I'm so glad I came across this place! I think I found one of my favorite matcha places. Ambrosia Brew is legit. They are located on Brookhurst and Westminster in a small plaza to the side of Lac Viet Concepts so they're hard to see. I ordered the PISTACHIO MATCHA LATTE AND THE STRAWBERRY MATCHA LATTE (50% sweet) and they were both delicious! It was creamy and a great blend. They also sell smoothies, iced teas, frappes, boba, slushes, shakes, and coffee. They have all sorts of drinks! I can't wait to try out some of their smoothies, iced tea, and shakes. Service was great and the cashier/owner was very nice. They also have several claw machines for the kids and a cute photo booth. There is plenty of seating. Stay thirsty my friends! A hidden gem that'll satisfy any sweet tooth! Service is a one-man team, who's incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's clear that he values providing a good experience for everyone. He's even invited us to sample different add-ons, so we can find the perfect combo before committing. My go-to is the Honeydew Smoothie with Egg Pudding. It's so good that my friend finishes his cup before we even make it out of the store! There's something for everyone, like coffee, matcha, fruity drinks, smoothies, teas, and more! The interior looks pretty cute and has ample seating. There are also claw machines, great for entertaining the kiddos. If you've been meaning to try Ambrosia Brew, take this as your sign :) gogogo
I tried the Strawberry Matcha, they use oat milk and the strawberry puree is homemade, it's so insanely good, I'm a picky person when it comes to strawberry matcha especially the strawberry purées, I can tell that this place use a great quality of matcha and make the best strawberry purées so far. The owner Choi made it for me himself, he's very friendly and very generous. I genuinely give his Strawberry Matcha 100/10 and legit 5 stars. My friend tried his Lychee Black Tea and it's great too, it's actually not on the menu but he was willing to change the green tea to black tea for my friend. 100/10 as well. Place and restroom is super clean. Parking is free and plenty. Amazing place you should try. It's all worth the drive all the way from Arcadia!! I'll definitely come back!! Thank you Choi! Really fun boba spot with a great vibe! Ambrosia Brew has a HUGE drink menu, and I was surprised by how affordable everything was. We ended up ordering six different drinks because there were way too many things I wanted to try. The Taro Smoothie was sweet and creamy, the Cookies & Cream Shake had the perfect amount of crushed Oreos, and the Honey Boba with Pudding & Strawberry was probably the biggest surprise. The combination worked really well, especially the pudding! I also really enjoyed the Dirty Hokkaido with espresso and Hokkaido milk, and the Matcha Horchata had a nice balance of earthy matcha and sweet horchata. My favorite was the Cloud Nine. It looked crazy and tasted like a raspberry-blue slushie with green apple jelly. Definitely get this one if you want something fun and refreshing. The atmosphere makes this place stand out too. They have claw machines and a photo booth, so we ended up hanging out for a while after getting our drinks. I even won one of the claw machines on my third try! Best part: all six drinks were under $50. Great prices, lots of variety, and a really fun place to hang out. I'd definitely come back!
First time visit. Clean inside. They had a kiosk machine, but I spoke to the owner and ordered from him. Super friendly. Been open about 6 months, if I recall correctly. Ordered the mango peach smoothie. Loved it. Would return.
Ambrosia is definitely a hidden gem that's tucked away in a small plaza near a busy street that you will absolutely miss. But if you're looking for a new boba joint and want something tasty with a menu selection leaving you wanting 2 or 3 of their drinks, then this is the place to visit! Jasmine Matcha My girlfriend's go-to! Although she seems to like most of the Ceremonial Matcha that they serve here and this one is one of her favorites! Be sure to add boba! Earl Grey Milk Tea Absolutely love this drink! I don't think I've tried any other milk teas but will definitely get this along with something new lol! Aroma is excellent with a bold tea base and tastes delicious! Since it's become my favorite, I'll add boba next time but highly recommend it for all you Earl Grey tea lovers! This has been our spot lately after we've had dinner and want to unwind. It's just a disappointment that not many people are visiting but the times we do is on Fridays so it could be different over the week/weekend. It just feels like a lot of people are missing out on Ambrosia. Atmosphere is bright and super chill vibes. It has claw games so if you're feeling lucky you should win yourself a plush! (Got me a squirtle last time!) If you've read up to this point, don't think twice about it. Definitely visit Ambrosia Brew and have a drink or 2!
Came on a Sunday morning and it was really quiet. There was only an older man working who I believe might be the manager or owner. He was really helpful and kind! He explained a lot about my drink and seemed very knowledgeable. The atmosphere in the cafe was cute and aesthetic. The drink I got was a matchata, which is a very unique concept of a horchata mixed with a matcha. It was so delicious, it didn't make it out of the parking lot!
Service from the owner was so so accommodating and kind but the teas we got from the top ten list is just not my cup of tea. I really like a strong tea taste and this one seems not too sweet but not fragrant enough for me. I think the teas are geared towards someone getting into tea or kids. I'd love to come back and give the smoothies a try. But jasmine milk tea and mango peach tea are just average for me. They have really cute plushies for their claw machines- it could be a cute meet up spot or family spot. Other notes: limited parking but if you go later in the evening it should be chill

The winter melon milk tea had great flavor, but it was a little on the sweeter side for my taste. If you're ordering it, I'd recommend getting 75% sweetness or less so the tea flavor can shine through more. The watermelon slush was refreshing, smooth, and perfect for a warm day. What really stood out was that the sweetness level was on point overall, not overly sugary and well balanced. Service was friendly, drinks came out quickly, and everything tasted fresh. Both drinks were solid choices, and I'd definitely come back to try more items from their menu. Highly recommended if you're looking for a refreshing boba spot!
Pretty overpriced for the ingredients. The smoothies tasted artificial, I don't think real fruit was used to create these. To be honest, even mcdonalds smoothies are better for almost half the price. The most artificial ones were the drinks with mango; strawberry banana was the only decent one. Wouldn't go back unfortunately.
I have been to many boba places and hands down, Ambrosia Brew has to be my favorite. I ordered the Wintermelon Black Tea (I have tried over 10 wintermelons around LA) and this one is up to par. It is almost similar to the ones I had in Taiwan. The owner (I presume) was very welcoming and invited suggestions for his drinks. Although the winter melon was amazing was amazing, it was a tad bit too sweet but he invited suggestions and mentioned the modification to his recipe. If you're looking for a calm and relaxed time with your friends or family, please come here! I will definitely be back.

With Sung's invitation, we returned to try the drinks we originally wanted--the Jasmine Milk Tea and the Strawberry Matcha, both with tapioca pearls (boba). The boba was definitely fresh, with a pleasant chew and just the right touch of sweetness. As for the drinks, the Jasmine Milk Tea could benefit from more tea leaves or a longer brewing time, as the tea flavor was lighter than my preference. The sweetness level was spot on; it just needed a bit more depth from the tea itself. The same applies to the Strawberry Matcha. My husband would have preferred a stronger matcha flavor and for the strawberry component to taste less like artificial syrup. Overall, the customer service was superb, and the owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The establishment brand new renovated and pretty spacious for a boba shop. Please note that they are not officially open until January 31, 2026, so be sure to come out and support this local neighborhood business. We look forward to returning to try other drinks and to seeing this business continue to grow and improve with experience over time.

I tried the Kale Green Smoothie at Ambrosia Brew and absolutely loved it! It was incredibly refreshing, fresh, and delicious. The flavor was perfectly balanced--not too sweet, and you can really taste the freshness of the ingredients. It was exactly what I needed on a warm day. I love Ambrosia Brew!!! Not only do they have good boba, but they have a photobooth & so many claw machines too! We got their thai tea smoothie with boba, strawberry matcha, and cookies and cream shake. Everything was delicious! You can tell they make their boba fresh. It was cooked perfectly. The place was also clean and service was great! The claw machines are priced great too with super cute prizes like Sanrio, Labubu, BT21, etc. There was also a gentleman who helped us who was very very kind! I think he might've been the owner. This spot is such a hidden gem! My party orders different types of drinks (matcha, milk tea, and iced tea) and we are all very satisfied with the flavors. Their boba/tapioca is chewy and delicious; even my sister who is usually picky with boba highly compliments it. Great tasting avocado smoothie. This is the second time I came back today after five hours because their avocado smoothie was so good. The first one I got Crystal, Boba and coffee jelly and it was a perfect combination. It looks like this is a new business and there were nobody in here. Tried the strawberry matcha at Ambrosia Brew and omg... it was so good Perfect balance -- not too sweet, super smooth matcha, and the strawberry flavor was fresh and clean, not artificial at all. The vibe is really chill and modern, such a cute spot to hang out, take photos, or just relax with a drink. You can tell they care about quality. This is a newer boba spot! They have only been here for 4 months. The worker who helped us was attentive and kind! He gave my sister a sample of her milk tea to make sure she liked the sweetness. He greeted everyone who walked in and out. The menu is very large!! I got the mango banana smoothie which was delicious! We spent about $14 for both our drinks + boba. Give them a try!! read more

This place is a hidden gem! My boyfriend and I went in and ordered the kiwi lemon green tea and the peach mango green tea. The drinks were perfect! Not too sweet and not too bitter. 4.5 Tried this place out after looking for new boba spot. There's free but limited parking space. We came around 1:15 on a Friday afternoon and there was ample parking. When we came in, there was a solo worker at the register who greeted us with a smile and brightened up the already nicely lit establishment. There was a decent amount of chairs available and claw machines set up. Menu: This place has it all. Coffee, matcha, smoothies, you name it. I deviated from my typical taro milk tea with boba and tried something completely different, a blueberry opeo shake. My mom got a kale green smoothie. Upon the first sip, I was hooked! The taste of blueberry and Oreo ended up being a fantastic combination. I will say that the texture felt more like a smoothie. It was icy and wasn't as thick as I would imagine a shake to be. That didn't affect me too much though. My mom's smoothie tasted nice and refreshing and she enjoyed it. I would come back to try out other drinks. read more
