What really impressed me was that we had a couple lamps with loose screws and were wobbly. We didn't mention it to our movers, we figured we'd fix them later. When the lamps arrived at our new home, the lamps were no longer wobbly. I asked our mover, Shane, about it and he said they noticed the lamps needed a quick fix so they tightened some screws for us. They did that without being asked. I know that seems so small, but we've never had a moving company go above and beyond like that. No damage, no scratches on walls, and they finished in less time than I was quoted. We hate moving, but these guys really made this day feel easy and smooth. I had scheduled and paid for my truck to be wired for a 7pin wiring adapter vs the 4pin my truck has. I get a call the day of the install, and they cancelled my install, because get this... My new 2024 truck is under warranty and they don't want to void the warranty by wiring a 7pin trailer plug. I had to line up the time to do this during the work week and they cancel on me.
