The flavors of the pho and fried rice were perfect! Savory Wagyu fried rice with that rich Wagyu taste. And the combination pho had a lot of meat which was all very good and tender. The broth was a win too. You get a taste of all the spices that are supposed to stand out in a bowl of pho. I liked that the thin noodles were chewy and not overcooked. The bowls looks like a standard size bowl, but don't let that fool you, it's very filling! I ordered a large like I usually do (and I can normally finish a large bowl of pho down to the last drop), but here I had leftover broth and noodles. The portions are generous. They give you the option of two noodle types: thin and slightly chewy or thicker and softer. I personally prefer the thinner noodles since I don't like my noodles too soft and easily broken, but it's nice having the choice. Now let's talk about the real star....the BEEF. The meat quality was tender and melt to your mouth, especially the flaming Wagyu starter, which was cool to see table side!
