I needed extra hands to help unload a prefab pavilion off a semi flatbed - kinda an odd request - and both the office staff and movers were such a huge help. I got an estimate within minutes and it was easy to review/book/pay online. The movers were so awesome! They used their own driver and own truck (a Ryder rental truck, so they could drop it off at the destination and fly the driver home, no shared truck space like some national van lines) Excellent communication from Eric the estimator (and company owner) who quickly got us a quote, made several updates to reflect our needs, and also from the driver Brandon who was friendly and courteous and he took great care in loading up our goods. Eric, the owner, came over for our estimate and was promptly available to finalize the details afterward as well. For the move, Eric and the crew packed us up quickly and efficiently. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I've used Can't Stop Moving twice -- once when moving from California to Washington and a second time recently. The first time they moved my furniture from a POD in the driveway into the house with no damage. Great service, I was really satisfied. This recent time they did a local move to a home 30 mins away and damaged thousands of dollars worth of furniture through sheer carelessness. It was the same exact furniture they moved the first time so I know moving without damage is possible. I was told the crew was "young and new" which really shouldn't be the case when I'm paying $1800+ for a service. They damaged almost every single piece of furniture (see pictures) and left food stains on my carpet from their drinks while moving. I'm 9 months pregnant so imagine how thrilled I was scrubbing those stains out to make sure it didn't come out of my deposit. So much of my furniture wasn't even wrapped in furniture cloths and was haphazardly lifted, pushed, bumped, etc. Even the lightest pieces of furniture have damage due to bumps and improper sliding/stacking/etc. I have been waiting for a call from Eric, the owner, for over a week but he's either been "out of town", "driving cross country", etc. None of these acceptable excuses for not contacting for a resolution given we live in the age of internet and cell phones. I am now sitting on thousands of damaged furniture which eclipses what I even paid for the service. I wish I'd have never gone through them at all. Nothing was damaged during my move but I felt my movers were slow, too casual. Moving my whole apartment across town loading and unloading took 7 hours. When I moved 2 years prior, it took 6 hours for same amount of stuff. This is seriously unexpected. On top of that I was expecting moving blankets to protect my flooring and moving blankets taping up my nicer furniture and mirror. They didn't do any of the sort and was just extra "careful" I guess. It explains why they were slow. I am satisfied because I didn't find any damage but I just don't feel like everything was 100% professional and efficient like what I've seen before. I've had my company hire movers for an across the country managed move from Philadelphia and they were wearing gloves, lining moving blankets on wood floors to prevent damage, disassembling my furniture flipping over handles so then don't get dented, inventorying everything with stickers, leaving no trace when they left. Movers out here in the PNW seem way too casual when they find out you are not moving far. They also have limited experience assembling and reassembling IKEA furniture as well. This is my third team of movers I've hired in Seattle. I will say this, I prefer can't stop moving over ecomovers and I would hire can't stop moving again. read more

Professional and experienced crew, but definitely on the pricey end. We moved a 1BR with elevator to a 4BR house. The house had three floors and we also had them move things to storage. But, the time it took for them to wrap things felt needlessly long. They sent a three-man crew, and, at one point, they stopped loading the truck altogether for almost an hour just to wrap things. On the day of the move, Gregory, Ian, and Ryan did a fantastic job packing all of our stuff neatly and were Tetris masters when loading the truck. They worked efficiently. When the truck arrived in AZ 3 days later to unload, it was a different team. I forgot the lead's name (sorry!). They were also great and got everything into the house set up where we wanted, also assembling our complicated bed setup and treadmill. Overall, the experience was great. We were in search for professional movers for a simple cross-town move of some major furniture (1 bed, 1 baby crib, 2 dressers, 1 couch, 1 mirror and a glider) to our new home. Given their solid reviews and reputation, I assumed our job would be a walk in the park for Can't Stop Moving. On move day, as soon as their 3-man crew showed up, I could tell we were given their "JV team". There was Mike who was the de facto leader, along with one guy who would not stop talking and cracking jokes, and another guy who was so scrawny his duties were limited to taping and carrying couch cushions. -1 star for wasting time - I'm okay with some minor small talk. But when I'm paying by the hour, it's pretty unprofessional to have one of the movers spark conversation with everyone around, cracking jokes, and taking phone calls. -1 star for the wall damage - I didn't see them initially, but after close inspection post-job I found several new scratches on our walls and dings against our stair railing. -1 star for our busted bed frame - our bed frame was so poorly re-assembled, my wife and I had to undo their work and found some missing screws and broken pieces as a result of forceful reassembly. In summary, I cannot recommend Can't Stop Moving and will not repeat. read more

I needed to move fairly quickly and on a bit of a budget. Eric called me back within minutes of my message. His estimate was fair, and then he came in over $100 less than that! He and the two men helping him were fast, careful, and went above and beyond helping me get out of my house. These folks were very easy to work with. They picked up our stuff on a Thursday and delivered it on Monday, which was great. The movers were personable and thorough. One of them seemed a little rough with our stuff. We had a number of nicks and scratches to deal with, and a bent shelf on our barbecue. Nothing big enough to pursue through insurance, but more nagging dings than we expected. We're glad we moved our best art ourselves. Update: we just discovered that a rolled up rug got quite wet during the move. It molded, ruining the rug and damaging the hardwood beneath it. It's been a year since we used Can't Stop Moving and have since moved again. Regrettably we didn't use Can't Stop Moving this time... First, we didn't use CSM again because I felt their rate was too high--three movers and one truck was nearly (at the time--March 2019) $195 per hour. We pre-moved a good deal of items and plants ahead of time to save time, but the move was still nearly $1300 for a 2-bedroom apartment with only a 1~ mile distance between apartments. This time, we've finally found an apartment we love after moving (February 2020), but in the future we will use Can't Stop Moving again and avoid the tempting lower prices of other movers. Why? Well, we used a moving company which had great ratings on Yelp and was only $90 per hour. I thought I hit the Motherload of Luck! I was very wrong... Can't Stop Moving last year was fast, efficient, thoughtful, and precise. They properly and securely reassembled furniture, nothing was damaged or missing, and although it was expensive, it was a pleasant moving experience on the day-of. The "budget movers" we hired this time took 8+ hours, took numerous uninformed breaks of 30 +/- minutes at a time on the clock, and improperly reassembled key pieces of furniture (each with important bolts and screws missing--the most concerning one is that they lost/misplaced bolts on our children's bunk bed and said NOTHING about it); and we're missing a few items--just simple things like a broom and some various insignificant things that didn't make it off the truck, but certainly made it on. (I'll be leaving a review for them after I contact the owner.) Can't Stop Moving last year took roughly 5 hours to complete a large and belongings-dense 2-bedroom apartment move where, at the time, the apartment we moved out of was a third-floor walk-up. CSM didn't complain and remained friendly and communicative the whole time. So, again, in the future, I've learned my lesson--we will use Can't Stop moving and suck up the fact that they're [one of the] most expensive movers in Seattle, but they get the job done right and they do it well, and they will tell you if there's an issue and not just let your children climb into a now dangerous bunk bed because Budget Movers were incompetent and/or careless. *I HIGHLY recommend Can't Stop Moving and will use them again in the (hopefully very distant) future.* read more

Since 2015, I've lived in 2 apartments, and 2 houses (the last house I moved into Oct 2020), and have used 3 different moving companies. Eric and his team were extremely professional, took great care of my furniture and possessions (literally not one scratched item because of how they wrapped and moved it all), and also didn't leave any wall dents or anything. After getting a few eye-popping quotes from major national lines to move us from Seattle to San Diego, I saw their great Yelp reviews and decided to give them a call. Since they're a smaller company, rather than wait a WEEK for our stuff to arrive, Eric's team would help us schedule an *exact* delivery date, so we could plan our lives when we arrived. Our truck would not be sharing space with other people's stuff, reducing the chances of lost or broken stuff. And they beat the other prices and definitely their customer service in the sales stage. From there on, the communication was great, the planning was straightforward and relaxed, and the move days themselves were easygoing and successful. We hired them to do our packing and the team arrived on time, went nonstop (to the point that we begged them to take a break and got them some dinner!) and they were so friendly, respectful, and clean. The experience on arrival was the same. The driver was awesome and the unload team was friendly and hardworking. It seems this company just hires great people. For starters, I knew these guys would be more honest and legit than other moving companies; they asked me for an inventory of my home, as well as entrances to both my old and current homes, which the other movers did not request. So I felt that their estimate, while higher than other movers I've used in the past, was more honest and accurate. The communication with management (Malcolm in particular) was above and beyond. My actual moving team (managed by Johnny) was simply amazing. They were down-to-earth, easy to talk to, professional, helpful, and FAST. My entire move, including driving time, was 3.5 hours. I've got that freshly moved-in high, thanks to Can't Stop Moving. I am still in shock at how accommodating they were. I called them when my lease was approved *yesterday* and they were able to squeeze us in this morning. My family had our things stored in a POD while finding a place. We had to get rid of some things that didn't fit in our new place (like the king-sized bed & mattress). The movers met us at the POD facility in Everett, loaded everything into their vans and let me sort through it. They organized our stuff on the truck and worked efficiently to make the unloading process at the new pad quite swift. I was so relieved that they not not only moved, but put stuff in storage with me and took the mattress to the dump and our extra stuff that wouldn't fit after all to a donation center.
