Came here with my girlfriend on a Tuesday and we both loved our drinks! She ordered the roasted rice milk tea and I got the lotus macchiato, both were sooo good and full of flavor. The roasted rice milk tea had a toasty flavor, and the lotus macchiato was smooth, refreshing, and perfectly balanced! The shop had a really chill atmosphere and the staff was super friendly as well. Definitely a cute spot to catch up, relax, and grab a drink. We'll definitely be coming back to try more off the menu! This place gives me Chanel vibes

There are coffee shops everywhere in Little Saigon, but we decided to give this place a try and I'm glad we did. It was surprisingly really good. The coffee is smooth, not the kind that punches you in the throat on the first sip and makes you question your life choices. This is already my second time coming back, which says a lot since I have commitments issues, especially not to coffee spots. My go to drinks are the Vietnamese coffee and the salted Vietnamese coffee.

Skip the Almond Panna Cotta Che! Stating that we were disappointed is an understatement. The entire cup was filled with crushed ice and sugar syrup from the canned longan. Then topped with a few cubes of panna cotta and canned longan. The audacity to charge $7 a cup... wow. Don't say I didn't warn ya.

Cafe Quán Many people seem to come here more for the live singers and entertainment than just for coffee, which creates a lively atmosphere. My husband and I ordered the café kem cháy and a banana matcha. The drinks were okay , pretty standard and similar to other cafés nearby, nothing too unique in flavor. The wait time for drinks was a bit long, so it may not be ideal if you're in a hurry. The space itself is large, clean, and airy, making it comfortable to sit and relax. Justin and Trina were friendly and nice, although they seemed a little busy. They appeared more confident and natural while performing on stage.

Came back and tried their black coffee with sea salt cream at 25% sweet. It tasted so pleasant and just what I needed. I waited a bit for my patechaud and the staff guy was so sweet for gifting me pastries as a token of appreciation. That extra love was appreciated. I mean everyone has their own preference for coffee and this place is worth a visit. I will definitely come back for coffee

Heard this coffee cafe was owned by a famous Vietnamese singer, so I had to check out the hype about it. We ordered their signature coffee and the salted coffee. Both coffee was strong which I like about it but the portion size does not justify the price of $6.5 each. We literally killed those drinks within a few sips and then it was gone except the ice. My gf didn't much enjoyed it and it was too sweet for her. The shrimp banh mi was pretty good, but a bit small. You get two mini baguettes filled with shrimp and pate. I give it a 4/5. The service was nice, but it did took awhile for our order to come out. Apparently they accidentally gave our order someone else, so we had to wait another 5 mins. The place is nice though and there's lots of seating next door which they also own.

Cafe Quan. New coffee shop in town in the seafood paradise plaza. Got myself a salted Vietnamese coffee. I usually don't like the thicker coffees. But I must say. I liked mine today. Good flavored beans. Sweetened right. The foam was solid. After it all got mixed in tasted very good. With a bit of saltiness. Actually excited to come back and try the bac xiu next. Which is usually my go to coffee drink.

Finally had a chance to drop by and was honor to be greeted by the owner. He and his staff were very amazingly friendly, and the shop has an excellent selection. While I initially came in just for the Salted Coffee (Cafe Muối), I ended up leaving with much more. I have to say, the salted coffee is one of the best I have had in Orange County; it was smooth, refreshing, and perfectly made. Additionally, for anyone else visiting, I highly recommend not leaving without getting the mini kids beignets--they are warm and just melt in your mouth. I highly recommend everyone to give this place a visit and trust me you'll be coming back soon.

The interior is beautifully decorated with a clean, modern vibe that makes it the perfect spot to relax with a drink or catch up with friends. For drinks, I went with three of their offerings and every single one was a winner: * The CQ Egg Coffee was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced--exactly what you want in a classic egg coffee. * The CQ Signature (Crème Brûlée Coffee) was the standout! The caramelized sugar coating added such a fun, luxurious touch, and the coffee was smooth and flavorful. * The Banana Matcha was refreshing, not too sweet, and had a lovely natural banana flavor that paired beautifully with the earthy matcha. I also ordered the 12-piece beignets, and they were absolutely delicious--light, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweetness (not overly sugary at all). The service was friendly and attentive. This Vietnamese coffee shop gives a tremendous morning kick. The environment has a modern tea house vibe with traditional lotus lamps hanging overhead, warm, and inviting. The coffee is powerful and unabashedly strong, one cup feels like five energy drinks combined. I got the trademark drip (crème brûlée), sea salt, and ube coffees, as well as the lotus macchiato and almond panna cotta tea. Each drink has its own distinct flavor and leaves you feeling delightfully energized long after you've finished it. The main heartthrobs, however, are their fresh beignets. Served hot, fluffy, and coated with powdered sugar, they're perfect comfort in pastry form. A terrific place to connect with family & friends for coffee, and pastries. Also, the customer service is topnotch! They're willing to adjust the drinks to your liking and preferences. I got to come back and try the rest on the menu! read more

I'm always curious about the matcha anywhere I go so I tried to get their strawberry matcha latte. I was told they don't have matcha yet. That was disappointing but ok ... ordered the jasmine milk tea and banh mi que with pate and pork floss instead. The jasmine milk tea was sickeningly sweet; I couldn't even finish it, and this is coming from a person who likes sweet drinks. The banh mi que was just okay...not bad but not memorable. The interior is very nice and modern, but the music is way too loud. I could still hear their music like three stores down. read more

After coming here almost every week, I finally had to leave a review. This place has been consistently great. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is friendly, and everything is always on point. Their Vietnamese traditional coffee is a must because it's bold, rich, and reminds me of Vietnam. The beignets are warm and fresh, and the jasmine milk tea is smooth and refreshing. If you want authentic Vietnamese coffee, this is the place for you! I made a mistake when ordering the Ube Coffee of their. Very strong. Highly recommend their CQ Signature (Cafe Kem Chay)! They also have a large seating section next door. Other than that, there's nothing special or a wow factor about it. It is just another milk tea/tea place. read more

I tried both the Salted Coffee and Coconut Coffee one. Im not a huge fan of coconut but I really liked the Coconut Coffee it tasted fresh and didn't over power the coffee flavor. I have been to Cafes Quan a couple of times because I love Vietnamese, but I absolutely love Cafes Quan. It's strong and has a great flavor! I've been here with my mom and I've also takin my co-worker and friend here. The service here is great!! Everyone is so kind and helpful with good recommendations with what you may like. Every time I come and Justin is there, he is so kind and so nice with everything, from service to a nice conversation in just asking how my day is. My favorite drinks are the egg coffee and the ube coffee. The ambiance is a nice and relaxing spot to enjoy your coffee as well. If you love Vietnamese coffee, this is the spot for you!! read more

I came here for the grand opening and got a chance to try their café Kem chay. Also, I tried their cafe sua da and both were very good. I like how their coffees are strong Vietnamese coffee but not bitter and have the perfect amount of sweetness . It reminds me of the coffees I would get when I go to Vietnam. The place is spacious and decor looks really nice. Definitely one of my favorite coffee places here in OC and I thank you highly recommend it!! I will definitely be back soon to try more of their other coffees and matcha drinks. Also, I would like to try the banh mi que. read more

We're visiting from San Diego and I'm always on a hunt for a great tasting vietnamese coffee and found this gem. The shop has a clean modern vibe, friendly service, and a nice mix of traditional and creative drinks. The salted coffee and egg coffee were both smooth, rich, and not overly sweet. Came here mostly for the aesthetic but honestly the coffee stole the show. Got a latte and it was smooth, not bitter at all -- exactly how I like it. The place looks super clean and modern but it doesn't feel cold or pretentious, which I appreciated. Sat there for like two hours and nobody rushed me out. Good coffee, good atmosphere, what more do you want. Will be back for sure. read more

Parking can get a little hectic, especially on the weekends. Good luck! Also, they have some swag. They also have beans, but they don't sell them. I get that they're "for display only", but why have them out in coffee bean bags in the first place if they're not going to sell them?

Their cookies were already sold out at 3pm on a weekend so would have to come back earlier next time in order to get one.

The food, especially the burrito, is solid like the other Kei Concept spots. The drinks are just okay though. Besides the Vietnamese coffee, most of the coffee drinks taste incredibly weak. The matcha has also been disappointing every time I've tried it since their grand opening- too milky and watered down despite being ceremonial grade. The hojicha is good. Overall, it's a nice spot to catch up with friends or lock in and work. Drinks are fine if you just need something sweet.

The staff was super kind explaining that the Vietnamese coffee is pre-made ahead of time, so sweetness can't be reduced below 75%, and it would make the pandan flavor disappear. A trick: You can add a free extra shot of coffee if you want it more balanced and less sweet. If you want 0% sugar, you can order their teas.

What a terrible experience. I've visited this place three times and every single time I placed an order, I ended up having to wait--with customers who arrived after me consistently receiving their drinks before I did but its still okay cause it's not too long. The situation reached a breaking point today: I had to wait a full 30 minutes just for three cups of coffee, while everyone who walked in ( 5 orders after me) received their orders and had already left. I finally went up to ask why it was taking so long, they simply told me to wait "just a little more" because they had somehow missed my order--without offering a single word of apology. If you intend to run a business, you really need to improve your service and hire more staff; the shop is packed, yet there are only two employees on duty. It is truly frustrating. read more
