Bobby the owner was welcoming, attentive, and held boundaries for the space well. My unit was located near a door I could load in from so that was awesome. Overall my items were safe, kept dry and scent free. No security issues which is important for me. The location of this storage facility is unique as it's located on a hill near a bus stop, so loading from a wheeled cart into your car can be a challenge if you park in the hill spots. The movers had no problems though with their hand trucks, so it's not a huge deal but worth mentioning. There are a few level spots you can park in to avoid this. I would definitely store here again knowing that all is safe and and secure here and Bobby really made it a pleasant friendly experience!

I hired On the Go to load a trailer in preparation for an out-of-state move. The moving team…read moreovercharged me (I had to get home office to do a correction), but that was only the surface. When I arrived in my new location, I had a different mover ready to unload the truck. What they found was astounding: The movers had paid no mind to how they stacked our boxes, crushing multiple bins and seeing boxes cave-in on themselves. These photos came from the other movers as they thought their counterparts did it, and were (in their words) "embarrassed." On top of this absolute disregard for boxes, 11 pieces of furniture suffered damage. Their label was "cosmetic damage," because nothing broke ... it's just visually damaged (deep gashes in wood, leather scraped off real-leather chairs). The care extended to a couch where they removed the peg legs and through them loose into the trailer (we had to find them over the course of the move). I documented everything, shared photos, etc. Their offer: $100 check due to cosmetic damage. And after a fairly pointed email about the negligence of how they packed the trailer, they just stopped responding. Now, here's the onus on me: I only did base protection. I trusted their reputation and after seven cross-country moves, felt confident we'd be okay. Shame on me, and that'll never be a mistake I make again. I don't expect anything to come of this for me. And that's fine. But hopefully at least one other person will be saved the frustration and expense.

I used a professional moving company for my move and they had no problem getting in and out of the facilities. They keep your stuff in big wooden boxes in a warehouse thats shared among a few different storage companies. You give them 24 hours notice of when you need access and they meet you there to get it out for you and put it back when youre done. So far, we've found no damage and they've been easy enough to work with after the initial confusion passed. 3 stars because the initial confusion was very stressful.

They moved a 500 dollar pair of Bose headphones (that are not even finished being paid off) to the cab of their moving truck and decided to keep them. We have contacted them three separate times to return them and have ignored us. I am a very disabled retiree with neuropathy, as well as lots of problems and these movers were the only ones I could afford at the time. I'm warning you not to hire them or else you'll have to deal with filing stolen property reports for whatever high value electronics they decide to steal. These movers work extremely fast and are opportunistic thieves! If for whatever reason you do decide to hire them, keep serial numbers of all your high value electronics to easier report them stolen and make it harder for them to pawn and sell, set up security cameras to watch their moving truck so you can show it to the police after, and expect no communication from them after they have stolen your property; but it is recommend to just hire another company instead of this company that prey on disabled retirees.

They carefully wrapped and protected everything that needed it, packed the truck like a game of Tetris, and handled both loading and unloading efficiently. They also took apart desks and beds and reassembled them perfectly at the new location. What impressed me most was their attitude. Despite a long day of heavy lifting, they always had big smiles and were genuinely pleasant to work with. These guys are strong as oxen and never slowed down. It was a 12 hour day!! Nothing was broken or damaged, and there were no surprises with the bill. I especially appreciated their straightforward pricing structure with a fixed travel charge rather than the vague "from our location" fees that can vary wildly depending on traffic. As a Realtor for over 31 years, I've worked with and observed many moving companies. Anderson, Carlos, and Luis rank among the very best I've seen.
