This was a cute and aesthetic restaurant. I liked the bowls they use for the pho, and they use wine glasses for your water lol. Not only is it cute, it's pretty delicious too! The broth is nice and light. The real highlight is the meat that is included in your soup. All of the meat was sooo soft and delicious. The service was nothing special, just quick and casual. Thank you! I'll be back!

Wagyu lovers, this spot is a MUST! From the juicy wagyu sliders to the flavorful wagyu fried rice, every bite was perfection. The cubed wagyu truffle fries were next-level delicious, and don't even get me started on the pho --rich, comforting, and packed with flavor. Our waiter went above and beyond with recommendations and made us feel so welcome. The beautiful outdoor patio created the perfect setting for a relaxing meal. Can't wait to come back!

Came by Pho RedBo in Garden Grove and was pleasantly surprised--plus points for being halal certified. We started with the Vietnamese coffee ($7), which was bold, strong, and nicely balanced with the sweetness from the condensed milk. A great way to kick things off. The egg rolls ($10) were packed with beef, shrimp, wood ear mushroom, and vermicelli--crispy on the outside and paired perfectly with fresh lettuce and fish sauce. The standout for me was the flaming wagyu ($18), torched tableside. For how thick the cut was, it was incredibly tender and soft. Definitely go medium rare. The ponzu dipping sauce really enhances the richness of the beef. We also tried the shaken beef ($21), which came with plenty of caramelized onions and bell peppers that added a subtle sweetness. The beef was slightly charred, bite-sized, and super satisfying--especially with rice. The combo pho ($25) came loaded with a variety of meats, all tender and melt-in-your-mouth. The broth had a deep, beefy richness, and the noodles were perfectly soft. Add in the garnishes for some crunch and it really ties everything together. Overall, a solid spot with quality ingredients and flavorful dishes. Would definitely come back if I'm in the area.

Tried Pho RedBo and honestly this spot really surprised me. Finding halal pho in OC already makes this place stand out, but the food itself was actually so good too. The broth was rich, comforting, and super flavorful without feeling too heavy, and you could really taste the quality of the meat. My favorite dish from the meal was definitely the shaken beef because it was so tender and packed with flavor. I also really appreciated that the entire menu is halal certified because it makes the spot feel even more special and inclusive. Overall such a comforting meal and definitely somewhere I'd come back to again.

Most pho restaurants use commodity beef--you don't know where it comes from or how it was raised. But Pho REDBO is doing something completely different. They use Wagyu beef sourced through direct supplier relationships, with no growth hormones and no antibiotics. Here, sourcing isn't just a detail--it's part of the product. Their broth is simmered for 24 hours, delivering a deep, rich flavor that sets a new standard. Pair that with premium Wagyu, and you get a bowl of pho that's both elevated and intentional. What makes it even more unique is that the entire menu is halal-certified--something you rarely see at this level of quality. Clean sourcing. Wagyu beef. 24-hour bone broth. Right on Garden Grove Boulevard.

One of the best pho I've had!! I got the combo pho and it has a good variety of meat and the broth is very flavorful! The meat are super tender. I got the regular and it was perfect. My husband got the large size and he had a hard time finishing it... will definitely return to try other interesting items on the menu! The server was very attentive and kept checking on us! The price is on the higher side but the quality is good!

I was excited to try this place because I'd heard so many good things, but overall it didn't quite live up to the hype. Food: Pho Combo (6/10): It was decent, but nothing really stood out. We got this with regular noodle. There's option for fresh or regular noodle. The bowl size looked a bit small for both the regular and large compared to other pho spots I've been to. It was basic and enjoyable, but not memorable. Pho with Rare Steak (7/10): I did like that they offer a fresh noodle option since I prefer that type in my pho. Similar to the combo pho, it was slightly salty but still decent. The rare steak was good, but overall it felt like an average bowl. It was decent, just not one of the best I've had. Wagyu Beef Stew / Bò Kho (4/10): The stew itself was okay, but the bread really brought it down. It didn't taste fresh at all--more soft and chewy in a stale way rather than crispy and warm. It came out and was not hot or crispy from the start. Service: The service was great. The staff were sweet, helpful, and attentive. Everything came out efficiently. Ambiance: Very casual and spacious Vietnamese restaurant. There's a good amount of seating, and everything seemed clean and well-kept.

We got the pho with tender rib cubes (phở sườn), and our server suggested doing half and half with rare steak, which we went with. The meat was really good quality and the broth was clean and flavorful. The server was attentive and checked in a few times. Overall, service was straightforward and smooth. The interior was also clean and spacious, which made for a comfortable dining experience. My only minor complaint is that the menu was entirely in English. The translations made it a bit harder to fully understand some dishes without the original Vietnamese names alongside them. It would've been nice to see both languages, especially considering this is Garden Grove in Orange County. Overall, a solid spot for pho.

Pho-real - this is my new favorite pho place! The restaurant is cozy, but hip...I love all the blue throughout the restaurant! Our server, Leo, was extremely attentive and a very impressive server. The pho had an amazing depth of flavor - I tasted cardamom, cloves and I think star anise. Just the broth itself was fantastic! And it was very fun to have the torched Wagyu beef done tableside, I've never seen that done before! My husband got the Wagyu fried rice and there were huge chunks of Wagyu, which he loved! I will definitely be back, I just wish it was closer to my house!

Finally tried Pho Red Bo and it was honestly worth the hype. We started with the flaming wagyu, and they literally sear it right in front of you. The meat was so tender and just melted in your mouth; super rich and full of flavor. We also got the pho sandwich and shaken beef (no rice). Both were really unique and so good--crispy, flavorful, and you can tell the quality is there. For the main, we had the A5 wagyu pho. The broth was clean but still packed with flavor, and the beef was insanely soft--it just melts into the soup. Service was amazing too. Chi Thu took such good care of us, always checking in and making sure we had everything without even needing to ask. Thank you, Chi Thu! Overall, everything was on point--from the food to the service. If you're craving a good bowl of pho with a little twist, this is definitely a spot you need to try.

I was in Garden Grove and my friend wanted to check this spot out to have lunch. We came in and got seated quickly since there was only one other table that was here. The service was fast and we ordered the pho sandwich and pho combo as well as an oxtail bone that was also with broth. The pho sandwich is creative and tasty! It has a lot of flavor and overall I did enjoy this. The pho noodles are delicious and I like the thick wider noodles. They are good! Overall we had a good lunch and the service was great!

The grilled escargots are a must-have when visiting this place! These are perfectly grilled with rich garlic butter for sweetness, and with a slight kick of spiciness from the peppercorn. Don't forget to also dip the escargot meat with black pepper and a few squeeze of fresh lime juice! If you like melted cheese, then the grilled scallops with cheese would be the perfect match. Each scallop is covered melted cheese and comes sizzling on a hot plate when ordered! Last but certainly not least, my favorite dish of this restaurant is the Chilean Sea Bass hot pot. The order comes with your own tabletop gas stove, along with a hot pot filled with a tom yum like sour soup base. For ingredients, it also includes a plate with slices of pineapple, quarter cut fresh tomato slices, fresh bean sprouts, rice noodles, and a full plate of large pieces of Chilean Sea Bass. It really makes the meal feel complete. If you're a fan of crispy, flavorful bánh xèo with generous fillings, this place is definitely worth checking out.
