Petit Saigon Corner. Located same parking lot as Kei Coffee. Walked in. Got help immediately. Plenty of staff. They were all nice Bo ne is what we came for. Waygu beef. Eggs. Pate. Special sauce. On a sizzling skillet. Bread was very good. My eggs got over cooked. Everything was just ok. To me. And big let down. No butter to eat with bread. How can you serve breakfast with bread but don't have butter ! Chicken curry was actually very good. Flavor was on point. Yams and potatoes cooked well but honestly this dish needed to be hotter. Just wasn't warm enough. Overall decent good. Tighten up the little things and it will be a 4 star

Updated review: Came on opening day (third visit) and soon realized I shouldn't have . The place was noisy, chaotic and full of confusion. We wanted to try hot pots but none of them was available so we ordered Pho sườn bò, miếng xào lòng gà, mực xốt me and drinks. The pho came out quickly but not very hot. I would not order this again because it was decent but not worth $17. I was afraid the orders might take longer to come out but we had to finish the pho because it got cold. Lo and behold while sitting there watching the waiters bringing food to the wrong tables and other dinners got their food ready when they just came I decided we should just go somewhere else. The cashier lady was so lost it created a line: it seemed most of the bills did not match any table. It's a shame they were not prepared for this because some people would not come back after experiencing this disaster. I would come back though to try other dishes but only when they're not busy.

Bánh mì chảo okie thôi!! nhưng lại có nhiều sauce để mình lựa chọn hơn so với những tiệm khác.

First time here, and honestly, if it wasn't for the grand opening 30% discount, I wouldn't have come. The service was a huge letdown. Our server was extremely rude from the start. When we asked what the difference was between the Bo Wagyu Dac Biec and the Bo Wagyu with Mushroom Sauce, her response was simply, "one is creamier than the other," which was not helpful at all. When the food came out, both dishes literally looked exactly the same--no noticeable difference whatsoever. On top of that, I don't appreciate them calling it "Wagyu" when it's clearly just regular meat. To make things worse, we asked for extra plates and they were brought out dirty. Overall, the experience was disappointing from service to food. Definitely not worth it, and I wouldn't come back.

Such a great experience here! The interior/ambience is really nice and the food was great. Our server was so sweet and attentive. She had great recommendations like the almond findi coffee. We tried 3 of the wagyu bo ne dishes and enjoyed them all. Definitely recommend giving this place a try!(=

Stopped by with my son tonight for a quick dinner and was impressed. The aesthetic was very well thought out and executed perfectly- super cute. The service was top notch. The servers were very polite, attentive, and helpful. We had the bánh canh and shrimp with pasta (garlic noodles?), both were bomb. We will definitely be returning soon.

Service was good and the staff were kind, but the bò né was too salty and chicken dry

Food quality was amazing, I've been here a couple tomes since they soft opened last week and their food has been a staple since I work close by! The dining space was clean, tidy, and neat. Restroom was also very well up-kept. Service was excellent although they are still trying to figure out how to efficiently run everything so I would give them some time to work out the kinks here and there!

The waitresses/waiters definitely need more training for sure. The young pretty waitress who is wearing glasses needs lots of training, she didn't gave me back my change correctly. Foods had been brought to a wrong table. Their Vietnamese crab udon (bánh canh cua) is the worst bowl I ever had, too salty and contain lots of MSG with an artificial flavor which is not my preference. Nice decoration but the music is way too loud that came from their giant TV. The worst thing was the long wait time for food to come out.

This is second time I came here, The restaurant was clean inside and didn't have much of a food smell. Although it wasn't very crowded, I think that's because the prices were a bit high, but the food was very good (this is just my personal opinion based on the dishes I tried). Service: 3 stars ( I think they need one person experience about service to guide them) . There are not talking seriously. Food: 4 stars My family order 6 Items, Mì Vịt Tìm 8/10 the broth is good the duck is good too . If they put some thing more herbal smell I think they can get my 10. Beef stew : 9/10 they use the beef shank but the meat wasn't tough, high quality meat. Wagyu steak with salted egg : 9/10 the sauce is bang, very consistent, must try. Fried rice: 7/10 The taste was decent, nothing special. Fried chicken with rice : 6/10 still feeling frozen smell on chicken . Shaking beef with macaroni : 8/10 one again they use high quality meat so they beef was good , taste is ok. stir-fried vermicelli with shrimp and crab: 8/10 must try. Overall it was good experience, must try.

I got the chicken rice after gym workout. It was good especially the sauce. Good amount of chicken and not a small portion. The ambience reminds of a french boulangerie. Table stand, green wall siding with gold trim. French Indochina design to be exact.

Banh canh cua is amazing. The crab, pork and shrimp become main attentions and make you want to have it right away. The restaurant view is nice and modern

Nice restaurant. Good foods. Tender Bo Ne and pretty flavorful. They are having discount for soft opening right now. The waiter is super nice and attentive, which is very rare for a Viet restaurant. He even offered a phone holder for my child so I could enjoy eating without having to constantly hold up the phone. Will definitely come back!

It really nails that traditional Northern-style flavor profile. Pro tip: make sure to mix in some sa tế, as it completely amplifies the broth and takes it to the next level! Also, I'm so hyped that the Cháo Sườn Quẩy is FINALLY back on the menu! It came out piping hot and is just as comforting as I remember. Honestly, this bowl right here is what keeps me coming back and craving more. Solid spot, totally hits the spot if you want some legit, comforting Northern food.

Food Bánh Mì Pate Que (2) - $5.99 Served as two pieces, this Hải Phòng-style bánh mì came with pate, shredded pork, and a house chili sauce. The bread was nicely toasted and served warm, making it easy to share. Bánh Ướt Đặc Biệt - $14.50 Steamed rice sheets topped with pork patties, fried tofu, and fresh vegetables, served with a house fish sauce. The sauce leaned light and slightly sweet, which may appeal to some but felt a bit mild overall. Bún Chả Hà Nội - $16.50 Rice vermicelli served with grilled pork, pork patties, fresh herbs, and house fish sauce. Similar to the other dish, the sauce was on the lighter side in terms of flavor. The protein portions also felt a bit small for the price. Service My party and I were greeted and seated promptly upon our arrival. A server brought menus and returned shortly after to take our order. However, they did not check-in throughout the dining experience. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing and the food came out quickly. Payment is processed at the register near the back by the kitchen. Ambiance The restaurant is dimly lit with plenty of seating for dine-in. Location It is located in a strip plaza with a shared parking alongside other businesses.

If I could make one request, is if you can give customers (me) the option to pay like extra $1-$2 for their orders to be ONLY FLAT WINGS on small orders. The chicken is so well crispy and coated and the non flat wings are too meaty but then carry less of your delicious seasoning in my opinion. Does that request exist? When I tell you this is the BEST broth I've ever had, it blew me away. I'm not one to usually order extra noodles but for this place I would order as many noodles until I ran out of broth, it is that good. Noodles were on the soggier side, I'm not picky about noodles but if you are then this is something to consider. Portions were huge for the price, very happy with that. CASH ONLY. I'd still come back for the pho, but I'd probably skip the oxtail next time.

We started with the Vietnamese coffee ($7), which was bold, strong, and nicely balanced with the sweetness from the condensed milk. A great way to kick things off. The egg rolls ($10) were packed with beef, shrimp, wood ear mushroom, and vermicelli--crispy on the outside and paired perfectly with fresh lettuce and fish sauce. The standout for me was the flaming wagyu ($18), torched tableside. For how thick the cut was, it was incredibly tender and soft. Definitely go medium rare. The ponzu dipping sauce really enhances the richness of the beef. We also tried the shaken beef ($21), which came with plenty of caramelized onions and bell peppers that added a subtle sweetness. The beef was slightly charred, bite-sized, and super satisfying--especially with rice. The combo pho ($25) came loaded with a variety of meats, all tender and melt-in-your-mouth. The broth had a deep, beefy richness, and the noodles were perfectly soft. Add in the garnishes for some crunch and it really ties everything together. Overall, a solid spot with quality ingredients and flavorful dishes. Would definitely come back if I'm in the area.
