Not bad.. I couldn't decide on which coffee place to go. I happened to see this new place on Yelp. Someone posted that customers could get a free breakfast with any coffee drink. I decided to try it... We ordered matcha coffee and an egg coffee. The staff heard wrong and gave me a salt coffee instead. Choices of breakfast were pate chaud, baos, or 2 egg rolls. We got 2 of the pate chauds. We also ordered a Thai matcha milk tea. They currently do not have matcha latte. Kinda strange since they offered matcha foam?? The coffees had way too much ice. I get it that Vietnamese coffees carry a strong flavor and lots of ice may be required. However, these cups were filled to the top or something. My nephew only took a few sips and done. He was in shock...the taste was ok. Not bitter and not so sweet. The Thai matcha milk was ok. My mom asked for less milk. She liked it. Pate chauds were good. A good snack to munch on with coffee. Prices were decent. However, since the cups were filled with ice.. it became a somewhat expensive drink.

Wow - what a treat! Stumbled upon Coco House when I was getting lunch at a local restaurant, and needed a sweet treat. They just recently opened, so the have a ton of specials right now! Definitely recommend. First, Henry the owner, is delightful. He was standing outside the store, sharing details about his favorite items, and he has a cool raffle going on right now too. I ordered the Strawberry Peach Tea Burst and the Lychee Luxe. I was able to adjust the sweetness levels and choose my toppings. Both drinks were fresh, delicious, and perfectly sweetened, per my request. The ambiance inside is SUPER CUTE! I really can't wait until I go back so I can try their coconut coffee. Henry said it's one of their most popular drinks, so I'll definitely head back to try it. So many delicious sounding drinks on their menu, and did I mention how cute the ambiance is? Plenty of seating and it's spacious too. Will definitely be back!

Salted coffee is decent but they put sooo much ice. I had several sips and it was all gone!

Took my mom to try their snacks here, very underwhelming. Food: fried zucchini were ok but the mild popcorn chicken had very little seasoning that settled to the bottom of the box. Not on the chicken bites. The sizes were mostly small or in bits as you can see in the box. The smaller pieces were underneath the few semi decent sized that I picked out. The chicken was either overcooked or not freshly made from the day because it was tasteless unless you dipped them into the sauce. Service was good. Staff were friendly.

I was heading to the Tea place next door but parked in front of Coco House. I had no idea this was place was here but the interior looked very nice from the outside. They had a photo of some delicious looking teas so I decided to come and check them out. Interior was beautiful. Plants on the walls and hanging from the ceilings. Owner (I think) was seated at one of the table and greeted me welcoming. He helped me with the menu and I picked out the house coffee and passion fruit tea. Service was quick. I used the restroom (ask for the code) and it was very cleanly. They offered me a free eggroll but I just had breakfast so I had to decline. Nice gesture though. Both drinks were really good. Coffee a bit sweet but that might be me. I just don't like sweets much. I would definitely try this place again. Go check em out.

The coffee tastes so good.i like it. The shop is very clean and modern, and the staff are friendly. Nice place to relax. I will come back again.

I was at their grand opening! The link to my YouTube video will be posted under the first photo! Check it out ! I got a free drink that day and a blind bag which had a lunar near year mini plush horse in it ! If you go there, try their Signature Coco House coffee with coconut and grass jelly ! Yum ! Oh the owner was really nice too !

This place just had their soft opening over the weekend. I'm a big boba lover and naturally had to come by to try it out ! I ordered the rose milk tea with boba and classic black milk tea. both were good but the rose milk tea definetely stood out to me. while I was there I decided to try their rolls, steamed buns, and a Vietnamese dessert (almost jelly like) I forgot what it's called. They were out of a few things maybe because they were busy, I would've liked to try more of their rolls. The dessert was soooo good! Definetely go give them a try

Christina T.

Charming spot for coffee and milk tea! Limited spots to sit though. Highly recommend the Egg Coffee!

Lots of seating and very loud when it's crowded. I wouldn't be able to study in here. Cashier was friendly and gave good recs. I'd say the prices are good for the portion and quality of drinks. What I ordered: -Matcha Pandan: I didn't want it too sweet and the cashier recommended to order as is and ask to adjust once I try it. It was definitely too sweet, I barely tasted the matcha. I requested for more of the matcha flavor and the worker kindly accommodated for me, which I appreciated. After the adjustment I still feel like it could've been more matcha-y but I didn't want to be difficult so I just took it. I think pandan is just not my thing. 3/5 (I will say I got the matcha einspanner another time and it was so much better so I definitely recommend that for those who like sweet drinks but still want the matcha flavor to be prominent. It was a 5/5 for me). Overall, I'd come back if I'm in the area again. Workers are very friendly and efficient and drinks are good, especially the matcha!

Parking is free but can be BUSY depending on when you go. Banana Coffee is a 10/10. Sweet and strong, just the way I like it. Matcha Strawberry was an 8.5/10. Strawberry forward and sweet! Matcha was a little grainy but it still tasted great. Will absolutely be coming back to try other drinks!

The shop had a cool, modern atmosphere and did not feel gimmicky at all. My partner and I shared 2 drinks: Oreo Eclipse Matcha Brûlée (matcha-infused custard topped with caramelized sugar and served with crunchy oreo pieces) and Crimson Dragon (red dragonfruit green tea). Even with 30% sugar, both of these drinks were way too sweet. And with less ice, the drinks still contained a lot of ice. Taste-wise, the drinks were only tolerable. Although the parking lot here seems decently sized, this plaza's shared lot is notorious for feeling tight and cramped, especially on weekends. Seating inside the store is also pretty limited, with just a few small tables.

This is my go-to cafe before work!…read more Matcha-wise, they have a note saying they use oat milk for their matcha drinks, but the oat milk kind of overpowers the actual matcha flavor. ** My favorite is the Uji Matcha Tofu. As a custard pudding girly, the tofu gives that creamy, nutty flavor that balances the drink really well. I honestly wish there was an option to add extra tofu through the kiosk! ** The pandan matcha and young coconut matcha are other favorites of mine because they lean more on the refreshing side. If you're super thirsty, I'd definitely go for one of those. *** 3/5 for the avocado cream croissant. I actually tried it twice to give it another chance, but it has this slightly bitter, almost boxy aftertaste that I can't really explain. I'm Filipino, so I'm used to avocado as a dessert flavor, and I thought the avocado custard cream would taste similar, but not quite. Overall though, I like the modern vibe of the place. It faces the street so you can vibe out feeling like you're in vietnam! Service wise, the drinks come out pretty wuick and that's honestly why it's become my go-to spot before work.

The menu has a creative, elevated feel, but still delivers comfort and flavor where it matters. The Bo ne with bale pepper sauce is a must-order--rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced without being too heavy. You can also get fried chicken and rice, beef stew and Vietnamese udon. Pair them with one of their specialty lattes, and you've got the perfect meal. Once we were in, service was fairly quick. Our server did forget our drinks at first, but they made up for it with large cups of water, which we appreciated. We ordered three versions of the bo ne the wagyu with black pepper sauce, wagyu with pate sauce, and wagyu with salted egg yolk along with the spicy noodle soup with tendon beef and beef ball (Bun Gan Bo Vien Sate). The bo ne is clearly the star here, and we knew that going in. My personal favorite was the pate it was the most well-balanced of the three and honestly my ideal bo ne. The black pepper was on the saltier side, which works if that's your thing. The salted egg yolk was good at first, but it got heavy and tiring pretty quickly. The salad on the side was a nice touch it helped cut through the richness and fat. One thing I noticed with the bo ne overall: the flavors are very one-note, so by the end of the meal there's not much you can do to keep each bite exciting. I found myself picking off fresh basil just to add some brightness. It's definitely a dish better enjoyed in smaller quantities and as a shared plate rather than each person having their own. Three orders between three people was a lot. The Bun Gan Bo Vien Sate was decent similar to bún bò Huế if you've had that before. It just needed a bit more salt for my taste. Overall, I'd come back, but next time I'd order just one bo ne for the table to share and explore more of the menu from there.
