I sent him pictures of the job and he gave a fair price. We scheduled the trimming for 7:30 am, and they came early. Javier, the master tree trimmer/pruner introduced himself. I asked he if the could trim my front slope as well for an extra charge and he said no problem. They are a great team and Javier crushed it with a professional trim job. They cleaned up nicely too. We hired FNL a while back to fix our irrigation system and a garden bed. Firstly, FNL left one of the solenoids in the on position. We didn't realize it at first because we left shortly afterward on a vacation for three weeks. We came back to a swamp in our backyard. The water bill was over $300 higher thanks to this. FNL came back and fixed it, but refused to make it right. Secondly we asked them to fix one of our wooden garden beds. Instead of giving it a proper fix, they slapped something together that only stayed in place if it was propped up - not to mention it looked terrible. Today, I went and was rearranging some garden beds. I found that on the places they had redone our drip system as asked, they had cut my existing lines and just left them in place. These were lines that could have been reused instead of being left to decay in place. We paid over $400 for a job that was a day's work. I expected better quality - but we've come to realize that every part of their work was shoddy. We will be going elsewhere when we need irrigation work done in the future. read more

I called to get an estimate, and the owner, Francisco, came out the next day. He was friendly and helpful. He said he didn't mind bringing a cherry picker to cut the large branches near my roof so it wouldn't break our tiles when they fell after they were cut. The next day, the guys came out and trimmed our beautiful trees and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Everything was trimmed fairly quickly. He pulled a short no-show the first time, and despite that, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. So check it out a couple days ago I went on yelp looking for a tree trimming company. I contacted several companies and only one called me back. The guy was super nice, I think his name was Francisco. He came out to my house took a look at the trees, gave me a price and schedule the job. Right on time his crew showed up, they had the proper truck with cones and all the safety gear. They did an amazing job and I wrote them a check. It was almost like a normal business transaction which is something you don't find very often anymore. When it comes to construction, remodeling and hard scape work or even landscape work for that matter the contractors never show up. I have a painter that I gave a $1000 deposit to six weeks ago that has not come back to paint my house. Every day it's a different excuse. This company is awesome and I will give them business every year moving forward. If you need your trees trimmed and you want it done right by a company that's going to show up when they say they're going to show up then this is the company you want to hire. read more

Loved our experience! Called and left a voicemail. Francisco called me back a half hour later. He was at my house with a quote an hour after that. Then the whole team was there to do the job two hours after that! The same day!! My main desire was that they trim our queen palms without the use of spikes and they did! They have a huge bucket system that they pull behind their truck to trim the trees in the front, and then they use ladders and harnesses for the trees in the backyard since they can't get that big thing into the backyard. There was a team of about 5 guys or so and they were done in about 1 hour 45 minutes after trimming 10+ palms and my pepper tree.
