The route from the garage to the bedroom has a very tight turn, and they suggested to enter the room from the porch which has 3 steps. They have ramps to help to overcome the steps and did not charge extra! They also gladly helped to make small adjustment to the piano per my request. With regards to protecting the flooring, they suggest some quality caster cups which they were carrying in the truck and helped install them.
