Delicious coffee to keep the coaches fueled for an early baseball game! You can't go wrong with any of the drinks but the classic cafe sua da is always a favorite. Employees are super helpful and knowledgeable about the menu as well so they will guide you to something you'll enjoy Beignets were made fresh on order and compliments the coffee but was on the heavier side

I have been wanting to try this place since it opened a few months ago. I came in the morning, and the place wasn't too busy. The decor inside looked upscale and modern, and I could see this as a place to have coffee with a friend. The parking lot is quite large, so finding parking was pretty easy. I ordered from the kiosk a durian coffee. They were selling it at a 50% discount, and I had tried durian ice cream coffee at another shop before, so I wanted to try this place's version. It only took a few minutes to prepare, and one of the staff brought it to the table I was waiting at. I thought that was nice and made this place stand out from other coffee shops I've been to. The durian coffee tastes awesome, and the coffee is creamy but strong. You can definitely smell the durian when you're about to take your first sip. And I can taste it too. I can really only describe it as a more savory vanilla flavor contrary to its scent.

Guess the owner/ ceo is a famous Vietnamese singer since his picture is all over the place. Very clean and modern style. I ordered the special with has Vietnamese coffee/ egg cream and the coconut coffee. The coconut coffee is my favorite. Has a little hint of coconut and coconut shavings, plus grass jelly. Yummy! I'll definitely be back to try the others.

It's a cute place in a strip mall. We paid $8 for six of the regular size beignets. I was bothered enough to actually post this. They are friendly but weren't able to follow a simple request of extra powdered sugar. We ate two of them, you can decide if it was worth what we paid..... (sad day...)

Cafe Quán Many people seem to come here more for the live singers and entertainment than just for coffee, which creates a lively atmosphere. My husband and I ordered the café kem cháy and a banana matcha. The drinks were okay , pretty standard and similar to other cafés nearby, nothing too unique in flavor. The wait time for drinks was a bit long, so it may not be ideal if you're in a hurry. The space itself is large, clean, and airy, making it comfortable to sit and relax. Justin and Trina were friendly and nice, although they seemed a little busy. They appeared more confident and natural while performing on stage.

Cafes Quan, Had a wonderful experience here. The restaurant is beautifully designed, with a clean and inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they took the time to recommend some great drinks and appetizers. One of my favorites was the beignets Perfectly crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside, and just the right amount of sweetness. Definitely a 10/10. Chè Khúc Bạch, a refreshing Vietnamese dessert drink with almond jelly and fruit. It was light, flavorful, and a great complement to the meal. Overall, the food, drinks, and service were all excellent. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Heard this coffee cafe was owned by a famous Vietnamese singer, so I had to check out the hype about it. We ordered their signature coffee and the salted coffee. Both coffee was strong which I like about it but the portion size does not justify the price of $6.5 each. We literally killed those drinks within a few sips and then it was gone except the ice. My gf didn't much enjoyed it and it was too sweet for her. The shrimp banh mi was pretty good, but a bit small. You get two mini baguettes filled with shrimp and pate. I give it a 4/5. The service was nice, but it did took awhile for our order to come out. Apparently they accidentally gave our order someone else, so we had to wait another 5 mins. The place is nice though and there's lots of seating next door which they also own.

Cafe Quan. New coffee shop in town in the seafood paradise plaza. Got myself a salted Vietnamese coffee. I usually don't like the thicker coffees. But I must say. I liked mine today. Good flavored beans. Sweetened right. The foam was solid. After it all got mixed in tasted very good. With a bit of saltiness. Actually excited to come back and try the bac xiu next. Which is usually my go to coffee drink.

Skip the Almond Panna Cotta Che! Stating that we were disappointed is an understatement. The entire cup was filled with crushed ice and sugar syrup from the canned longan. Then topped with a few cubes of panna cotta and canned longan. The audacity to charge $7 a cup... wow. Don't say I didn't warn ya.

Tried Cafes Quan today, and everything was so goood! I am quite the beignet connoisseur, and let me tell you I DONT NEED TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE. The beignets were so fresh, the outside was perfectly crispy and the inside fluffy. The owners Trina & Justin are sooooo sweet!!! They made sure we LOVED our drinks, and were just over all so welcoming. I love coming to support good food & especially genuine sincere service! YUMMY! Came here with my girlfriend on a Tuesday and we both loved our drinks! She ordered the roasted rice milk tea and I got the lotus macchiato, both were sooo good and full of flavor. The roasted rice milk tea had a toasty flavor, and the lotus macchiato was smooth, refreshing, and perfectly balanced! The shop had a really chill atmosphere and the staff was super friendly as well. There are coffee shops everywhere in Little Saigon, but we decided to give this place a try and I'm glad we did. It was surprisingly really good. The coffee is smooth, not the kind that punches you in the throat on the first sip and makes you question your life choices. This is already my second time coming back, which says a lot since I have commitments issues, especially not to coffee spots. drove out to this place a couple weeks ago to try the salted coffee, as it had opened semi-recently and I kept seeing videos about it. the cafe was opened by popular Viet singer Dan Truong. the inside looked super modern with black and white colors and lots of marble. they had some music playing in the background too. I had to ring a bell to have someone take my order and someone came out from the back, and then it was out in about 2 or 3 minutes! it tasted sooo good, but I just wish it was a bigger size cup. it was much smaller than I thought it would be tbh. I would come back here however and try another drink because it was pretty good as I said. read more

Had high expectations and low delivery. Ordered on kiosk and waited 25 minutes for my order. Beignets are better at Lilys bakery. I got pre fried ones that are a bit too crusty. Cost wise is also a bit better at Lily's. Coffee was delicious. Perfect Vietnamese coffee. Sandwiches were disappointing small and not your traditional sandwiches with all the pickled veggies. It's only has meat and pate. read more

Recently came here to see what all the hype is about because its opened by a famous vietnamese singer. I believe they already have a store in SJ but now is stepping into OC. The coffees that I tried were pretty strong. Had a nice little kick to it. The beignets are delicious and the banh mi que are good. read more

My Pandan Coffee with Coffee Jelly was strong and flavorful! My husband enjoyed the sea salt coffee also! The cups are smaller but the drinks are pretty strong and tasty overall! The sea salt cup was a heavier plastic. The beignets came out fluffy and hot as well at the other two things we bought. I thought the Alfredo chicken was very flakey. The sandwich was okay. There was no line when I got there. They were very nice. The only draw back is that the take a bit to get you their things. It took about 30 minutes to get my food. More than 15 for my drinks on a Sunday morning at 9 am. There are two sides to the store. It's pretty and new inside by the Stater Brothers in Newland and Trask. read more

Came back and tried their black coffee with sea salt cream at 25% sweet. It tasted so pleasant and just what I needed. I waited a bit for my patechaud and the staff guy was so sweet for gifting me pastries as a token of appreciation. That extra love was appreciated. New place by VNese singer Dan Truong & his kid just open this weekend. Parking is good since big parking lot, clean and big and black & white decor not bad but feel abit oldie. Great service by the staff, nice & friendly. Quick turnaround and the drinks are good - not bad but nothing special or wow factor about it. For me, it is just another milk tea or another tea place. They do have a next door eating section, quite big and clean too. read more

I came here with the intent that it would taste like any other Vietnamese coffee and be a "hype" but boy was I wrong. The flavor of the coffee itself tasted very different (in a good way) than any other place and the modern twist of Vietnamese Coffee also worked very well. I got the salted coffee and it was so delicious! Definitely will be back to try all the other flavors. The interior was very spacious and clean and I finally found a coffee spot with seating to do work or just hang out with friends. We're visiting from San Diego and I'm always on a hunt for a great tasting vietnamese coffee and found this gem. The shop has a clean modern vibe, friendly service, and a nice mix of traditional and creative drinks. The salted coffee and egg coffee were both smooth, rich, and not overly sweet. Their fresh beignets were warm, fluffy, and paired perfectly with the drinks. Prices are reasonable, and the presentation feels premium for a casual café. The location has plenty of parking and plenty of seating. There is an outdoor patio, and inside there is a first floor seating area, and a second floor seating area. The interior had high ceilings and modern practical decor. Staff will take your order at the cashier, but they also have a kiosk if you want to avoid human interaction. I was here for a few hours, so I started off with a hot beverage since I saw that they have mug service. I had the hot Churro Latte ($8.15/large) and I was warned it's a bit sweet so staff suggested that I get it less sweet. I appreciated the gesture but maybe that's why I didn't taste too much of the churro flavor. It tasted like a good regular latte but maybe they held back on the caramel and cinnamon to the point I couldn't detect it. Seating is first come first serve. It was actually really busy and difficult to find an ideal spot. Since I was alone I sat at a high top ledge, strategically near an outlet. From what I saw, they had a really good amount of outlets in the indoor seating area. Later on I went back and ordered an iced Blueberry Lavender Matcha with Cold Foam ($9.25/large) and a Deluxe Avocado Toast ($15) which comes with egg, bacon, and herb oil. I like that this location serves the avocado toast with a knife and fork cause it was much needed. It was a bit on the wet side. Maybe I should ask for light herb oil next time. For how much this avocado toast cost, I would have liked more avocado. The avocado was more of a spread, not whole slices of avocado. Still good, just an observation. The blueberry lavender matcha was okay. I could taste the lavender but it was overpowering the matcha and the blueberry was hard to detect at all. Honestly the location and plentiful seatings is what stood out most from this experience. I would consider coming back since I know their products are good from trying their other locations but I wouldn't get the drinks I ordered this time. For how expensive coming here was, I wish I was a little more satisfied.

What a terrible experience. I've visited this place three times and every single time I placed an order, I ended up having to wait--with customers who arrived after me consistently receiving their drinks before I did but its still okay cause it's not too long. The situation reached a breaking point today: I had to wait a full 30 minutes just for three cups of coffee, while everyone who walked in ( 5 orders after me) received their orders and had already left. I finally went up to ask why it was taking so long, they simply told me to wait "just a little more" because they had somehow missed my order--without offering a single word of apology. If you intend to run a business, you really need to improve your service and hire more staff; the shop is packed, yet there are only two employees on duty. It is truly frustrating. read more

Stopped by Quan Cafe in Westminster and had a wonderful experience! We ordered the Roasted Rice Milk Tea, Lotus Macchiato, and three beignets. The Roasted Rice Milk Tea was smooth and unique, with a rich roasted aroma that wasn't overly sweet. The Lotus Macchiato was delicious as well--creamy, refreshing, and packed with flavor. The beignets came out warm, fresh, and perfectly fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness. Cafés Quán is quickly becoming one of my favorite spots! We tried the Salted Coffee and Coconut Coffee and both were amazing. The Salted Coffee had the perfect balance...smooth, slightly sweet, with a nice salty finish. The Coconut Coffee was creamy, refreshing, and not too sweet. The vibe is modern and cozy, perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done. The staff were super friendly and welcoming too! Tried Cafes Quan today and I'm so glad we stopped by! The coffee was amazing and the beignets were fresh, warm, and so good. You can tell a lot of care goes into everything they serve.
