The food was awesome. I e been eating Oho for 48 years. The flavor was awesome. Very tasty. The chicken wings were so crispy and tasty. The ambiance was so nice. Also check out the robot deliver and the drink Resturant within this Resturant. Well laid out. We will be returning to try many more dishes.

OneV Pho Bistro This was my first time visiting OneV Pho Bistro, and I was looking for a good, authentic bowl of chicken glass noodle soup. My husband ordered the special phở, while I ordered the chicken glass noodle soup and egg rolls. My first impression was that the restaurant was very clean, trendy, and spacious. It had a nice, open feeling. My husband really enjoyed his phở. He said the broth was flavorful and well-balanced, not bland at all, so he didn't need to add anything. For my chicken glass noodle soup, I felt it was one of the closest versions to the traditional flavor that I've had. To me, a good bowl of miến gà should have Vietnamese coriander, fried shallots, and ginger fish sauce , and this bowl had everything. I could tell the owner is very thoughtful and puts care into each dish. The dish that surprised me the most was the egg rolls. They were really good, unique, and different from many Vietnamese restaurants around the area. The staff were all very sweet, welcoming, and friendly. I also really appreciate that they reserve parking spots for customers, which makes it much more convenient for elderly guests and people with babies like me.

This OneV pho bistro is also attached to Boban inside which looks like a nice place to sit, get some boba tea, and get some work done on the laptop. The other side where I was sat, is the pho restaurant. It's really beautiful inside and gives off a classy vibe. I ordered the brisket pho with a side of soup and it was reallly good! I really love the chewy, thin noodles. The soup is also really good; it's more on the herb-y side and tastes amazing. The brisket was soft, fatty and delicious. My server, Vu, was really attentive and sweet. I am adding this place to my regular rotation for Pho!

The service - they are still learning I feel there are quite a few restrictions and stuff they can't answer/help with or just don't have in general. The spot itself is clean and the pho was good although the dry noodles really lacked in flavor and textures, more crushed peanuts a more savory sauce and some pickled chillies or condiments is needed to accompany this. ALSO the viet coffee ONLY APPLIES to PHO NOTHING ELSE. A slight false advertising but it is what it is. There's a place next door that sells beverages.

Decent. Not the very best, but not the worst. We came on a day when they were offering a free iced coffee with each pho order. We got 2 pho dac biet & 1 pho ga (chicken). So they gave us 3 free coffees. The coffee was ok. Not my fav, but it was free hehhe My chicken pho was not bad, imo. It came out hot with a good portion of pho & chicken. The chicken tasted fresh. Some dark meats and some white meats. The broth was not the very best. It wasn't authentic. More like fusion. Overall, it was a clean broth. I wouldn't mind ordering it again. As for pho dac biet, there were mixed reviews. lol one said it wasn't that great. The other individual said it was decent. He enjoyed it. He mentioned that it been a while since he had pho. Not sure if it was good because he was just craving it or it was really decent lol I guess you gotta try for yourself.. Place was new and clean. No paper towels in restroom or at the table. Gotta request. Service was chill. They did their job. Brought out what was requested and came to check on us once.

A solid bowl of Pho with affordable pricing. Elevated experience with usage of Robotics. Parking is plentiful. Broth 5/5 Great taste, light and clean. Proteins - ordered house special however no meatball found within the bowl. Fair amount of meats given proportionately. I do agree from another yelper that their tendon is a bit chewy. They did give a lot of tendon but the tripe given was almost non existent. Environment - Very spacious where you won't feel cramped while dining. Quality - 5/5 Herbs were very fresh. I appreciate the pepper grinder . Staff Service - Above the standard Output time - Fairly commonly fast. Advantages - outdoor patio seating, lots of tables, clean and modernized. I can see this place booming with business on weekends.

    Dry Chicken Pho

Food was absolutely delicious but I have to especially call out the dry chicken pho. No other place I know makes this. The chicken is so fresh you can taste the difference where the meat is chewier and fresh. I took my family and the kids and mom absolutely love it. It was a cool Hip vibe and the design concepts were very urban. Loved how they have an inside and outside patio and the concept of having the Banh mi shop with a pho shop is interesting. H the r service staff was great coming by to ask multiple times if we needed anything else. In a competitive market this one stands out.

I was craving something chicken for dinner. We stopped by OneV Pho Bistro and it hit the spot. The chicken was tender and juicy and fresh. I liked the rice that comes with the com ga because it's soft and not dry. Cant wait to come back and try their other items. The servers are nice and the robots that brought out the food is a plus.

    1. The pho was comforting and delicious! I also really like the coconut jelly! 2. The spot has cozy casual vibes! The interior is nicely designed! 3. The staff were friendly and timely! They even have robot servers! 4. There is only indoor dining! There are a lot of tables! 5. Parking lot has a lot of spots! Note: They do accept card transactions! Photo: Coconut Jelly and Pho Ga

Coming from Coachella Valley, but former OC resident. Took advantage of our day in town and looked up somewhere new to try. Just based on the pictures we decided to check this place out. Walking in it was definitely nicer than most hole in the wall restaurants around town. They even have a cafe area to the right when you walk in, with boba drinks but more so the aesthetic of the entire place including the restaurant , looked new and very clean and welcoming. Space between seating is good. Granted there was two other groups in the entire place, but I imagine when it is very busy, you aren't packed like other restaurants the same size that have too many tables. Food was great for their simple menu choices they have. So definitely made it easier to decide what we wanted right away. Got two appetizers , sweet potato fries and crispy chicken. The fries tasted like you expect so that's good, and the chicken was better than I expected and the portions aren't too big to where it'll fill you up. So that you have room for your pho. Pho was great, we shared a bowl because I usually don't finish my own. But I feel the way this tasted I could have easily had my own bowl and next time I probably will. Service was good, typical Garden Grove service; if you know what I mean. I do recommend this place especially if you are just looking for pho and not a bloated menu like other pho places. Just straight to the point. It looked new , but I could be wrong. Either way , I recommend it and will be back with more people. Looking forward to it.

I saw a few random posting in Facebook of this pho restaurant and wanted to give it a try-given its modern, clean vibe. They share space with Boban so although there's outdoor seatings, it belongs to Boban. When entering the restaurant, immediately to your right will be Boban...OneV pho bistro is a bit in...there's no way you'll miss because it's directly in front of you but don't get confused by the cashier/desk to the right...it doesn't belong to them. Now to the pho. We ordered a dry chicken noodle with baby/chicken eggs and their combination specialty pho. The dried chicken noodle was more like clear, glass noodle used for Japchae; somehow the noodle was all stuck together like a gigantic ball. The chicken were shredded so you can ask for dark/white meat. Sauce was not on point. The pho...wow I never had pho broth with that much MSG. It was so bad that I couldn't finish the broth and I typically love to divulge all my broth. It didn't have any pho flavouring that I'm accustomed to from the traditional restaurants such as Pho Flavor, Pho 79 or Phoholic. One good thing is they're coconut - expensive but very refreshing..

Pho Bo Tron Sate was so fire! It was my first time trying this dish too!

Not gonna lie, this spot surprised me. The Pho Bò Trộn Sa Tế was ridiculously good--tons of flavor and the saté sauce had the perfect kick. Definitely one of those dishes you keep thinking about after you leave. The vibe is super chill, service was quick before noon, everything was really clean, and the Vietnamese coffee hit the spot. The Thai tea was also amazing. Solid food, great drinks, good atmosphere. I'll definitely be back.

The chicken was crispy and the dipping sauce gave it that extra yummy goodness. The dish also came with a side of broth that had chicken bits in it, was nice to help digest your dish. I also loved that they gave you pickled veggies & fresh veggies. We also ordered the Loi's Fusion Saltado, upgraded the rice to garlic egg fried rice. The beef was soft and tender, the fries were nice and crispy and the fried rice was fresh. You 100% need to get the Thai Tea. A lot of place add too much cream/half and half diluting the tea flavor, they do not skimp on the actual tea in their drink. The color speaks for itself on the dark orange hue!

I'm a bit late getting around to writing this, and unfortunately, they are already closed, but I still felt like I had to share my experience. I'm not completely surprised that they closed, especially after trying their bò né. I've had this dish many times at different places around Orange County, and unfortunately, this was probably the weakest version I've come across. The first thing that stood out was the presentation. As you can see in the picture, there was this purple-colored sauce on the meat itself, which honestly did not look very appetizing. To make things worse, the sauce was cold and did not heat in time with the skillet, which really took away from the experience. The flavor itself wasn't terrible, but it also wasn't anything memorable. It was just okay, and when you factor in the cold food and the presentation, it made the whole dish disappointing. With so many places around Orange County serving bò né at a much higher level, I would probably recommend spending your money elsewhere. If you were wondering whether you missed out on some hidden gem, don't worry, you didn't. This one felt more like a piece of coal than a diamond. That being said, every restaurant has its journey, and with more time, maybe they could have found their footing. Hopefully, they can take this experience as a lesson, refine their recipes, and bring something better in their next venture. I am rooting for you Loi!
