Hours are too short.. longer access hours needed. Closing at 6 pm isn't enough time after getting off work.

Lady up front, I think her name was Robin, told me this location opened at 6am when it opens at 9:30. She continued to tell me that even though the sign clearly said the gates open at 9:30, that it actually opens at 6 which is not the case. Thankfully I looked at the reviews and confirmed for myself because I needed to drop the car off at 6am to make a 9am flight. Robin was a mess and didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. Went through the headache of having to go to four different locations to finally get a rental. Wish there were other options available because customer service was 0/10 at every Public Storage but the place that we actually booked at. read more

Just keeps getting worse ... Hours are 9:30am to 6pm on weekdays and 9:30am to 5pm on weekends. Not exactly helpful. Our 10x10 unit has gone from $137 four years ago to $364 now. We were broken into once. While situated behind fencing, none of the building are locked and as a matter of fact, one of the doors to our building was completely missing for many months because of the door frame rotting. I could go on but I'll summarize - you can do a lot better for a lot less!!! read more

It is supposed to close at 6 today but I got here @5:10 and there was no one here to give me my key. Sat here waiting for 30 minutes. Waste of a trip. Headed out to Europe tomorrow and have no other time to get my things out of the unit. Horrible, do not use them read more

This unit was very expensive compared to other storage site locations, especially considering the fact that the earliest time the front gate opens at this property was 9:30am, (and not 6:00am (like other properties). read more

DEZI is all about giving five star customer service. Public Storage should be very great full that she's apart of the Public Storage team. I came in needing a unit ASAP, DEZI immediately gets straight to the point with the offers they had at the time and what was available. She was fast, courteous, up front, honest about everything, and she did it all with a smile on her face. Within minutes I was in a storage unit!!! Thank you Dez, because of you my moving process went a whole lot smoothly than I expected. As a Supervisor these kind of employees are very hard to come by. Trust me lol. Make sure you take care of Dez and she'll continue to make that a FIVE STAR location!!! Employee of the month, Employee of the year in my book! P.S please drop the pricing on the 10x20 units. Although I was late with this scene, I admit the customer service given at this location is very sincere and friendly. Dennis is whom you should talk to when it comes to renting a unit. He will help you with all he can to show you the rope around the storage unit area. He was extremely helpful in answering my questions concerns. I would strongly recommend this location and Dennis to whomever interested in renting a storage unit in Burien. read more

I rented a unit that would not work. I did not even move in and ask the lady for paperwork saying I did not move in the unit. She yelled at me and hit me with a clipboard and not my cell phone out of my hand. Ran in the office and locked the door. She refunded me my money and them charged my account again. read more

Are you kidding me this place is terrible. horrible customer service. No one is ever in the office. No one ever answers the phone. I have been broken into three times in a year and a half! Horrible security. Do not use that store! read more

When I arrived at the public storage there was a locked chain on the gate and no one was on site. Never received any info that I would not have access to my unit that I have been paying on for 2/12 years. The sign said the hours of operation started at 9:30 am. NO ONE was working. I had a moving company there that I was paying by the hour $$$ to clean out the unit. Customer service number gave me the run around and finally after 5 calls I talked with a district manager that sent someone from another PS location, that was 1 1/2 hour later. No apology and I ate $250 from the moving company. This place is horrible!!! Zero stars. read more

I have never seen a business run so badly as this location in burien, WA. I moved all of my belongings to this facility in November 2020 and have been broken into 3 times. The customer service is 0 out of 10. The staff was rude to me, they gave me no information on the break in and was told they were not responsible for my property. The worst storage facility ever. Dezi who manages the facility is great. Albert Allen, the district manager is not. They increased my rent 31% without notice and he refused to return my phone calls. They also have had a broken gate for about six of the last nine months NOT providing the security that was advertised and paid for. read more

Nice staff. Clean, but dated, storage units. The only reason I am not giving this location 5 stars is because there is NEVER any flat carts available!! This makes it difficult to transport a lot of items to storage, especially when you have a unit deep inside a building. Step it up, PS on 1st Ave S! read more

Glad I went here. Dennis was extremely helpful and took time to show me a couple different units even though it was pouring down rain. Units are very clean and dry. Complex is also monitored with cameras and keypad gate. Gives a great sense of security. You roll the dice with Public Storage... no two facilities are alike in terms of cleanliness, service, price, and access. But this site definitely stands out.
