The chicken comes on a separate plate with dipping sauce and was very tender. Very similar to Hainan chicken. There's a bunch on condiments on each table so you can adjust the soup to your liking. The miến gà was bland and lacked flavor. The shaken beef with deep-fried rice paper had a slight crunch, but overall it was soggy and not what I was expecting. We placed our online order at 11:02 AM and didn't receive our food until 11:50 AM. During that time, we repeatedly asked the staff to check on our takeout order, but they would simply tell us to "hold on" and never seemed to follow up with the kitchen. Every time an employee walked by, we felt completely ignored. By that point, we were losing our patience from waiting so long. Several other customers were also frustrated some even asked for refunds or canceled their orders because of the excessive wait time. The broth was flavorful and perfectly balanced, and the fresh thick noodles were a great touch. The only downside was that the chicken wings were a bit chewy. We also asked for giá trụng (blanched bean sprouts), but they initially brought out regular bean sprouts. However, once we mentioned it, they promptly brought us a fresh plate of blanched bean sprouts, which we appreciated. Other than that, everything was absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed our meal and would gladly come back again. On a side note, the tables and chairs are looking quite worn out and could use some updating.
