They are terrible, the two men that moved me deliberately dragged their feet to add on time. A sneaky way to get paid more. Then they tried to charge me over double the quoted price. There winey excuse was because there were too many boxes (very small boxes). Because of the price hike I couldn't pay, so they threatened me that if I don't pay they will take my belongings and hold it until I do. (Legal documents were in some of the boxes). After a day I called and spoke with the manager and let him know how his men took advantage of me because I'm disabled, dragged their feet and just moved slow, the second guy had to be directed several times by the first guy. I told the manager that all the things I have would not amount up to what their quote was. Told him it was a waste of effort to get their overpriced payment and I'm gladly to pay for the quote given. He settled for that, but the men moved my stuff back were careless. Crushing boxes, scratched furniture, improperly stacked boxes. Which is funny because he raved about them being professional. Professional movers don't do that, they know how to stack boxes and don't deliberately perform as hurt babies tossing around their sippy cup. They stacked my things in odd ways into my storage unit. Don't get scammed, my storage unit was less than 5 min away and it was just a studio of belongings. Get several quotes out there, ask many questions and don't get caught up this type of fraud. read more

Their minimum charge was expensive and it took much less time than I figured on because the movers were hustling around a lot faster than I thought necessary. I was concerned about damage to my furniture or having one of them get hurt. The movers were polite and because I had just paid about $600 for an hour's work, I really couldn't bring myself to give them a tip on top of that. I later wrote a letter to the owner suggesting he share some of that money with them because they were making him a lot of it. There was a small gouge in a wall and some nicks on furniture, but it got done in record time, which wasn't my main concern. read more

They were on time, professional - they wrapped up my furniture with care, removed feet from the couches. The only reason I gave one star less is because they packed the storage with my personal items like clothes in the back and put all my heavy furniture in the front so my things aren't accessible. The WORST moving experience ever. Peppered throughout these good reviews (whether real or not) are quite a few bad ones. What happened to these people happened to us. We had a short in-city moved and our belongings were packed and ready to go when the movers arrived. Of the 3-man moving team, the "lead" sat in the back of the truck most of the time while the other 2 slowly moved things and tore apart furniture that was never intended to come apart. And in the process they DESTROYED THE WALLS AND TRIM in our house. They also TOOK MORE THAN TWICE THE ESTIMATED TIME. I even moved everything from our garage to the truck because I was so frustrated by the SLOW PACE. Then they wouldn't unpack the truck because they couldn't move forward 10 more feet. Literally. They REFUSED TO WALK 10 FEET. When they finally unpacked the truck they SCUFFED THE WALLS of the new apartment. They charged me 2 1/2 times the estimated cost and asked for a tip. Seriously. These people are unethical as &@$! Stay away. Fake review? V. Please. BBB complaint filed. I encourage potential customers to check those reviews. And check my other reviews. AVOIID this business. Rick and Erhan helped us move from our 1BR in Northgate to 1BR in SLU in almost exactly 3 hours! They were fast, friendly, and thorough. They made our move so easy. TIMING We were really pleased with it just hitting the 3 hour mark because we were really stressed about coordinating with our new apartment complex that only allows 2 hour time blocks for the loading dock, so the fact that we were able to make that with them, made a huge difference. THE MOVE They wrapped our furniture with some type of shrink wrap and blankets while my fiance and I put our clothes in the wardrobe boxes. I HIGHLY recommend asking for wardrobe boxes (which are complimentary) when you're moving. You literally move the clothes from your closet rack to this wardrobe box's metal rack and then into your new closet, it saves SO Much time and no folding needed. When we got to our apartment as well, they made sure to give us the wardrobe boxes in the middle of moving everything, so that we had Time to take everything out and put it in our closet while they cut the shrink wrap off the items. WHAT WE MOVED In case anyones wondering how the heck did they do it in 3 hours, here's what items we actually moved. It's a lot less than what other folks probably have and we still have a bunch of kitchen stuff to pack and bring but we're going to do that on our own because we couldn't get it together in time lolol. But we wanted them to take the big items. We had them move a big two piece sofa, a 65" tv, a standing desk, 6 wardrobe boxes, a desk chair, a small metal shelf, a big fiddle leaf plant, and a small fiddle leaf plant. (i.e. we didn't move some bigger items like a mattress + bed frame, coffee table, bookshelf). ADMINISTRATIVE The admin team was great as well. We received an email to confirm our appointment, a reminder, and when we had questions and emailed them, they were responsive. We were also asked to send pics ahead of time so the team knew what they needed to bring. We also asked for six wardrobe boxes, and they brought that too. Overall 5 stars! Great service! read more

I usually don't pay too much attention to one-star reviews thinking they're just isolated incidents. In this case I learned my lesson. I've had a horrendous experience with the moving service provided by this company. I hired them for a packing and loading only service for a long-distance move using PODS containers. Unfortunately, my expectations were shattered just like my precious belongings. Initially, I specifically requested their assistance in packing delicate electronics, kitchenware, and other items that required secure and proper packaging. In anticipation of their arrival, I purchased additional boxes and professional packing materials (The company informed me that they would use any packing material that I provide, and if there isn't enough, then they would use their own packing materials that they bring and charge me for those separately). On the day of the move, I unfortunately fell severely ill with a high fever. I was thus unable to monitor the workers closely, but instead relied on their professionalism and expertise to handle my household goods with proper care. Upon completion of the loading process into the PODS container, the workers secured the boxes with the ratchet cable that I had purchased for their use. I thought this indicated a certain level of precaution, ensuring that the boxes would not fall or shift excessively during transit. However, upon the arrival of the PODS container at my destination, I was confronted with a nightmarish scenario. It was then, for the first time, that I discovered the utter lack of care exhibited by the company during the packing process. Opening each box became a legitimate safety hazard as tiny, powder-like glass shards were scattered everywhere. These shards had even made their way onto other boxes, posing a risk to my well-being and damaging the contents within. Not only did I find broken dishes, cups, and bowls, but my higher-end electronics, including my microphone and mechanical keyboard, as well as appliances like my convection oven, toaster, and grill, suffered serious dents and damage. It became evident that this company had shown a complete lack of consideration and care when handling my belongings. To my disbelief, my delicate items had been carelessly stacked on top of each other without any form of protection such as dish savers, bubble wrap, or even in most cases simple paper wrap, all of which I had pre-purchased with my own money and provided the company with. The negligence displayed in handling these fragile items was downright appalling. Moreover, even my prized possessions, including expensive bowls and pots from major brands like Staub and Le Creuset, were subjected to irreparable damage. The presence of shattered glass and the absence of proper cushioning resulted in cracked surfaces and severe scratches. I am at a loss for words as to why a supposedly professional moving company would disregard the most fundamental aspects of protecting customers' belongings. They callously threw my items together without even the most basic care, resulting in irreparable losses. If you value the safety and well-being of your goods, I implore you to never consider using this company. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, leaving me devastated by the extent of their incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself from the worst moving experience imaginable and seek alternative options. read more
