It's a small and cute place. The store has lots of cute little items to buy. No sitting area though. I ordered the traditional iced Vietnamese coffee. It was okay. It felt a little watered down, probably because I'm used to very strong coffee.

Drinks are always yummy! But this location is not the greatest. Looks a little run down, and staff was not super friendly. I love Roasting Waters, but I would recommend trying another location.

This place is super duper cute, small but really cute! They sell cute Sanrio and friends stuffies, totes, cups, and fun other Knick knacks. There isn't any place really to hang out here so no tables and a few chairs (probably to sit while just waiting for your drinks to be made). So you must order to go. They have a black board with customers and the employees' favs so it's nice to have some recommendations. We ordered a milky latte $6.75 and a black milk tea $6.20 adding boba. The milky tea was creamy (note this has no coffee in it). The black milk tea was really good. Both were really refreshing and came in a super cute reuseable plastic bottle. I did read the sign on the door, and it said they serve in glass containers and to be aware and safe while handling it. But we were served in a plastic bottle instead. So not sure if they ran out or what. But if you expect a glass bottle just be aware you may not get one. I would definitely come back to try other as they have a vast menu of drinks!

I suppose my last visit to Roasting Water was before to the Covid outbreak. At the time, the place provided a large reusable glass bottle. Since I'm in the area and have decided to buy the drinks there, I'm hoping to still get a reusable glass bottle. I ordered three drinks and waited 20 minutes before the worker delivered the drinks in smaller plastic reusable bottles now. To be honest, the drinks here are just okay; I'm here for the bottles, not the drinks. If you want to get drinks in reusable bottles, only visit Roasting Water.

Roasting Water in Westminster is easily one of the best spots for Asian drinks in SoCal. If you're looking for something high quality, this is the place. The shop is small and cozy with tons of fun decor that gives it a great vibe. Staff was friendly too. If you need a serious pick-me-up, get the Straight Cafe Sua Da. Highly, highly recommend!

I had seen that the Alice in Wonderland bottles were available in the Instastory so made a point of visiting the store to get drinks after an appointment and on our way to run an errand. I ordered my usual of strawberry matcha latte with soy, a strawberry lemonade, and I had to have the Malibu smoothie again because I enjoyed it so much on my last visit. Daughter ordered a pink frost, a strawberry hibiscus lemonade, and a rose lemonade. A couple came in to order after us and a man came to pick up his coffee while we waited for our drinks. I asked my daughter if she thought the Cinnamoroll with a pink hat was available in association with the Alice in Wonderland bottles. She didn't think so. She thought the Sanrio plushies, even the Melody in her cute dress, are part of the spring Sakura collection. Any time I suffer a leg cramp, my husband tells me that I should have a banana. I like my banana in a smoothie. The Malibu is described as being a blended strawberry, banana, and blueberry smoothie with strawberry and blueberry bits. I would not say they are blueberry bits. There are actual plump blueberries and strawberry chunks. Daughter likes the Tropical Storm, but wanted the coconut jelly in the pink frost. She prefers the strawberry lemonade to the strawberry hibiscus lemonade. She couldn't really taste the rose syrup in the rose lemonade.

This place can get too busy on the weekend! But lucky the one worker I saw working (there must have been another in the back) really was taking it all in stride. They created a welcome atmosphere and when I drinks came out they were very good! I would definitely come again when they are less busy to try other drinks their lava drink was so goodddd!

Such a cute little boba shop! I loved all the merch and decor and the cute plastic bottles the drinks come in. The coffee was sooo good! Perfect sweet while still having that strong coffee flavor. The strawberry march was also very good, not too milky like most places. They were not busy when i came in and it too about 8-10 minutes for 4 drinks

Cute little store with a few seats. Lots of drinks on the venue from teas, bobas, fruit smoothies, espresso coffee drinks with icecream. Nice service. I got a coffee taro boba while I was here. Clean spot with cool little toys and cute Togo cups. We had an altercation with a racist idiot muscle bound Douchebag while we were there but fortunately he left. Thanks again friends.

Love roasting waters they have good boba and i always get their thai tea with boba. I love how they give you reusable cups especially glass ones sometimes, it's super cute in the store and great customer service. They also have little nicknacks you can buy.

We stopped by to grab something to drink because we were in the area and this place turned out to be really good. The employee who attended us was friendly and he got our drinks done quickly. Our drinks were tasty, my coffee is not pure sugar (it's actually waking me up) so that's always a plus hahaha.

Can't believe I haven't reviewed this after so many years definitely a good place that's consistent with their Boba and you can adjust sweetness levels on their drinks. my go to is the avocuddle, midsummer night and vietnamese cafe. boba is free and the containers are cute, just high footprint. you can call ahead of time for drink orders. sign in for roasting water reward points.

Ask the Community - Roasting Water

What are their hours?? They're definitely not open at 7:30am & no one answers their phone

They opened at 9 am today.

Is it possible to just buy the bottle?

You can always call and ask!! GLASS bottle is my favorite

Does any one know how many oz are in their regular glass bottles they always give with any drink?

The standard glass bottles are 500ml/16.9 oz.

Hi, I was there last night and ordered a milk tea. Would it be safe for me to reuse the cool bottle for hot tea at home? I know the tea won't stay warm but just wondering if the plastic was safe for hot fluids?

Not a good idea to reuse any plastic bottles for hot liquid.

Is this place good for study groups? Is the interior spacious and have outlets?

No. There's no space at this location. You'll have to go to the fountain valley one or Huntington beach.

On the menu Pom Pom is an add on ...What are Pom Poms?

Does anybody know how many ounces their plastic hard reusable water bottles are? Thanks!

    20 oz

Are the bottles reusable? For example, can you bring them back in and they can reuse them for your next drink

I have asked and been told that they cannot do this. Maybe some locations will and others won't?

Does anyone know what type of plastic the bottles are made of? BPA free? I am reusing the bottles for water, so wanted to know. Thnx!

I just asked one of the servers right now and he said it's BPA free :)

Cococane is located in a small, Asian strip mall with what appears to be two other sugarcane drink stores as well. Cococane is adjacent to a small Asian grocery store: just look for the long line of thirsty folks queued up in a line outside. There are two lines inside. On the left is the walk-in and phone orders. On the right side, is where both the walk-in and web orders are picked up. My wife and I both ordered the large sized strawberry Cococane: Sugarcane, strawberry, coconut and coconut meat. ($9.00 each). We placed our order @1454, and after paying, handed an order number that is called out when your order is ready. I ascertained that this place is really popular and busy, hence our order was not called out until 1514. The wait was worth it! We both took our fist sip and were so happy with the flavor. The drink just hit the spot and immediately quenched our thirst. We will definitely be adding Cocoane to our favorites list for sugarcane drinks!

Cococane This was my…read moresecond time here. In my opinion, the sugarcane juice is pretty average and similar to what you can find at many other places nearby. Maybe what makes them stand out is that they offer more flavors and different mix-and-match combinations. The main downside for me is the wait time. Whether you order in person or online, it still seems to take quite a while. Sugarcane juice is usually pretty simple and quick to make, so waiting more than 10 minutes for one drink feels a little too long for me. The shop itself is a bit small, and I think the space could be a little more organized and tidy. On the positive side, the cashier was very sweet, friendly, and helpful. Overall, the service was nice, but I do hope they can improve the speed of making the drinks and keep the space a little more organized.
