    Highly recommend! I've never seen a team work so fast and so efficient. They didn't waste a second of our time! They worked hard, non-stop! We definitely got our moneys worth and I highly recommend them for your moving needs. They moved an entire 3 story home in one day. A team of 3 men!

    I don't understand how this company can have such high Yelp reviews. We chose this company for our move from Seattle to Florida. We wanted to support a local business in Washington, so chose them even though it was one of the higher quotes we received. We just received our items today over a month after our items were picked up. More than half of the large furniture pieces were damaged/completely broken, and those were items the movers personally packed. Our items were picked up on May 28 and I was available for delivery in Florida May 30. We chose this company because we were told 1-3 weeks and guaranteed delivery in 3 weeks. Our items were just delivered July 1 which was very inconvenient as we had friends and family visiting us. The 21 business day guarantee would have been last week so it should not have conflicted with our houseguests or the July 4th holiday. We had no explanation for why the items were delayed. We put Air Tags in some of the boxes and saw that our things had not left Woodinville more than 3 weeks after pickup. We followed up multiple times over the past month asking for a delivery estimate and were either not answered or told they were "looking into it." We had multiple broken furniture pieces delivered including: 75 in TV, bookshelf, dresser, bar table, dining room table. I have attached photos. We were also promised that Keep Moving was full service, and would be handing our items the entire journey. The movers that came today were from Roadway Movers which is a completely different company. I felt that we were lied to on multiple accounts for reasons that had led us to chose this company over cheaper quotes we received. I have submitted a claim with the company and will update my review following their resolution.

    This has been, without a doubt, the worst moving experience I've ever had. First, I was baffled to learn that the preparation for delivery didn't start until the date listed as "first date available" on my form. Why would you wait until then to even begin? Then, the lack of communication was staggering. I wasn't notified when my belongings started moving; I only found out because one of my AirTags was packed, allowing me to track it. I watched as it crossed state lines, still with no update or notification on the delivery status. Reaching out to my supposed point of contact was useless. She kept making excuses about "getting in touch with the ground team." Initially, she promised an update by the end of the day. When that didn't happen, I called again the next day, especially since my AirTag showed my stuff was just 20 minutes away. Her response? She wasn't "sure how close the team was." How can you not know that? Aren't there dispatchers, driver contact info, or satellite tracking on DOT trucks? After voicing my frustration via email, I finally received a vague delivery window. But even as the last day of that window approached, there was still no contact from the driver until I sent another email. The driver, when he finally got in touch, was clueless about the loading dock situation and didn't know a shuttle was needed--something clearly noted on the pickup documents and supposedly being coordinated by my PoC earlier in the week. To top it all off, the "move team" that arrived was just an elderly couple who brought in all the boxes and put together my bed. They didn't unpack any boxes or take any away, leaving me to deal with the rest of the unpacking myself--something that was clearly listed as a bare minimum in the contract. This is now a breech of contract, the business dealings have been shotty and I want my money back or I will be pursuing legal action.

    I have moved so many times in just the past 3 years that when I had to move AGAIN today, I wanted to leave Earth. Moving is so stressful, even with movers.... UNTIL NOW, AND ONLY IF YOU USE THE MOVING COMPANY "KEEP MOVING." This company, and LAST-MINUTE, appeared in my life like a perfectly-wrapped miracle of a present sent to me straight from the gods and goddesses of moving; my experience with my three movers from Keep Moving was PERFECT. They made today's move so easy for me. It was so quick and easy (for me).. They were able to come out the very next day after I made an appt for movers and labor to both move half my furniture/belongings into my new condo from my old one, AND THEN, to put the other half into CLIMATE-CONTROLLED storage and all at a VERY LOW COST. I just put different colored post-its on the stuff they were moving to my new place and the stuff going into storage, and they handled it all perfectly. Once I saw these guys get to work, I was FULLY CONFIDENT that I could legit just LEAVE my old condo and relax. (Said no one ever who has hired movers or moved in general--until today, by me, with full honesty to you.) My THREE movers, who ONLY cost me $200/hour were AMAZING, PERFECT, INTUITIVE, KIND, and EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH, and QUICK! And altogether MIND-BLOWING with what they did for me, and in so little time, and so INEXPENSIVELY! These guys did in just 4 HOURS things ABOVE AND BEYOND--WITH THE UTMOST PERFECTIONISM, PRECISION, and EXTREME CARE--that took my last, horrible moving company 2 DAYS. Yes. "Keep Moving" did in just 4 HOURS MORE than what my last moving company did in 2 DAYS, and at 1/5 the cost I've ever paid for movers; this insanely inexpensive total cost (and for what they DID!) INCLUDES the storage fees as well. I can't even believe this. I am so happy and filled with gratitude for these guys and this moving company. Quick Rundown: 1. In no time at all--but to emphasize, WITH GREAT CARE--they wrapped up with tape ALL my furniture in expensive plastic wrap/padded blankets/etc. (AND THESE SUPPLIES/PROTECTION WERE INCLUDED, FOR FREE, IN THEIR HOURLY RATE); 2. Boxed up all my scattered belongings in my old, messy condo--AND CORRECTLY for each of the two locations to which they delivered my stuff--even putting separation layers of packing supplies between different kinds of items in the boxes (and the only packing supplies for which I paid outside their hourly rate is the cardboard boxes and that's IT--and the STURDY BOXES COST NEXT TO NOTHING... ); 3. Disassembled (and wrapped up tight with protection) my bed for me; 4. Labeled with my full name professionally-printed labels on every last box or piece of wrapped furniture into a computer system they brought while working to ensure everything was going where it should, including the storage unit for the storage stuff to account for ALL my possessions; 5. They were so amazing that I offered them to take two 30-minute breaks ON MY DIME and they unanimously DECLINED both times and continued to haul with their INCREDIBLE WORK ETHIC and COMMUNICATION with each other and me, always ensuring everything was still perfect; 6. When they finished packing and loading my stuff into their truck, all while following with great attitudes all annoying HOA moving rules perfectly, they then unloaded my stuff into my new 4-story condo, going up and down 3 flights of these stairs in it to put what I wanted where I wanted it without even breaking a sweat in minutes at my new place?! 7. Opened with box cutters for me all my boxes at my new place and took off all the shrink wrap for me; 8. Then they had me look at everything to confirm everything I needed was there and correct, and it was!!! 9. I also had them put my huge TV into storage and while at my old place, they wrote on the perfectly-sized and sealed and protected box "TV SCREEN FRAGILE" in HUGE LETTERS COVERING IT (etc.); 10. When they were done unloading at my new place and had me look inside their truck to confirm everything else there going to storage was there and correct, and it was; 11. Gave me a detailed line by line list of my full inventory of everything that they handled, as well as which location each item or box was at (which was signed by them, too..); 12. THEY LITERALLY ROLLED OUT A VERY LONG RED CARPET/MAT all throughout the main walkway/living area on my new main floor so as to not scuff or stain my floors at all since it was raining and muddy outside; 13. They were SO POLITE AND FRIENDLY; 14. Total cost for what ended up being in total (by the time they moved my stuff into their storage facility) just 6 hours--with EVERYTHING THEY DID FOR ME--and including storage costs--it was $1,700. I'm not kidding. All other moving companies who have done for me all they did charged roughly 4 grand. What I thought would be an exhausting and horrible day turned out to be one of the happiest, most relieving, easiest days I've had in months. Thank you so much, "Keep Moving"!

    SUMMARY: I've used Keep Moving twice. Both times: - I packed most but not all items in advance. - I got a crew of 3. - John / Danielle were very helpful in arranging everything in advance. The first time was a great experience. The second time, lots of damage to my items due to needing to rush for the last couple hours due to efficiency / execution velocity issues that weren't a problem for the first move. Will not be using them again due to all the damage in the second move, unless I know for certain I'm getting the same crew I had in the first move or there is some other meaningful mitigation in place against a repeat of the second move. THE FIRST MOVE: Summary: They did a great job! Efficient, communicative, and demonstrated an appropriate level of care to not damage my items. Damage: The only damage was to my lateral filing cabinet. They put the cabinet on a dolly, tilted it 90 degrees, and it messed up the rail system, bent folders, etc. I had to spend quite a bit of time and effort, but was able to repair most of the damage. THE SECOND MOVE: Summary: We were off to a great start! They showed up early as I requested, and they started using blankets to protect some of the furniture items. Unfortunately, the execution on the move didn't finish as well as it started. I ended up experiencing more damage on this move than I've encountered in any previous move except when I used PODS Moving & Storage, where it looked like the POD had been tossed around in a tornado between when they took it and dropped it off. Efficiency: We started running out of time. I only had the elevators for 4 hours. We ultimately got an extra hour (so 5 hrs with the elevators), but it took longer for them to move my stuff than in the first move, and we lost the elevator reservation toward the end. We were very lucky to have completed the move at all due to running slow. I don't know why things were slower for the second move. We were moving from the same complex to the same complex - so no truck. I didn't expect the move to be faster since we did have to go to another elevator close by since I was moving between towers. I attribute much if not most of the damage to my items to us running short on time at the end, but again, cannot explain why the efficiency was worse for the second move compared to the first. Communication: I could only communicate with one of the movers. This wasn't an issue at first when the crew was together, but since the crew wasn't always together, communication quickly became challenging. Damage: LOTS of damage: 1) Lateral filing cabinet: They put the cabinet on a dolly, tilted it 90 degrees, and it messed up the rail system, bent folders, etc. Unlike the previous time where this happened, the damage this time was more extensive and I've not been able to repair it fully. In my next move, I plan to throw out my filing cabinet and buy a new one. 2) My large office desk was scraped up all over one side 3) My rolling laptop desk was chewed up around the sides and I'm replacing it 4) A pair of high-end headphones had the cable chewed up to the metal core, so had to throw it out 5) My high-end computers and servers weren't packed with any packing paper or anything - just thrown into a box. In fact, I showed them the 500 sheets of packing paper I had left for them to use, and at the end it didn't look like they had touched it. Got VERY lucky here - doesn't appear anything got damaged despite the lack of care. 6) Lots of scruffs and scrapes all over the new apartment. I've had someone come by and take care of it. 7) New dents, dings, and scratches to my kitchen table, which they didn't completely wrap in a blanket while moving. 8) Plenty more issues, but the above are the bigger items I've attached photos of some (but not all) of the examples of damage above.

They Called us promptly at 0900 and stated that they were to be here in a few minutes. Communication was amazing! This is our first time working with movers so my fiancé and I were a little nervous. When we met Justin Bell and Gus, they had made the whole experience and transition so nice! I was very impressed of how quickly they had moved all of our items and furniture to the moving truck! They wrapped our furniture very nicely and always had an upbeat attitude( Side note, we live on the second floor) Throughout the whole process, they were chatting with us and laughing and just in good spirits, again I am very impressed. Once we got to our destination, they were quick and swift in retrieving our belongings and bringing them down stairs and was able to place my items where they needed to be. All of our furniture and items arrived with no issues and no complaints. I definitely recommend Justin Bell and Gus! If you guys are ever are needing Movers, really, get these guys! They are so much fun and made this move for us a GREAT experience! They are such hard workers and you can definitely see it in their work ethic and attitude!     I paid a $30 booking fee online four days before my move 17 miles away inside of Seattle…read more You could not ask for a smoother move (no, this is not a commercial for a laxative). Two hours from start to finish. They (two men) moved all my stuff from a bedroom to my new studio apartment in under the three hour minimum--but that's okay. With the truck rental it was $437 total. These guys--the do not milk the clock. They move with speed, putting everything in these huge 60" x 24" boxes, except for the furniture. EVERYTHING gets wrapped like a palette 360 degrees around. I just stayed out of their way, and within one hour they had everything loaded up. They brought a 24' truck, which was bigger than I expected. The drive was 30 minutes to my new place and unloading took about 45 minutes. They had me sign a standard moving contract, and I absolutely appreciate the 10% military discount, and another 3% for paying cash. FANTASTIC, could not say one thing bad. They are very careful with my stuff. Absolutely recommended.
