The broth was flavorful and perfectly balanced, and the fresh thick noodles were a great touch. The only downside was that the chicken wings were a bit chewy. We also asked for giá trụng (blanched bean sprouts), but they initially brought out regular bean sprouts. However, once we mentioned it, they promptly brought us a fresh plate of blanched bean sprouts, which we appreciated. Other than that, everything was absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed our meal and would gladly come back again. On a side note, the tables and chairs are looking quite worn out and could use some updating. We just ordered the Combination Fried Rice, the Shaken Beef Egg Noodles and the Egg Rolls and we throughly enjoyed it. Meat was perfectly cooked so tasty and tender and a perfect medium! The only thing I would have liked is to have the egg rolls crispier and the shrimp cut in smaller pieces. The place was comfortable, nicely decorated and the bathrooms were clean.
