Always excited to try out another pho spot and this place did not disappoint! I absolutely had to try the wagyu pho here out of curiosity and it was sooo good! The meat is so tender and I love how the broth comes piping hot and you can cook the meat quickly and assemble your bowl! The pho with rib cubes was also so flavorful and the meat was so tender and not tough at all! The fries were the perfect appetizer with a nice crunch and flavor.

One of the best pho I've had!! I got the combo pho and it has a good variety of meat and the broth is very flavorful! The meat are super tender. I got the regular and it was perfect. My husband got the large size and he had a hard time finishing it... will definitely return to try other interesting items on the menu! The server was very attentive and kept checking on us! The price is on the higher side but the quality is good!

I was excited to try this place because I'd heard so many good things, but overall it didn't quite live up to the hype. Food: Pho Combo (6/10): It was decent, but nothing really stood out. We got this with regular noodle. There's option for fresh or regular noodle. The bowl size looked a bit small for both the regular and large compared to other pho spots I've been to. It was basic and enjoyable, but not memorable. Pho with Rare Steak (7/10): I did like that they offer a fresh noodle option since I prefer that type in my pho. Similar to the combo pho, it was slightly salty but still decent. The rare steak was good, but overall it felt like an average bowl. It was decent, just not one of the best I've had. Wagyu Beef Stew / Bò Kho (4/10): The stew itself was okay, but the bread really brought it down. It didn't taste fresh at all--more soft and chewy in a stale way rather than crispy and warm. It came out and was not hot or crispy from the start. Service: The service was great. The staff were sweet, helpful, and attentive. Everything came out efficiently. Ambiance: Very casual and spacious Vietnamese restaurant. There's a good amount of seating, and everything seemed clean and well-kept.

We came on a Monday night around 830 and it was very busy!! We didn't have to wait but we knew the pho here must be good. I ordered the shrimp pho and my husband ordered the rare steak pho. Each came with generous portions of protein. They also have the option of regular or fat noodles. The soup is very delicious and comforting. We also ordered the truffle fries which were delicious and crispy! Overall vibe is casual and I liked the ambiance. They played light music in the background and it feels very clean inside. Parking is very easy as there's a lot.

Finally tried Pho Red Bo and it was honestly worth the hype. We started with the flaming wagyu, and they literally sear it right in front of you. The meat was so tender and just melted in your mouth; super rich and full of flavor. We also got the pho sandwich and shaken beef (no rice). Both were really unique and so good--crispy, flavorful, and you can tell the quality is there. For the main, we had the A5 wagyu pho. The broth was clean but still packed with flavor, and the beef was insanely soft--it just melts into the soup. Service was amazing too. Chi Thu took such good care of us, always checking in and making sure we had everything without even needing to ask. Thank you, Chi Thu! Overall, everything was on point--from the food to the service. If you're craving a good bowl of pho with a little twist, this is definitely a spot you need to try.

I was in Garden Grove and my friend wanted to check this spot out to have lunch. We came in and got seated quickly since there was only one other table that was here. The service was fast and we ordered the pho sandwich and pho combo as well as an oxtail bone that was also with broth. The pho sandwich is creative and tasty! It has a lot of flavor and overall I did enjoy this. The pho noodles are delicious and I like the thick wider noodles. They are good! Overall we had a good lunch and the service was great!

This spot has three different locations, and we decided to try the Garden Grove one since we were already headed next door to Cosmo Beauty School and heard this location was the best. I'm so glad we did! The inside has a very dark, modern vibe. Everything is painted black. The layout is a little unique: the front faces the street, but the entrance is actually on the side from the shopping center, so you don't immediately see the counter when you walk in. It's pretty simple inside, not much décor, just straightforward and clean. The menu is super simple, they focus on pho and extra sides, and that's it. I actually love when a restaurant specializes and keeps it simple. Since I'm not good at making decisions. Most bowls come in regular or large. The bowls looks like a standard size bowl, but don't let that fool you, it's very filling! I ordered a large like I usually do (and I can normally finish a large bowl of pho down to the last drop), but here I had leftover broth and noodles. The portions are generous. They give you the option of two noodle types: thin and slightly chewy or thicker and softer. I personally prefer the thinner noodles since I don't like my noodles too soft and easily broken, but it's nice having the choice. Now let's talk about the real star....the BEEF. The meat here is excellent. Super tender, flavorful, and honestly delicious even without adding any seasoning. Every cut was high quality and tasty. My husband especially enjoyed the broth, both rich and satisfying without being overpowering. Staff was good and service was smooth, but what really earned this place 5 stars for me was the quality of the meat. That alone makes it worth coming back.

Went here for our friend who only eats halal. While it is pricey, $23 for a large bowl of pho, I will say it is pretty good. Broth is very deep and rich. Meat is very tender and delicious. They also give you the option of flat or thin noodles. We also got the truffle fries. The truffle flavor wasn't too overpowering and it was really crispy. If you're looking for halal pho I would definitely go here. Even though it is good, if halal meat isn't a requirement for you or your party, I would go to somewhere else.

I spent some time SEARCHING on YELP last night for a potentially good PHO place in GARDEN GROVE. And of course a lot of PHO places appeared so what attracted me to this one was the FLAMING WAGYU! Arrived at 1:30pm and we got a seat right away. But sadly the FLAMING WAGYU ran out so I kindly asked if they can torch the premium chuck eye pho with fresh noodles and they did it in the back for us so that was so NICE of them to do it! EGGROLLS: 10/10 The eggrolls were so crispy in every single bite! From the first to the last bite. It was SATISFACTION! PREMIUM PHO: 10/10 This was SO worth the drive! the meat was so nice and thin. The torch flavor made the meat and onions nice and smoky too. Plus the stone pot made the broth stay nice and HOT for a long time! AMBIANCE: Pretty nice and spacious... ROCK ON PHO REDBO!!!!!!

This was our first time visiting their Garden Grove location, and they truly impressed us with their quality just like their Westminster location did. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, and the space is nice and open and clean. They seated us promptly, and the server made some great recommendations. We shared: Flaming Wagyu Shaken Beef with rice Pho Combo Pho Sandwich Their pho broth is one of our favorites to this day. The portion is huge and has a generous amount of meat too. It was our first time to try the sandwich, and we'd definitely order this again. The shaken beef was tender and juicy, and the flaming wagyu just melts in your mouth.

Truffle fries amazing, pho amazing, shaken beef amazing. I need to come back to try everything!!! It all tasted so good I'm Obssesed!! We waited before it opened and there was already a line out the door, you have to try this place.

First time trying A5 wagyu beef pho & it was a life changing experience. The beef was so tender & juicy! The marbling on the wagyu was chef's kiss. And then dipping the noodles and beef into the ponzu sauce was the perfect twist & balance. I also got the pho meatball and pho combo & even that was delicious. You have the option to choose between flat or thin noodles and I opted for the flat noodles. The flavor and broth were rich and they did not skimp out on the meats nor toppings! Definitely want to go back to try other things like: beef carpaccio & pho sandwich!!

Vibes: Chill, small tables/booths, cute outdoor seating Crowd: Expect a small wait on the weekends (use Yelp waitlist) Menu: Not tons of choices, but unique Vietnamese options like fried rice. Meat is halal! Value for price: 5/5 (phenomenal meat quality and flavors) Service: Quick, polite Parking: Large strip mall (plenty) I came to Pho Redbo with a group of 5 on a Sunday afternoon around 2PM, and yet there was still a 30min wait when we checked into the Yelp waitlist. This place specializes in Wagyu beef, so get ready for slightly higher prices but phenomenal meat quality in your dishes. The restaurant itself is simple. Good place for lunch with friends or chill date. We tried the following: - Truffle fries: delicious, topped with parmesan, shoestring-style. Great to share with the table - Combination pho: splendid broth- fragrant but not too salty. My friend who grew up in OC confirmed this is one of the best pho broths she's tried. The beef is delicious and there is a decent quantity of meat included, along with meatballs/tripe etc. Ask for onions on the side :) - Pho sandwich: comes with pho broth to dip. The banh mi is decadent, smothered in sauce, with a generous serving of meat. THE BEST THING EVER. I rave about this constantly and think about it frequently. This is my Roman Empire. You must try it. - Friends tried the oxtail pho and and wagyu fried rice. Both were great as well!

Over all those years, they have never disappointed me and continue to serve really good food. I usually get the beef brisket pho and it's really good. The noodles are just the right texture, the broth is clean and flavorful, and the meat tastes fresh and tender. Their dui bo is also very good, but usually runs out after 1:00 or 2:00 pm, since they only have a limited amount of this item every day. The meat is fall off the bone tender and has a more fatty flavor to it. It usually sits in some broth that absorbs that beefy and fatty flavor from the bone. A great addition to any bowl of pho. The eggrolls it comes with is wrapped with rice paper, so when it's fried up, it has such a satisfying crunch and texture to it. The thit nuong is has a nice smokey, grilled flavor to it.
