Drinks are tailored to your preferences, therefore I go in and communicate what I like, for example I will say "less ice about 1/4, oat milk in place of whole and, etc." Communicate how you like your drinks if it is 1/4 ice, 1/8 oat milk, 2 pumps versus 4 of a syrup... you should know your preferences because they can't read your mind and taste is personal. However, this place genuinely has the top notch of all Matcha places you can find. You can study here, I have seen many doing so.
