    Hours are too short.. longer access hours needed. Closing at 6 pm isn't enough time after getting off work.

The manager guaranteed…read morerates would not change and they would advise 30 days before the change so I could reach out to him to maintain same rates as I was planning a long term. Rates increase in over 30% without any notice and rates "could not" be readjusted. Disappointed as I had other storage options to choose. *In reference to the response provided here. I was informed to reach out to the number below and they couldn't do anything and requested me to check back again to the storage location...so I was basically put in a loop with no resolution.

    I've had three storage units here over the couple of years…read more I bought my last storage unit online, the lady with the braids is not friendly she talks with an attitude and asks if I had a previous unit here before and I say yes. Whatever, I ignore her behavior because I already paid for the unit. I return to say my unit wasn't showing up in my account she immediately tells me "no I don't believe you". I show her. She tells me they don't train them for anything. Once again whatever, it's irritating how much of an attitude she has. I lost my keys immediately to my last unit, I payed $70 to have the lock cut with a new lock. They tell me the keys will be there in the morning the next day. I wait until 3 pm just in case. I come in the lady with the braids immediately starts asking "who did you talk to" I said I don't know she said was it a white guy like why does it matter? hella attitude she's not helpful or friendly at all. they tell me the lock isn't cut cause they needed to charge the drill for 12 hours. They will let me know tomorrow when it's done. Next day I come in once again around 1 pm they tell me that they don't have drill bits the lady in the braids says they're broke and can't buy more hella attitude , the man says they can't have someone from a different location drop a drill off or drill it because "it's almost the 15th that's the busiest time everyone is using theirs" mind you he's not even close to be rude like the other lady she starts barking at me over and over again saying I didn't lose your keys it's not my problem. I said no you didn't lose my keys but I paid for you to drill the lock and you don't even know when you can drill it? I have a two week period and I'm on a time crunch. The man says it'll be done by then forsure like okay , it'll be done but I need to access right now. The woman says I'll refund you and I tell her ok and then ima call someone else to drill it and she said no it's not allowed. (I didn't get a refund). I ask to have a unit temporarily and she immediately tells me no and she's not going to help me. I ask her to call who ever is in charge and ask them what to do and if they can have money to buy a drill because at this point they don't have a working drill, nor allow anyone to drill it. A man I assume is the manager comes in and tells me he will call the district manager immediately because I will have to pay the administrative fee, other fees, sign a whole new lease to temporary store my stuff in a different unit and he's going to ask them what to do. I already know at this point he's not going to call me. I already needed to buy a different storage unit. So congrats on them they get a whole $150 for empty storage unit. I literally bought a 10 by 10 and I have roughly 4 tubs and a Christmas tree in there. What others say about price hikes are true. The gate is always broken. Those are inconvenient sure but this lady's sheer ignorance is disgusting. I have no idea when I will be able to get my stuff out.

When we walked in, we were met by Katie. She was super pleasant and though it was close to closing time, she was willing to show us available units and then got us all set up with our unit with a great smile and conversation the entire time! Kudos to fabulous customer service!!!

    DO NOT COME HERE! There is no one in site to help you. The lady in the office is never there but…read moresays she is and that you just miss each other. It's not a safe or secure location. People walk through the gate and the workers don't care when you tell them. We had rat poop all over our things when we finally when to pick them up. When we came to use our unit for the first time it wouldn't open and we had to get in there because we were moving. I called so many times, was hung up on and lied to. They finally wanted to transfer me to a different unit. But that required me to pay a $25 fee even though I didn't do anything wrong, the door wasn't opening. I got the run around again and again. Finally called another site's office manager just to talk to someone. They were able to meet me and showed me how to open it. This took all day. I showed up at the unit around 10a. I called called called, didn't get into our unit until 4:30p. The people who rent you units over the phone lie, do yourself a favor and double check the info. When I called the corporate number and told them about my horrible experience and that I wanted to cancel our account, she still made us pay for the whole month, had no sympathy for everything we went through and we were out $300. My work rents a unit here as well and we will be cancelling our business account this month. Horrible place, horrible management and horrible customer service.
