Radiant Sone Care is the best floor and restoration companies around. Jahir Natural Stone Expert And his team under the leadership of Casey were very professional and did an amazing job on my marble floors. They have never looked better. I will be using their services in the future and advising all of my friends in Chino Hills to use their services. Prices are fair, no bait and switch. I am one happy customer. I have attached pictures for your review. Customers for life. Blessings

Long Story Short: Our marble floors looked terrible. We purchased a house and the prior owner did not maintain the travertine marble floors well. We hired Radiant Stone Care to restore the floors. There is a huge improvement in the appearance of the floors - the floors are shiny (we can see our reflections when we walk across the floor) and many of the holes / cracks have been professionally repaired (See before and after photos). One of our greatest concerns was large holes where the prior owner used grout as a filler - they were unsightly black holes in the marble floor. The crew dug out the grout and refilled the holes with a color matched epoxy - this has made these holes nearly invisible to the casual visitor (see before and after photos). Radiant Stone Care sent out a crew of 5 Technicians - they were polite and professional (and patient with all of my questions). We considered replacing the flooring, but after seeing the quality of the restoration, we have changed our mind. The restoration has extended the life of our flooring by several years at a fraction of the cost of new floors. I highly recommend contacting Radiant Stone Care should one have the need to refinish their marble floors. Long Story Long: We purchased a house recently and the travertine marble floors were in terrible condition. The tiles looked dull, had numerous holes, scratches, stains and imperfections. In the kitchen area, there were numerous big holes, where the former owner used black grout to fill the holes. Needless to say, they were ugly and really ruined the look of the kitchen. We were considering replacing the floors with new ceramic tiles, but after seeing a Radiant Stone Care truck on the road and reading their services, I decided to give them a call. Radiant Stone Care sent out a couple of Technicians to provide an estimate. They measured all of the areas that required restoration and gave a detailed estimate. They offered one of their technicians to come out and take three different tiles and resurface them in three different finishes (honed, matte or polished), so we could see what the final product could provide. They came out on a different day and performed the sample and also looked at some of our cracks and holes in more detail. Based on the sample, we decided to go with the polished finish. On the day of the resurfacing, the crew arrived exactly on time. The crew was led by Junior and consisted of Marco, Michael, Alphonso, George and Manuel. Marco was one of the technicians who came and provided the samples on our tiles, so he was already familiar with our floors. We spent a few minutes reviewing the finish and going over the tiles that caused the greatest concern. The crew then got to work clearing out our furniture and preparing for the restoration. The crew was professional and polite. I often pestered the crew with questions so I could understand what was involved in the restoration process. They were patient and polite with my questions. The restoration is a time consuming, manual process. I often saw the crew on their hands and knees looking for holes in the tiles, filling holes with color matched epoxy, manually cleaning the grout lines, etc. The big black holes in the kitchen particularly required the technician to dig out the old grout and prepare the tiles for restoration. They then brought out the big machines - first sanding the tiles with a coarse diamond sandpaper and then with a fine diamond sandpaper. Finally, they buffed the floors to a luminescent shine. It took about 8 to 9 hours for a crew of 5 to resurface about 1,100 square feet of Travertine. The results are impressive. The moribund floor sprang to life. The tiles with the big black grout stains were transformed (see pictures). Any thoughts on replacing the flooring quickly vanished from our minds as we thought about other house projects that we could now entertain with our home improvement budget. Junior gave us instructions on how to maintain the floor, so the shiny surface will last. He also provided us a bottle of Ph neutral cleaner to help maintain the floor. I highly recommend giving Radiant Stone Care a call if one is in the market for restoring their marble floor. The results are impressive and the staff are courteous and take pride in their work.

Unhappy with re-grout job they did. The color of the grout is not a match to the rest of my tile and it really sticks out in a bad way

She gave great advice, wasn't pushy at all, and really seemed to care about helping me make the right choice. It's been such a good experience so far. I drove farther to the Irvine store because I heard so many great things about her. She really knows all the lines and will tell it like it is. As for the installers, Ceasar and Vickie did such a great job! They were true perfectionists! They really went above and beyond to make me happy. We knew that we needed an expert to complete the job without the risk of damaging them. We had a difficult decision to make and for this project, we obtained 7 quotes. After looking into each of the companies through the CSLB website, we found out that only four of them had a valid contractors license. We felt very comfortable with George, the owner of Jace. He has vast knowledge of hardwood floors with years of experience, has a friendly demeanor, and is a fellow dog rescuer. One of the other reviews mentions a customer's satisfaction with Jace's refinishing of their 100 years old floors. Though his quote was not the lowest, we chose quality over price. And we are so happy we did. Carlos, the lead tech on our project is also very knowledgeable and approachable. He answered all of our questions, and explained everything they were doing throughout the various stages of the process. Carlos's assistant, Jair is friendly and a hard worker. After the work was completed, Mike came to inspect the work, and grout the transition from our Dining Room to our kitchen. I didn't even have to ask them to do this. George suggested it to replace the ugly molding that was previously there, and on which we would frequently stub our toes. Mike returned a second time to drop off a complementary Bona cleaning kit. From the initial Yelp request to the finish of our project, George and his team were stellar, exceeding our expectations. Our floors look amazing, as if they were newly installed! I would recommend them to everyone in need of hardwood floor installation/refinishing/repairs. It is their specialty and their business name says so. Check out their work on Instagram @jace_floors

We're in the middle of moving into and remodeling/ renovating our home. The house has beautiful…read morehard wood and stone floors but the bedrooms, closets, stairs and this kind of funky, stand alone, third floor room have such gross old carpeting in them. So our first plan of action is obviously getting rid of the carpet flooring and putting wood flooring in the rooms and marble in the closets. The funky room isn't fully enclosed and has pony walls going around the front half of it that overlook part of the house- mainly the living room- we had the idea of turning this into a playroom for our little one and really wanted to get it done by his birthday- problem we had less than a week to get everything done. We found G&A flooring- called- spoke to Brandon and told him our situation, he said okay hold on let me call you right back- he moved some stuff around- we went in the following day found a gorgeous light natural colored wood flooring that even had the slightly knotted look I wanted and two days before our little one's birthday they'd installed the wood flooring and they did an AMAZING job! The team he sent literally stayed from morning until almost 8pm to finish the job including new baseboards and painting them. We have now used them to do another room in the house, redo a staircase landing where a mini demo had to happen because of a leak and the guys who did the demo absolutely destroyed the wood flooring- we found 5 XL planks in our garage left over of the original flooring and G&As guys cut these to a T, without even a scrap left and did an AMAZING job at putting the floor back together and making it look like nothing had happened. They also just laid the marble down in both master bedroom closets and omg the difference it's made. They are EXTREMELY fair priced I cannot tell you how many joke companies have come in seen our home and tried to absolutely rob us- telling us the wood they're using is the highest quality stuff in "the game" right now and with installation and the rush installment they could do a room for $15,000. LMAO. I told this to Brandon and he not only told me the flooring they were trying to install was basically shit but he can install actual high quality wood done at unbelievably fair pricing- $2,000 for everything- materials, flooring, new baseboards and painting them, labor- everything. Four other companies with the same product gave us bids ranging between $3,900-$7,000 and then the obvious psycho with his crap material and his $15,000 bid lol Brandon also goes the extra mile with his clients-since Marble is one of the most expensive floorings to have done, he came out to our home a few days before the job and measured the areas to a T to make sure he didn't order a box over what we needed to keep the price as low as possible. We'll never not go to this company and this is after going to 11 different companies altogether in the area. G&A always has the most competitive/ fairest pricing, beautiful flooring (what we're looking for every time!) and gets jobs done within a week tops (usually only a few days) of having chosen the flooring. G&As teams that do the installations are also all amazing guys, hard workers, very respectful, extremely knowledgeable and they even fixed a door frame for us today free of charge. Absolutely recommend these guys and looking forward to them finishing the rest of our house. Thank you for everything!
