The pho was pretty good. My only complaint is that the bowl was too small and had too many noodles. It was difficult to get the noodles out from the bottom, not only because the bowl was packed, but also because most of the noodles were broken. Also, it gets pretty hot in here. Service was excellent. Tons of parking.
Solid pho. Broth hot and flavorful . Meat tender and plentiful. Noodles slightly overcooked so it fell apart as i was eating which was disappointing. The french fries were yummy. The bo luc lac was good but the garlic noodles werent that great- tasted super oily n barely any garlic flavor. Lots of parking takes cc.

The steak and brisket were so tender and good quality! The broth was super flavorful and very delicious! Got a M and it came in a pretty big bowl with plenty of meat and noodles! Definitely one of the best pho I've had! This was 10/10. Would definitely recommend and return

Wanted to try out a new pho spot and stumbled upon here. Kuroushi Combo (3.5/4) - you choice of thin or fresh wide rice noodles with wagyu rare steak, brisket, rib cube, & meatballs. Meat is tender and high quality. However, pho broth is on the sweeter side. Prices are as follows: $13.99 Small / $18 Medium / $21 Large Yukari Fries (3/5) - fries with Japanese Shiso seasoning. The seasoning was so light that it just tasted like regular fries to me. Nothing special. Then again, not sure why I decided to get fries at a pho spot... Ambiance is nicer than your typical mom & pop pho spot. Quick service.

Some wings were heavy batter but the chicken was insanely good. Clean venue with cool decor on the top. Authentic and delicious. Would come back. Very reasonable prices.

The house special has a lot of meat and so does the oxtail, favorite is the oxtail and beef cubes, probably brisket, very soft and melts in your mouth. Worth the visit. It might have been a fluke but waited about 15 minutes to be seated. Once seated, we ordered right away before the other large group in hopes that our food would come faster. The server worked alone and forgot our drinks. He is friendly though but definitely more help was needed. I noticed the manager and other worker just minding their own business and not helping out. It took 30 min for our dishes to come out. My Bo luc lac with garlic noodles arrived before pho. Pho shouldn't take 30 min! The Bo luc lac is as tasty but the garlic noodles were lackluster. The pho broth was actually tasty too. I would come back again and maybe the service would be better.
We tried the short rib, pho tai, and fries. The noodles and veggies were fresh and soup wasn't watered down! The short rib was a bit tough and not easily off the bone. Would recommend to just stick with the normal steak, which was perfectly cooked. Fries were good, can't go wrong with that. The server was quick and attentive, although we were the only customers at that time. Felt clean and the atmosphere was comfortable:)

That concentrated broth that comes along with it is a meannn sipper. This is my gfs favorite pho joint in OC, which is a wild take cus I've taken her to Pho 79. The meat is supposedly all wagyu. I ain't no expert but hard to believe since the prices remain fair but I will say that the meat is FARRRR superior to most pho joint across the southland. Fatty, savory, tender and super scrumptious. All of it. Kudos. Highly recommend. Nice staff too.
This place is a local family owned restaurant that promises fresh and excellent ingredients. For just $20-$21 you can get a large bowl of pho that actually has a lot of extra pieces of meat whereas other places only give you 1-3 extra pieces and charge you double. I swear this is the best pho I've been to so far. Not only that, but their other food options are fresh and delicious! I got the brisket pho, truffle fries, and wings and my god! Total bomb flavortown. Will be back!
A great spot for pho!!! Our group was excited to try out "wagyu" pho for the first time! Now i am not too sure if it is true wagyu but you can really taste the fattiness in the broth and meat slices! All the pieces were tender and barely needed chewing! One thing that stood out to me was the rib cubes in the pho, which Ive never had before. It was nonetheless very tender and quickly became my first bite! The service here is super friendly and told us recommendations and frequently checked up on us. Overall, I am likely to come back- their fries and chicken wings look really good!
I was surprised to see this restaurant almost empty at 11:30 am, but my family and I were pleased to get immediately seated. This restaurant closes early on Mother's Day, and we were one of only two groups dining in. We ordered two bowls of medium pho tai ($18/each), gyozas ($6), garlic butter chicken wings ($11), and special egg rolls ($9). The appetizers tasted great, and I really enjoyed the pho. The pho tai had a deliciously light broth. Even with a medium portion, the pho was filling. There was a decent amount of tender meat. They use sliced rare Wagyu steak, so the meat quality is really good here. As such, pho bowls here cost relatively more than those from other restaurants I've tried. As for the appetizers, I liked how the gyozas were freshly prepared and steamed. The garlic butter chicken wings were also large. While I didn't try the special egg rolls, my family enjoyed that there was shrimp inside. Our server was really polite with taking our orders and providing our food. Service overall is great here. We got a good refill of Thai basil upon our request. There were nice performances of Vietnamese ballads playing on a television screen. However, advertisements would pop up occasionally. At the end of the day, this is a great pho restaurant to visit in Little Saigon. Among many choices to try Vietnamese food in the area, I'm glad we chose this one. read more
10 outta 10! Came here with a friend for a quick bite and it did not disappoint. Staff was really friendly and helpful when deciding between options. Got the Kuroushi combo pho that was packed with flavor and a generous amount of meat. My friend got the shaken kuroushi that had the right amount of seasoning. Their Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk also kept both of us awake for the drive back to LA. Saved this place to for sure come back read more

Not the best pho i've had but solid. My family and friend came here after dress shopping in westminster, shop itself is small with few table seatings. This place gives you option of small, medium, or large bowl which is nice since everyone has different appetites. I got the rare steak pho with rare steak ($14). They had the usual toppings like bean sprouts, lime, and thai basil. The steak was a bit stuck together when the soup came out but other than that the small was a good portion for me and the thick noodles were bouncy. We shared a side of truffle fries as well, generous portion for ($7), not overly salty and the truffle fries were not too overpowering. Overall service is fast with hearty pho. Would love to try the rib eye pho my next visit. read more

An average pho place. Wagyu beef does not add much to taste or flavor but has a raw fat taste which is unpleasant. I like rare beef in pho but not this raw fat taste. read more

Cozy pho spot with one of the most delicious pho I've had. Went here because another location only accepted cash. Proteins were super flavorful, good amount of noodles, and they gave me extra broth. $24 before tip+taxes. read more

This place is ok. Expensive compared to the other spots with the beef rib. See my ranking below... One bite. Everyone knows the rules 3.4 out of 5 stars. Broth is sweet imo. It's not the best here but it's not bad. It's ok. SoCal, especially this area has so much competition and the price point is high than others. Yes, even in these hard economic times, the other places are cheaper than here. Phoholic 2 or 1 is the go to spots viable for the #1 spot for pho. Pho 79 is number 2 spot. Sup noodle is cheaper than this place. read more
I love pho, but this pho place must be from different regions of Vietman, because the pho soup is very sweet. Not use to the sweetness of the soup. But some may like it. So go check it out. Here is my scoring card for this restaurant: 1) Location: ( 5 Point ) - Great location for customer to see and find. Great parking for street parking and back side with parking lot parking. 2) Decoration : (2 Point) - They still have the original decoration. Clean. 3) Price: ( 4 point)- The price is competitive but still a little bit pricey compare to other same stars and type food they serve 4) Quality and Taste : ( 3 point)- The quality is ok, food taste is good and portions are below average . ( must be inflation ) bowl only have in small size but price is not small at all. 5) Type of cuisine standard : ( 4 point) - The style of Vietnamese food they serve is pretty close to the way it was prepare in Vietman.Not bad! But some dishes did have slightly modify to cater the customer's need Overall it's not bad and I thinks it's great to give it a try and let me know what you think. Super good. The pho broth and the meat selection is grat quality. The meats were so soft and tender, not grainy at all. The #15 pho meat combo had a little bit of each meat. They included a very smooth fatty meat which is a surprise from the regular selection. I even like their meat ball where it was soft and tender. Usually at other places the meatball is rubbery and chewy so I usually avoid them. The server was super attentive and nice. Everything was also very clean. An added plus is the price is on the average low side :) read more

I discovered this place last night and had to return today for another bowl. The pho noodle is perfectly silky and soft. The broth is aromatic and homey. The meat is the star of the show. It soaks in the broth and not too beefy. My friend liked the wings. I thought it was lacking garlic Service is nice and quick. Plenty of parking in lot. Clean restaurant. read more

Food was delicious! We got the Kuroushi combo in a medium bowl, which was the perfect portion. The pho broth was light but very flavorful, and oxtail was chewy yet melt in your mouth at the same time! One of the highlights was actually the Thai tea, though it might be on the sweeter side for others. Service was quick (we went at around 3pm on a Sunday) and Michael who served us was super friendly! Made us feel very comfortable and the meal more enjoyable. The restaurant itself can best be described as more modern, but still has that mom and pop shop feel, which is comforting in a way. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal and would totally come back again :) read more

Wanted to like this place, seems like a good alternative to popular pho places but if I come again gonna have to try and stick to what's recommended and see what I think then. 1. Shaken Chicken seemed bland even though color wise and garlic noodle they even had parmesan cheese on it, very unfortunate. Maybe it would taste more normal if I got the BEEF which is very standard. I picked this because it was a deviation from what's normally offered, thought it might be interesting. 2. Friend got small Pho. He said it was okay, nothing missing I think in particualr, he said the BEEF was certainly good - which is what you're paying for here, the Wagyu. (Although all Pho now is almost always $13-14). Mom & Pop shop it seems like. Little english, no problem service wise. Nice ambiance, can be hot and sunny when it's sunset so be aware of your seating choice. Don't like leaving lower ratings but open to try this again, likelihood is not high though. read more
on the pricier side but the meat was very tender and did not get dried out easily. u can get the pho with skinny noodles or thin fat noodles. bowl sizes come in small medium or large. very kind waiters that checked in on us and gave us free watermelon juice because it was our first time there. read more
