My review was removed by Yelp, why?! I wanted to that these guys for a great quality work they've done moving us. We've moved from Miami to Seattle and two more times in Seattle-Bellevue area and always had a peace of mind with them. They wrapped the furniture I cared about, removed and placed back my wall-mounted TV. They've also moved my neighbors gigantic piano with no scratch. My tip is to request more guys. It is more expensive by the hour but the job gets done faster and at the end you pay less. In three times we've moved with them we haven't had a single broken piece of kitchenware. Another tip, these guys work like machines and last time took only 30 min break during what turned out to be a 12 hour move, yea, we had a lot of stuff...so feed them and get some coffee lol they will move faster, that coffee will pay for itself. Highly recommend them. Ask for Alex, if he is on the job your stuff will get the best treatment. He does quality trainings for their whole company. Had no idea movers get a quality training haha...but that's what they apparently have. read more

I want to share my recent experience with this company: Great customer service, reservation process overall was easy, representative went over moving details over the phone and reassured me that a process will be easy and Indeed it was. On a moving day a crew showed up on time. Right before starting working a foreman explained in details about how they were going to do a move: preparation (covering floors), packing of boxes, loading, transportation, unloading. Guys were very efficient, without having a single break, loaded my items into a truck and moved them to a new place. This is where a tricky part starts. At a new place we had a very narrow staircase and a huge couch had to be brought using stairs. Three men got a couch up through the stairs without any scratches. I was impressed how they worked together as a one team. Overall, nicely done job. Definitely, recommend this company to everyone for your future relocation process. read more

I would leave 6 stars if I could. We purchased a sofa that ended up being too big to get up the staircase, but it's our dream sofa, and we weren't going to be thwarted by dimensions. I contacted several moving companies, hoping to find a team that could hoist the sofa in through the second story window. Most declined, but Best Quality Movers stepped up! ON THE SAME DAY! After answering a few basic questions in the morning about access and dimensions, the BQM team arrived that afternoon, and within an hour the sofa was exactly where we wanted it to be. Not an easy task, but they did it smoothly, were polite, well organized, and certainly didn't damage anything during the process. These guys are the best. read more

Nick and Alex helped us with our Tacoma-Woodinville move on Tuesday - talk about two amazing guys! They were efficient and prompt, arriving a few minutes before the earliest promised time of 8 am. They took care with my large furniture, carefully wrapping each piece, and checked each box that went into the truck for Fragile notes. They communicated the pricing and upon completion it was as promised per hour. No hidden fees, no markups, just amazing service. Quick response time to email inquiries and set up of service. Very professional and careful movers. These guys knew what they were doing. Friendly crew. Only thing I would say is that they are so careful they wrap pretty much everything except boxes. So, if you don't need your furniture to be protected, save some time and let them know you don't need everything wrapped. When we hire again (and we will!) we'll just have them wrap the few items that really need it. But, I have to say, not a thing was scratched/damaged! Great company! read more

These guys were great, arrived early - super efficient and extremely careful with our furniture. We had two movers and they were able to clear out a storage unit which included the largest section couch I have ever seen (my boyfriends pride and joy) and ALL of the big and bulky items from our apartment in 4.5 hours. In our new place, they were able to get said sectional couch up a very steep flight of stairs without any damage and made it look easy! 10/10 - I will be booking these guys for any other move I need. read more

Best Quality Movers just packed up and moved my family out of our house in Kirkland and very, very happy with their company and service! They're speedy, professional and friendly. We have a 3000+ sq ft home and they were able to pack it all and unload it storage for us in about 7 hrs, from start to finish. Oh, and they're very prompt as well, arrived exactly on time. Good group of guys. Slow to put stuff in the truck but that's a good thing because they're careful. Very efficient when I comes to taking stuff out and placing in new home. Cost is slightly on the pricey side but is well worth the money. The three that helped us were Skyler, Brendon, and Vince. Definitely friendly, patient, and skilled at what they do! These were the best movers I had ever had! Professional and careful. They put blankets and cling wraps around big stuffs like tv and furniture. Helped me move stuffs from my car as well. Very friendly. I had Alex and Anthony and they were both amazing. If I told them something was fragile, they took care of it. I even had some broken parts of my bed stand which they fixed, while assembling it! Would book again and highly recommend! read more

This is my second time using Best quality movers and I was very happy with their service. They made sure that everything was wrapped in moving pads so no scratches or dents happened during the move. These guys were on time, professional, and delivered great service. They took better care of our stuff then me and my buddies would have. They also came with all the supplies, extra boxes, bubble paper, blankets, tape. We we're 90% packed with a bunch of loose ends, we literally left them to do the work and crushed it. Alex and Aygor are awesome guys to work with - very careful and helpful. They actually came out the same day when I needed a new refrigerator moved to my third floor. The guys that Home Depot contracts with that were supposed to install the refrigerator said the job was too risky for them. Not for BQM - they knew exactly what to do. read more
