Stopped in to buy instant cappuccino mix. I asked the server if they had a larger quantity than the box, but he said that was the only size that they had. There were 3 flavors available, coconut, mocha and hazelnut. I asked him for a recommendation, but he couldn't offer any. I ended up buying 1 mocha and 1 hazelnut. It's a good option to have Vietnamese coffee on the go if you want something a little sweet and creamy. Just add water and enjoy. $5.95 per box of 12 packets.

Trung Nguyen Legend brings a little piece of Vietnam right to Bolsa Ave Their signature coffee tasted rich and smooth with high-quality beans. If you're looking for some good, strong Vietnamese coffee then look no further than Trung Nguyen Legend located in Westminster. I went with the Iced Vietnamese Egg Coffee drink with regular sweetness. First off, you can tell that the quality of the coffee itself is high grade providing a strong coffee taste with a smooth finish. The Egg Cream on top has the right amount of fatness that pairs very well with the coffee without overpower it. It's a classic drink that's done well. The store itself is pretty nice and clean with a good Vietnamese cafe ambiance for you to enjoy your drink or watch the cars drive by outside. Service was friendly, and drinks came out pretty quickly.
I liked this upscale Vietnamese coffee shop in the Westminster area! I did a quick stop here with some friends and our experience here was pretty good. I ordered their Iced Vietnamese Egg Coffee and it was delicious! The coffee was strong and the egg cream was fluffy and tasty! Overall solid, but would've preferred if my drink was just a tad bit sweeter. Still great though and I like how it's not watered down nor too milky. A great caffeine boost for the day and pretty authentic Vietnamese coffee. The interior is fancy and they seem to have a good experience if you opt to dine in. They don't allow outside foods, but you can eat outside food at their tables and chairs outside. For parking, they share a lot in front with other businesses. I've had better Vietnamese egg coffee elsewhere, but I would love to come back to dine in and try their specialty coffees and other menu items.
About a 1-1.5: I was pretty excited to try out Trung Nguyen Legend, a coffee shop known for their Vietnamese coffee - they also serve blended drinks, milk teas, and teas. We came here early in the morning, and ordered: +the Vietnamese Iced Coffee with Sea Salt Cream - aka, cà phê muối; this was strong, and there was a generous amount of sea salt cream +the Peach Orange Lemongrass Tea - this was actually pretty refreshing, considering that this was an impulse order! The only gripe was that because these drinks were requested to be with light ice, the cups were literally filled 55%-60% of the way - such a huge peeve of mine, as it shows the 'cheapness' and the fact that they bank on the large amount of ice to make it look like a 'full drink'. Staff were friendly, and there were a good number of seating inside. Ample parking in the shared plaza lot. +does not fill beverages to 100% +parking available
If you want good coffee TN Legend is the place to go. They are more famous for their drip coffee. Nice sitting space inside, clean and spacious, friendly staff, plenty of parking, and tasty coffee. Reg sweet is perfect for me but if you like it dark say less sweet or go dark, no sweet. It's strong coffee flavors. Their menu has 1-8 coffee for the various bean flavors. You'll have to look at it before order for the drip coffee
This place is amazing! The coffee shop has a very aesthetic appearance, and has you feeling the "French influenced" Vietnamese-Styled culture. The coffee here is absolutely amazing. I got the Vietnamese Iced Coffee (Cafe Sua Da) and it was absolutely delicious! Definitely one of the best Vietnamese Iced Coffees I've ever had. This placed was packed, but the wait was not long and the service and quality of the drinks is amazing. Highly recommend for coffee lovers!
Finally got the chance to see what the hype was all about. Good coffee and ambiance. Service was friendly. We showed up mid morning on a weekday and were able to get good seating inside and air conditioned - to escape the heat outside. Tried Vietnamese egg coffee and pandan latte. I am more of an espresso or Americano type but found the drinks very good. Bought some beans as a souvenir to take home.
As I have mentioned in my other review of Trung Nguyen E-Coffee, I love the Trung Nguyen G7 Instant Coffee. I drank this every morning. So when I heard they have a Trung Nguyen Legend coffee shop, I had to give them a try to see how it compares to their G7 Instant Coffee. There is plenty of parking here. Didn't know what to expect, but the inside is pretty nice. I like the Coffee decors and their many displays, very cool. Shop is very clean and bright. Nice coffee joint to hang out with friends. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Service was quick. We ordered the followings: - Peach Orange Lemongrass Tea with Chia Seeds - Càfê Sữa Đá (Legend Iced Coffee with Condensed Milk) The Peach Orange Lemongrass Tea with Chia Seeds was very refreshing. We ordered at 100% (normal) sweet level. Was excellent. The Legend Iced Coffee was very good. I ordered this with the Filter Setup, where you wait for the coffee to drip thru before adding it to the glass with ices and adding the condensed milk. The sweet level was perfect. The coffee was a little strong, but I liked it. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Even though the coffee here was good, I still prefer the Trung Nguyen G7 Instant Coffee much better. I have yet to find any coffee that tasted better than the G7.
Tried out Trung Nguyen after lunch in the area. It's a inconspicuous cafe in a older shopping center. Looks like your neighborhood Cafe with lots of interesting this. I ordered the egg coffee cold and my husband ordered a regular coffee. The egg coffee was also delicious. Nice and frothy. The place wasn't crowded at all. Just one or two tables full of people. Worth checking out. The avocado coffee on their menu sounds interesting enough to try next time.
Trung Nguyen Legend reminds me of the famous Vietnamese coffee brand, especially the strong and fragrant G7 that Vietnam is known for. Of course, I expected a bold and aromatic Vietnamese coffee, so I ordered the Legend Coffee, which is their Vietnamese drip. And honestly, this cup was strong in a good way. It had that familiar Vietnamese coffee aroma, and with condensed milk and sugar added, it tasted exactly like what you'd expect. Even without sugar, it was super super super strong and satisfying. I also got a matcha oat milk. It was okay -- good enough, nothing special, but it passed. The avocado coffee was alright too. It was a bit too sweet because I forgot to mention the sweetness. I do wish they added more avocado, though. The staff seemed quiet and focused, doing their job carefully, which was nice. The overall atmosphere feels like a modern café, but most of the customers were older Vietnamese, which actually makes sense considering how strong the coffee is -- very true to the Legend brand.
Pandan and Vietnamese egg iced coffee lured me here. It's hard to find a coffee place that serves this back in the East Coast. I was preparing myself just in case it was another gimmick but this place blew my expectations. Durian, ginger crème, pandan, egg coffee (iced and cold). My family got what you can consider a coffee flight tasting with 4 different flavors. Each of them had the right quality of taste for the flavors. Personally love pandan because it's an undervalued flavor. Egg coffee fits too and is properly cooked to enjoy the caffeine and protein combo. What blew me away was the ginger crème coffee. This had that sweet tangy taste and the soothing effects for those with a sensitive stomach. My mom loved this drink a lot and always love trying unique lattes. This chain was great and I was guilty of coming back multiple times during my 4 day visit to Little Saigon. I can attest it's so good as I've witnessed a customer buy 15 boxes of their brewed coffee beans.
Been here several times and i always just get the Ice White Coffee. Wanted to try the Pandan Latte with Coffee jelly, huge mistake. First of all, i should have not stirred it. Looks prettier before you stir, after stirring, it seriously looks like... yep, diarrhea. Not cute and wasn't good. I tried to finish it but i couldn't, waste of money :(

We visited Trung Nguyen Legend Cafe around 2:30 pm on a Wednesday and it was pretty quiet, with only a few people coming in and out. There was only one person working, but he was very nice and service was still good. We ordered the Egg Coffee at two different sweetness levels, 75% and 50%. The coffee itself is very strong, which I really enjoyed. The 75% sweetness was still a little too sweet for me, while the 50% let the bold coffee flavor come through much more. I'd personally order it at 50% next time. The cream was also really good, and overall the coffee tasted high quality and flavorful. If you're looking for a strong Vietnamese coffee, this is definitely a solid spot to try. There's plenty of parking available in the plaza, although the surrounding streets can get pretty busy. I'd come back and order the Egg Coffee again at a lower sweetness level. read more

Was in the area and was specifically craving a blended Vietnamese coffee. Although the Trung Nguyen E-Coffee location on Euclid was closer to me at the time, I opted to drive a bit further to the Trung Nguyen Legend location for their more expanded menu! There's been ample parking each time I've been, as well as ample seating inside. I ordered the "Blended Ice Coffee with Caramel" which comes in a large size by default and was wholly satisfied. It was super creamy, sweet, but still somewhat strong (obviously not as strong as the traditional version of Vietnamese coffee). Just what I needed on a Sunday afternoon!!! read more

Solid Vietnamese coffee spot. Lots of options for instant take home coffee too. Enjoyed the egg coffee and others in the group got the classic cafe sua da and cafe muoi (salted foam). Had a taste of each of them and all were great. Nice strong flavor and can feel the caffeine for sure. The drinks came quickly and service was on point. read more

Faster than your brain cells trying to remember your debit card PIN after last night's blunt. I snagged the matcha with coffee jelly, and let me tell you--this wasn't just a drink, it was a green-tinted, caffeinated prophecy. Five out of five, my bloodstream applauded. The menu runs the classics: Vietnamese coffees, Italians with their roasted bean pomp, the whole espresso-cappuccino-Americano imperial army. Really loved this first time experience. I came in for the BOGO Pandan Latte w/ Coffee Jelly. I arrived before 7 AM and they opened at exactly 7 AM. This coffee shop was clean on the inside and had fun and interesting items for sale. Service was great. my coffee drinks were great. I'm looking forward to visiting again and trying out other drinks. read more

Visited Trung Nguyen Legend and had such a lovely experience. We ordered the Legend Coffee (iced, dine-in only) and a Panda Latte with Coffee Jelly. The Legend Coffee came with a postcard and cookies to enjoy alongside the drink -- a thoughtful touch that made it feel special. The Panda Latte was creamy and refreshing, and the coffee jelly was honestly the best I've ever had -- perfectly textured and not too sweet. I'd absolutely order both drinks again. The vibe inside is very Vietnamese-centric, in a way that feels warm, nostalgic, and true to its roots. A great place to slow down and really savor your coffee -- can't wait to come back. read more

Quaint place - love the decor and aesthetic. Wishes I had more time to relax there Located at the corner of this strip mall - so parking is pretty good for its location. Only tried the panda matcha. It's not sweetened so you have control of that fortunately. Had to wait a bit for it so you know that they are carefully preparing it instead of just pouring it out. They put a piece of was paper on between the cup and lid to prevent spillage. Great thought!! read more
The interior is such eye candy and the furniture choices look like what one would expect of a more vintage-style vietnamese coffee shop. Trung Nguyen is a big brand in Vietnam and their drinks from both this and the Santa Ana locations are delicious and consistently yummy. The service is also great at this location. When you order any of the traditional coffees, the staff will bring the phin set-up directly to your seat! The staff also come clean-up the phin set-up once you're finished with your drink. We tried the Legend, Creative 1, Creative 2, and Creative 4 coffees with the phin set-up. All were delicious, but our top picks out of the four are the Legend and Creative 1. read more
My friends told me that Trung Nguyen Legend is a very famous chain in Vietnam, but I don't recall ever seeing it while I was there (but maybe I wasn't looking for it). Anyway, I was curious to try it here since it's known for strong coffee, and we needed the caffeine boost for a big, long weekend trip to Arrowhead. And boy, oh boy, it really is strong. I got the Iced Trung Nguyen Coffee Creative 1 with condensed milk, and my body went into crazy overdrive. I was wired for the entire day (10 hours!!!). I was not okay. But it was sooooooo delicious!! My friend goes regularly and she got her usual, Pandan Latte with Coffee Jelly. We also got Creative 3 and 4 for my friends and those were much more palatable. Their "Creative" series is pretty confusing. No flavor notes or descriptions on the menu, just numbers. I asked the barista, but the explanation was super vague. Essentially, higher numbers indicate that it was less strong (not super intuitive to me tbh). And I did not find it super helpful if you're looking for flavor profiles or nuances. Also, Coffee Legend and Creative 8 are dine-in only. Don't know why but I think it's because it comes with other stuff (?). Their drink menu is extensive, with the traditional phin coffees, house coffee classics, blended drinks, and creativity coffees (egg coffee, pandan latte, coffee with ginger or coconut cream, etc). That said, the flavor was great: rich, bold Vietnamese phin coffee. The price is nearly double that of other Vietnamese coffee places where you can pay $3.50/$4 cash for an iced coffee. If you like strong coffee, you'll enjoy it. Just not for me. They also offer food options. We tried the ham and cheese croissant. It was heated up, but it was alright. The pandan waffles were $5.50, which felt a bit steep, and the other croissants didn't look especially flaky or impressive either. The interior is clean, black and white with gold and wood accents. I feel like this style is tacky and overdone (but I usually dislike Vietnamese-style gold-heavy decor). They also sell a lot of merch and products (phin filters, beans, etc). Great place to just chill and drink great coffee. Tables are clean and the docs itself is calm and peaceful. Speciality coffees are on the sweater side so if you don't like the sweet coffees; you should ask for less sugar. read more

I had a great experience my first time here. The staff who helped us gave me a sample to try and explained the different creative blends available. I ordered the pandan latte with coffee jelly with half sweetness, and it was the perfect amount of sweet and flavored. The inside has a nice aesthetic that is cozy but also classy. read more

There's a bunch of Vietnamese coffeeshops in the area, but I come here for the pandan latte or the coffee with ginger cream. With the cold weather, ginger sounded amazing so I went with that and it still did not disappoint. I only wish there was more cream, but I'll have to remember to ask for more next time. Coffee's nice and strong and surprisingly not too sweet at the regular 100% level. Parking's not too bad either. Their coffee bean bags and instant coffee sticks were also surprisingly a steal in stores. read more
I came around 3:45 PM on a Friday and there was no line. It was pretty empty inside but there's a lot of seating with natural sunlight coming in through the windows, so it seems like a really nice place to study. The workers were really helpful in explaining the different options on their menu and asked us to let them know if we needed any modifications to our drinks after receiving them. The interior is unique and beautiful. I love that the light fixtures have the Vietnamese farmer hat hanging from it. I'm not a huge coffee drinker so I ordered the Blended Iced Matcha since they were sold out of their banana matcha latte :( The drink tasted like a matcha frappe from Starbucks since it was quite sweet and had whipped cream at the top. It was smooth and not icy, which I initially expected. The matcha is not strong but that's okay since this place is known for their coffee and not for their matcha lol. The drink was not bad and I'd recommend it for non-coffee drinkers like me. I've had sips of some of their Vietnamese coffees though and wow was it strong! Saw this place on social media and decided to try it to get authentic vietnamese legend coffee! The legend coffee came out pretty quickly, and we thought we would have to wait a long time for it to drip, but it finished dripping pretty quickly. The vietnamese coffee with sea salt foam was not my favorite but it may be my fault for ordering 50% sweet. Overall fun place to try with friends! read more
Love their coffee and so many Delicious varieties. I've tried it in Vietnam now it's in America which make it easier for me to enjoy without the fat travel . The best coffee in my opinion . Especially the egg coffee , you can make it less sweet by choice also . This place never disappoints and great customer service with patience explaining the drink details to customers . read more

Very nice and cozy place. It wasn't too crowded on a Saturday afternoon, decoration inside is lovely. Coffee is great and pandan waffles were made fresh and I requested for slightly crispy waffles and so they were! Lots of parking space outside. A pleasant experience for my first time in this cafe. read more
I heard from a relative that this coffee shop from Vietnam was popular and is a must try. This company originated in 1996 in Vietnam and is Located in a strip mall corner parking where there was no issue locating parking, since it was a weekday. I opted for the coconut ice coffee which was not overly coconutty and was flavored to perfectness. I also opted for the sea salt coffees to go and just added ice the next day which also tasted superb. Service was friendly and prompt. The shop is decorated nicely, comfy and perfect to get your caffeine fix. I'm looking forward to returning here soon next time I'm in the area. read more
Service is quick, the coffee is quality, and the ambiance is good. There's usually lots of people hanging out or working. The coffee jelly was so yummy! I like my coffee less sweet but they have options to accommodate that which is great! read more

Do they sell the beans? I brought beans back from Vietnam -- #4 I think, was really good / hint of chocolate flavor but beans were very oily and James up the grinder .. like to get fresh ground beans if available
