Nice storage facility and very well ran/ maintained. A plus is they have a bathroom in the office building. Some of the units are outside but the majority of them are inside with climate controlled storage. Very good rates. Very helpful & friendly staff. They even clean the touchpads to unlock the gates. I am so pleased with this new manager Matt. He was helpful and found me the right storage size and location for my needs. Always waves hello and is professional and helpful. In the past when I had been shopping around a few months back there was someone who never called me back so I just wrote it off, but then I called again a few weeks later when I heard they were getting a new manager and then spoke with Matt and he was very responsive in a timely manner and really gave me exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this facility, and I have had storage at some of the major chains which were inconsistent and rude. I feel co for table and safe here even when I'm alone at night! read more

I never write reviews, but I had to in order to spare someone else from the same very poor customer service. We rented one of Cascade's moving trucks for the weekend for a whole few miles of moving (literally moved around the corner from my old place, just up the road from cascade). We filled up with gas after, returned and asked if there was anything else we needed to do and front desk gave the ok. A week later I get a bill for an extra 60 dollars for gas, that turns out had been siphoned from our truck because they have zero security. The front desk lady even said after the fact this happens a lot. We escalated the issue up to management and they refused to hold themselves accountable for their poor lack of security or even consider compensating us for the extra bill that wasn't ours. Awful experience from upper management. Please do not use this service. read more

Barely heated, management does nothing. 45 - maybe - in the winter. Colder inside than out right now. Not well kept up -- provide your own doorstops and let them know when the light bulbs are dead, cause they won't notice. Entrance to large building is difficult with loaded carts because the door sill is nowhere close to level and the carts have center wheels, causing them to tip back and forth. Too much of a hassle to leave but it's a thought. read more

We've rented here twice now over the past 5 years or so. Both times were excellent. The unit we were given was clean and the door was easy to get up and down. The access times were convenient, being able to come in pretty late at night was really handy some days. We never had any issue with our access codes either. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they went out of their way to help us understand all of the paperwork details of moving in and out. Once we were renters, their good service continued. We got a call one evening that the personal lock on our unit appeared to be undone, advising us to check on it asap. We did, and everything was fine thanks to their heads up notice. Will definitely be coming back if we need to store again! read more

Nice facility. Convenient location. Sometimes parking can be tricky in/out if you're in the large facility with the elevator. Bobby is great in the office & really friendly - and will work with you if you have problems or issues with your unit. Never had a problem moving from a large to smaller unit. Like that they send email reminders about monthly bill - just wish that you could opt out of a paper bill if you get the email bill. Even though heated - it was never hot - and sometimes seemed a bit cool/damp even with very low heat [think it was kept around 58-60 or so]. Had them for 2.5yrs and would use again if I need storage read more

I'm not sure who Barry was but I bet he did run a great office. Now there's just someone who has no customer service skills and seems to be very tightly wound. They were all out of boxes. When I asked the person working if they knew when the boxes might be coming in they said that they were all on back order so they didn't know. read more

Great facility, great people! I was in a bit of a pinch...I had lost my lease on a space to store a couple of collector cars and frantically searched for a safe and secure spot. After calling around, I called Cascade and heard, "No problem..." Their rates were very competitive and I was impressed with all the security...my babies found a safe, dry and convenient home. And, to make it all the better, I really enjoyed the people I met. The close out was a snap...Ben, the new manager handled everything by phone and email, saving me a ton of time and stress.
