flaming Wagyu! You MUST order it!! The service was excellent and my server was kind. As soon as I had walked in, I was greeted. The ambiance is in between a casual spot and a modern restaurant in a strip mall near Huntington. I would definitely go back!

    A5 pho

This is my favorite place to go for pho. The broth is so delicious, flavorful and always steaming hot. The A5 pho with wagyu beef is a premium dish but so worth it. I highly recommend. The decor is very modern, clean and with lots of open space. The staff was friendly and polite.

    A5 Wagyu Pho
    Binh L.

Curiosity (and mild delusion) led me to try the A5 wagyu pho here. I've visited a few times now, and the pho here is pretty solid. For a $50 bowl however, I was expecting a bit more wagyu, but the broth itself was pretty decent. I've also tried their egg rolls and truffle fries, both of which were delicious and perfectly crispy. After the wagyu pho, I switched to ordering the regular pho combo bowl on my subsequent visits. The meats are good quality and tender, and the herbs and veggies they provide are always fresh, which I appreciate. That being said, these are things I can find at other pho spots too, and a small bowl elsewhere wouldn't cost me $19. The ambiance is clean and modern, and service is consistently quick. Overall, a decent spot if you're in the area, but the pricing definitely leans higher than your typical pho shop.

Pho Sandwich (basically beef banh mi with pho broth to dip)

We lived in LA for almost a decade and went out of our way to find the best pho spots. This is now it. Their Pho Sandwich (which is basically a beef banh mi with high quality meat and pho broth to dip) is INCREDIBLE. Their rare steak Pho is also the best. Don't miss out on those wagyu sliders either. This is one of our favorite comfort food places.

Portions: 3/5 You can't really tell from the pictures but their bowls are pretty small compare to other pho places. Knowing this now I would go for a large bowl. Also if you check out my picture where I'm pulling the noddles out.. that's all the noodles they put... Broth: 3/5 The broth was a bit salty and could have had less black pepper. Their broth needs some work. Noodles: 5/5 The noodles were actually really good but they put so little so that's a shame. Meat: 4/5 The meat was pretty good too. Service: 5/5 Our service was excellent. Ambience: 5/5 It's probably the fanciest pho restaurant I've been to. We were served water in wine glasses. The interior looked cleaned and well maintained. It's evident they're trying to make is seem bougie. Overall, it was okay. I don't think I would come back if I'm being honest. Maybe it's just me but when I think of pho, I think of a sizeable flavorful bowl of broth with plenty of noodles. I get that they're trying to stand out in this market where there's a pho place in every corner by elevating the ambience and dining experience but it doesn't match the quality or quantity of their pho.

    Truffle Fries (5/5)

1/2 - Call it 4 1/2 Stars of Pho-nomenal Bliss Nestled inside Pavillion's Palace, tip-toeing the line between Westminster and North Huntington Beach, lives a pho spot that feels like it was designed by a minimalist Iron Man fan who also secretly collects bonsai. Walk in on a Monday night and--boom--no crowd. Just you, a few quietly humming LED lights, and the distant promise of basil. I ordered the Dac Biet (large combo meat pho), a side of truffle fries, and cha ghiao (fried egg rolls with lettuce wraps and a sweet garlic-fish sauce that could start an intercontinental peace accord). The vibe? Metallic-modern clean. The service? Spot-on reliable. The truffle fries? Crunchy enough to make me believe in second chances. Halfway through the fries, I had what I can only describe as a tidal wave of culinary bliss--like a quasar exploding in my mouth during 2001: A Spade Odyssey (don't ask, just picture it). The pho broth leaned on the lighter side--less of a heavyweight boxer, more of a calm Pilates instructor--but it did the job like a champ. Basil, bean sprouts, jalapeños: all garden-fresh and ready to tango. The cha ghiao arrived golden, crisp, and crackled louder than my high-school crush rejecting me at prom--oddly satisfying in both cases. By dessert-time-that-never-came, I was no longer a hungry wanderer; I was an obedient, well-fed schoolboy with a harmless crush on his math teacher. (A+ for nostalgia. F for algebra.) Look-- would've required a broth that serenades me in French and whispers tax advice. But for now, this sits proudly at a solid 4 1/2 stars. I came in a pho-virgin. I left awakened, seasoned, and maybe a little needy for seconds. Will I be back? Absolutely. I've been broken in... now I just want it all the time.

I barely had to touch them before the meat was basically falling off the bone. The broth had a deep, comforting flavor without being overly salty (which is a blessing to enjoy the flavor). We also ordered the pork cutlet on the side, and honestly, the portion was massive for like a quick lunch. Crispy, filling, and definitely enough to take leftovers home! The banchan was simple but solid too, especially the big slices of cucumber and daikon, along with pieces of pancake on the side. The meat is tender, and the noodles are cooked to a nice al dente such that throughout the course of the eating experience, it does soften a bit to a perfect texture in the hot broth. Speaking of the broth, it is clean, light, yet so flavorful. It needs no sriracha sauce or hoisin sauce. I've also tried the pho shaken style, which added even more depth and flavor to the broth. The charred vegetables and the oil that it's cooked in adds even more complexity to the broth. Naturally, it does make the broth a little heavier, but that's not a bad thing and it's definitely worth trying at least once. The truffle fries are also great. It comes with ketchup, a green sauce, and an orange sauce. All of these sauces are great, but the orange sauce is really special to me, probably my favorite out of the three sauces. I'm excited to come back and try their other dishes, like the various garlic noodle dishes they have. Service is good and the ambiance has a nice, clean, modern look and feel to it.
