They handled everything carefully without me having to hover or stress about my stuff getting wrecked. Nothing felt rushed, but they still moved efficiently and kept things going. Parking at my new place could've been a mess, but they figured it out on the spot without making it a whole ordeal. Just handled it and kept moving. They were also super patient throughout the process and just easy to work with. Good attitudes, good communication, no weird energy which honestly makes a huge difference on a moving day. Moving is a nightmare, but they made it way smoother than expected. If you get Tim and Akuul, you're in good hands.

They Called us promptly at 0900 and stated that they were to be here in a few minutes. Communication was amazing! This is our first time working with movers so my fiancé and I were a little nervous. When we met Justin Bell and Gus, they had made the whole experience and transition so nice! I was very impressed of how quickly they had moved all of our items and furniture to the moving truck! They wrapped our furniture very nicely and always had an upbeat attitude( Side note, we live on the second floor) Throughout the whole process, they were chatting with us and laughing and just in good spirits, again I am very impressed. Once we got to our destination, they were quick and swift in retrieving our belongings and bringing them down stairs and was able to place my items where they needed to be. All Service Movers assisted me with a small move (one room to a storage unit and back) when I…read moreneeded construction work done on my home. The first half of the move went smoothly, but the return trip was the worst experience I've ever had with a mover. The two movers were late and didn't cooperate to move my belongings. Instead, they preferred each using their own moving dolly, and several items fell from it, causing damage to my property. They dragged the dolly across my hardwood floors, leaving permanent gouges and scratches that they refused to fix, even though they were responsible for the damage. The return movers seemed offended when I asked them to move a couch and place an area rug underneath it. I had already explained that the rug was the only thing I needed them to place in a specific spot. The first movers had no problem moving the same couch to pack the rug for the move. After I signed the paperwork at the end of the move, the mover asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I declined, but he insisted that he moved my couch and rug and that it would be rude for me to not leave a tip. He abruptly walked away, and I had to follow him to get a receipt. I immediately reported the incident to customer service, and the mover called later to apologize. Regarding my damaged items, they only agreed to pay pennies on the pound for them which added insult to injury. They refused to take any responsibility for the damaged floor or the poor customer service experience. To make matters worse, their remedy agreement requires you to remain silent and not share or write any negative comments about them. As a result of this terrible experience, I cannot in good faith recommend All Service Movers or Angi (who provided the referral).

I appreciated Abu's quick response time when I booked and when I occasionally followed up with questions before our move day. Their pricing was transparent. They arrived on time and got right to work. They went above and beyond to ensure my belongings were protected with shrink wrap and moving blankets. My move also included disassembly of several furniture pieces and they handled that no problem. They took great care to ensure everything was organized and secured in the truck. Finally, the unloading and reassembly process went even faster than I had originally anticipated. Whenever I move again, I will no doubt go with Movex.
