This place has ice cream, sugarcane juice, boba, and other snacks. Be warned to stay away from their sugarcane juice though. Probably the worst I have had. Their ice cream though is very good. They have ice cream creation bowls that we enjoy. We recently had their avocado coconut one which was really good. I also like the brown sugar one. And you can make your own too. The staff is nice here and sometimes it takes awhile. You can order at the cashier or through their kiosk. You can also order online for pick up. The inside casual and there are chairs and tables. It can get busy because the ABGs love to hang out here. Parking is though because the plaza gets so crazy busy.

We saw a guy getting a delivery of sugarcane-so we followed him to this place- we knew we had to try it! They process the sugarcane in house-so fresh! Large and spacious with lots of tables. So many cute details/ decor. Friendly staff. I got the coconut sugarcane drink and it was so refreshing and sweet. Simple and fresh ingredients..and Suuuper addictive. Can't wait to try more flavors. Parking lot can get busy in the weekend..so be prepared to walk a bit.
This spot is located in a busy plaza so it was a bit hard to find parking on a weekend. They have a good amount of tables around and the aesthetics are nice. You can order at the register or kiosk. The workers were friendly. There weren't too many people ahead, but our drinks took a while. I got the genmaicha with boba half sweet. The genmaicha was a good flavor, but a bit bitter. The boba was sweet so it balanced out.
Never seen such a rip off place like this one, I purchased Vietnamese coffee no ice and the cup feel only a tiny portion compared to a lot of different places, my first and last visit, will never come back.
Cute & charming place for homemade baked goods and milk tea & coffee. All their hot pastries & cold desserts are home made and they are quite good for the prices. Most are small, abit bigger than finger size but tasty. The owners (couple) are quite nice and very friendly and funny too. They are very attentive and chatty to their customers. The place is spacious, tall & airy. Parking can be tough on weekend since majority of stores here are restaurants, bakeries or drink places plus a market. But parking is big, just need to walk abit. Overall, quite cute and yummy place.

Not bad.. I couldn't decide on which coffee place to go. I happened to see this new place on Yelp. Someone posted that customers could get a free breakfast with any coffee drink. I decided to try it... We ordered matcha coffee and an egg coffee. The staff heard wrong and gave me a salt coffee instead. Choices of breakfast were pate chaud, baos, or 2 egg rolls. We got 2 of the pate chauds. We also ordered a Thai matcha milk tea. They currently do not have matcha latte. Kinda strange since they offered matcha foam?? The coffees had way too much ice. I get it that Vietnamese coffees carry a strong flavor and lots of ice may be required. However, these cups were filled to the top or something. My nephew only took a few sips and done. He was in shock...the taste was ok. Not bitter and not so sweet. The Thai matcha milk was ok. My mom asked for less milk. She liked it. Pate chauds were good. A good snack to munch on with coffee. Prices were decent. However, since the cups were filled with ice.. it became a somewhat expensive drink.

Wow - what a treat! Stumbled upon Coco House when I was getting lunch at a local restaurant, and needed a sweet treat. They just recently opened, so the have a ton of specials right now! Definitely recommend. First, Henry the owner, is delightful. He was standing outside the store, sharing details about his favorite items, and he has a cool raffle going on right now too. I ordered the Strawberry Peach Tea Burst and the Lychee Luxe. I was able to adjust the sweetness levels and choose my toppings. Both drinks were fresh, delicious, and perfectly sweetened, per my request. The ambiance inside is SUPER CUTE! I really can't wait until I go back so I can try their coconut coffee. Henry said it's one of their most popular drinks, so I'll definitely head back to try it. So many delicious sounding drinks on their menu, and did I mention how cute the ambiance is? Plenty of seating and it's spacious too. Will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed the ice cream here, especially the coconut ice cream. I came here with two friends. One of my friends ordered the sugarcane juice, and another friend chose the ice cream served in a cup. I think the cup option is a good choice if you don't want to eat too much ice cream because it is a smaller serving compared to the whole coconut. I decided to try the whole coconut. They remove the coconut water and serve the ice cream inside a real coconut, then add fresh coconut meat and different toppings on top. I really liked eating the ice cream together with the coconut meat and toppings. On a hot summer day, this was a great dessert. It reminded me of the coconut ice cream at Bạch Đằng in Saigon, Vietnam. The shop has plenty of indoor seating and the decoration is nice. The staff were nice and welcoming when we visited. I would come back whenever I crave coconut ice cream and would like to try some of their other desserts next time. read more

Great deserts, service sucks due to dishonesty on extra charges for 'convenience fees' ? I when to the cashier counter to ask the cashier that took my order, he said that's to assist with the credit card charges. I told him you need to be upfront with a sign or inform your customer, you can't just help yourself and added. It's not about the , it's about my principles because most restaurants are pulling this . I was heading to the Tea place next door but parked in front of Coco House. I had no idea this was place was here but the interior looked very nice from the outside. They had a photo of some delicious looking teas so I decided to come and check them out. Interior was beautiful. Plants on the walls and hanging from the ceilings. Owner (I think) was seated at one of the table and greeted me welcoming. He helped me with the menu and I picked out the house coffee and passion fruit tea. Service was quick. I used the restroom (ask for the code) and it was very cleanly. They offered me a free eggroll but I just had breakfast so I had to decline. Nice gesture though. Both drinks were really good. Coffee a bit sweet but that might be me. I just don't like sweets much. I would definitely try this place again. Go check em out. read more

Took my mom to try their snacks here, very underwhelming. Food: fried zucchini were ok but the mild popcorn chicken had very little seasoning that settled to the bottom of the box. Not on the chicken bites. The sizes were mostly small or in bits as you can see in the box. The smaller pieces were underneath the few semi decent sized that I picked out. The chicken was either overcooked or not freshly made from the day because it was tasteless unless you dipped them into the sauce. Service was good. Staff were friendly. read more

This place just had their soft opening over the weekend. I'm a big boba lover and naturally had to come by to try it out ! I ordered the rose milk tea with boba and classic black milk tea. both were good but the rose milk tea definetely stood out to me. while I was there I decided to try their rolls, steamed buns, and a Vietnamese dessert (almost jelly like) I forgot what it's called. They were out of a few things maybe because they were busy, I would've liked to try more of their rolls. The dessert was soooo good! Definetely go give them a try read more

Just went to the grand opening and tried the Spicy Popcorn Chicken, Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Tai Chi Milk Tea, and Lychee Tea. The drinks were really good with the right amount of sweetness, good lychee flavor, and creamy milk teas. The crystal boba could be a little softer and chewier. The popcorn chicken was crispy, but I wish it was juicier inside. The workers were super helpful. Overall, everything was very good and I'd come back to try more drinks and food. read more
