Arrived late. Said between 4 & 5. called said can the come early at 3, I replied 3:15 is good. Later the said keep it to 4. Arrived at 5:430. Said traffic was bad. however they did a great job moving the baby grand. I said 5' but it was 5'6". They did not charge anymore. read more

Moved and placed the piano efficiently and in time. Knowledgable folks. Easy to deal with.

We had a little communication difficulty at first, but it was soon resolved. I was very happy with how they handled my probably 80-year-old 6' grand piano with shaky legs. In fact, only two guys moved it, which I didn't think was possible, especially going up a lot of stairs. They were very careful, and the price was reasonable. read more

We had this company help us move an elliptical exercise machine this week - not a piano. They were super careful from start to finish. No damage to anything. No bait and switch. Charged us exactly what they quoted. Honest. Three men showed up - all extremely professional, competent, and friendly. I'd use this company again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend. read more

Absolutely FANTASTIC service and pricing for moving a heavy spinet upstairs to a third-floor apartment in downtown Seattle. They requested pictures of the stairs and surroundings ahead of time to give us an accurate project quote. They performed exactly as promised, right on schedule, including notifying us 30 minutes before arriving. They were so quick, very professional, and knew exactly how to protect the piano and the building during the move. Most dazzling of all, they hauled our piano up multiple flights of stairs with amazing efficiency, and they even asked how we wanted it placed in the room. VERY nice folks. Highly recommend this team! read more

Piano Moving Artists & Piano Storage - Our piano safe and sound on the third floor thanks to this company. - Piano Services Near Me - Everett, Washington

I recently used Piano Moving Art to move a 1929 Chickering grand Ampico player piano. These are very difficult to move because of the fragile mechanical works extending below the piano. Piano Moving Art was very careful and performed excellent work in transporting my piano and setting it up. I've restored pianos since the 1970s and used many movers. These guys are great and I highly recommend them to move your valuable instruments with care. Dr. Mike Kukral, Rockaway Beach, Oregon. read more

The people weren't nice. They didn't bring covers for their shoes and when I asked about it, they were rude. He said we don't have it, give us if you have it.. They didn't want to remove shoes, that's understandable but being rude isn't justified. They caused some small discoloration of walls and when I mentioned it, the guy was rude again, he said we cannot fly to 2nd floor, just wash it with towel and warm water. It was a mere half and hour job and I paid them whatever they demanded .. kinda very high amount for half an hour job. The job was fine but I'd never hire them again. You can't be rude and disrespectful to customer who's paying you. read more

Very polite and easy to work with. This team was on time and early. This 3 person team had moved our heavy piano swiftly with care. This team will be my preference going forward. Thank you read more

We found Artur and his company Moving Piano Art to help move our baby grand piano from the lower part of our house to an upper level . Communication was prompt and reliable , easy to schedule and he was very accommodating in trying to arrange a good day to come when we were further south than the usual area . He was punctual, efficient , he and his moving partner clearly had a lot of care and expertise about pianos and had all the right equipment to get the task done right . Highly recommend and will definitely use this professional team again. Thanks also for the tips and advice regarding the best care and placement of our piano . read more

Art and his team did a wonderful job of pickup and delivery of my Yamaha baby grand from Shoreline to Auburn. Art was extremely responsive, efficient, and careful, and the price was the lowest of 4 piano movers I had requested quotes from. After contacting him, he was able to pick the piano up the next morning. Very happy with his service. Thanks Art! read more

We hired Piano Moving Art to move our upright piano. It was on the back porch and I gave them three options (paths) for them to get it to the front. They picked the option of moving it through the house. We live in a split level so they had about 6 stairs to navigate to the front porch and then three more stairs to the front yard. It was so interesting watching them problem solve the move. Once they knew what they were going to do they completed the task with ease. The were extremely professional and careful with the surroundings (house, yard, etc.) I took a few videos because I thought the person getting the piano would want to see the move happening. I would absolutely hire them again if I need a piano moved! read more

TL|DR: These folks ghosted us twice and put us in a serious bind. We are in the process of moving and have a piano that a friend of ours is taking. She scheduled Piano Moving Art & Piano Storage to do the move and they gave her an hour timeframe last Wednesday and said they'd text her when they were on their way. We changed our schedule in order to get our dog out of the apartment to make it easier for them, but did not hear from them before, during, or after the timeframe until the end of the day, when they told our friend that their van was not working and they would need to reschedule. They rescheduled us for Friday and gave us another hour timeframe. On Friday, they texted our friend at the start of our timeframe to let us know that we were 'still on the schedule today.' Again, the timeframe came and went with no communication and no show, no explanations given. This was the Friday before a holiday weekend, and we now have 4 days before we move to try to get someone in here to get the piano. I understand from having run a business that things happen, but communication is IMPERATIVE, and these folks gave none. Avoid at all costs. read more

Had a great experience with Piano Moving Art. They were timely, professional, and very responsive. I asked for piano moving one day and they were able to deliver the next day. Most importantly, they were extremely careful with our grand piano and moved it up a steep driveway and up a few steps. They offered the most competitive rate that we found and did not ask ad nauseum about the set-up of the two locations ahead of time in order to give me a quote. Polished the piano after moving. Helped me move the piano in a few different configurations as I decided the best way to orient the piano in the room. Another added bonus, they are well connected with others in the piano industry and was able to recommend a tuner as well as someone to patch a few preexisting blemishes on the piano. Would strongly recommend. read more

On our moving date last month, our mover declined to move our upright piano up one flight of stairs at our new home. With a little bit of luck, I was able to find the contact of Artur for help. He answered my urgent request, came pick up the piano right away to his storage and delivered it safely with his crew of another 2 members the following week. Artur was a pleasure to work with and got the job done professionally and beautifully. Pricing was fair considering my last minute request. I would highly recommend Artur for any piano moving job. read more

Arthur and Nikita are the best!! They were patiently and gently move our piano from our friend's to our living room with a challenging pathway!! (See photos!) I called Piano Moving Art and Piano Storage when the current piano mover I had hired changed the time of the move 4 times! After the 4th time, I called Piano Moving Art to see if they could step in and help on short notice. The worked me into their schedule and said they would be out in about 45 minutes! I was absolutely thrilled that they fit me in on the same day. Not only that, they came down in price to meet the quote I had from the company I was originally going to work with. Although there was some confusion about the location and they were a little late, we were so incredibly appreciative they made it on such short notice. The piano was a massive upright solid wood piano from the early 1900's - so certainly a challenging job. The loaded it quickly and carefully brought it into my home and worked to get the pads under the casters. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone wishing to work with professional, careful movers who work hard to give customers great service! read more

We bought a house and the previous owners left an upright piano in the basement that wasn't in super great condition. I didn't want to go through the process of refinishing it, so I asked for help in moving the piano to the dump. Nick and his team were able to come out that afternoon and graciously offered to take not only the piano, but the ancient washer and dryer as well. This was made more complicated by an incredibly steep driveway that the team was able to back their truck up and quickly loaded everything. I would absolutely use them again for similar problems. Thanks, Nick! read more

I learned of Piano Moving Art from Yelp, and got in touch for helping us move a piano over a 20-mile distance. Art was very responsive from the get go. He replied in less than an hour, and his team was available for moving the piano with just a couple days' notice. The quote he gave me was competitive, and there were no surprises at delivery. On the day of the move, Art was very communicative, and gave updates via text on the moving status. The piano arrived in perfect condition, and they also lay wooden planks to protect the grass in our front-yard. Both the men were wearing masks and gloves (especially important in our current COVID-19 situation :)). I would highly recommend them for piano moving service. read more

Artur and his team were fabulous. We had another mover come on Monday to do the job, but they didn't bring enough men. They recommended Artur and said they would have him call me. Artie called me the next day and scheduled to come out SAME DAY to move the upright Yamaha U1. He and his guys even arrived early. Within an hour they had moved our piano safely from the downstairs living room the the upstairs bonus room. This was no easy feet! It involved a switchback staircase that required the piano to be tipped completely on its side. The took their time moving it up step by step and safely landed her in the bonus room in under an hour. They were also extremely friendly, and all wore masks per COVID guidelines. Artur also charged EXACTLY what he quoted me at, which I hear is often not the case for piano movers. Highly recommend! read more

I definitely recommend this group for piano moving. We tried calling a few piano movers last week with no reply. Then through yelp I contacted a few and Art was very responsive and was able to schedule a piano move the next day! The plan was to arrive by 5pm and they got stuck in traffic (understandably because of the West Seattle Bridge being closed) but kept in contact and came two hours late, but notified me of that frequently so it ended up being fine since I didn't have plans afterwards. They did a great job, got the piano to where it needed to go, even put up with our indecision about what direction to put the piano in, and had a great price. Highly recommended! read more

We had a fantastic experience having our piano moved from a retirement community to our niece's home. Art was prompt with his response for a bid, kept us informed when he ran a little late due to the limited ferry schedule (much appreciated!), and carefully secured the piano for transport. The pricing was fair and competitive with other companies. As a bonus, Art has a great sense of humor. I HIGHLY recommend using this company for your piano moving needs. You will be glad you did! Thank you Art! Tim read more

Called Artur and he was friendly and professional, and gave me the lowest rate for the area by far. Great that the rate is simple with travel time and stairs and everything all included. He also had immediate availability to move a 6'3" grand for me; I called Thursday and he followed up in the afternoon via text to make sure I was able to get an appointment Friday morning! They did a great, efficient, careful job moving my new piano and I felt well taken care of. Thank you guys for a straightforward, well executed move! read more

Art and his team was very professional through the process. I had a baby grand moved from Gig Harbor to Sammamish and I am very pleased looking at the piano in my living room without any damage. Will highly recommend them for moving pianos. They know what they are doing. read more

I don't write many reviews, but these guys were fantastic! We had a large, heavy upright piano we had to get out of our house quickly, as the buyers didn't want it at the last minute. It was a very tricky to get out of our basement, but after some thought, they figured out a way to make it happen (including turning it upside-down to make it fit), I highly doubt another company would have taken the time and thought to make it work. They were very responsive to calls and text messages. Hope to never have to move a piano again, but would definitely use them if I did, without any hesitation! read more

This was a really bumpy experience, though I appreciate that in the end my piano was delivered safe and sound. I had scheduled my piano pick up for 12-1 on Friday, but they called to let me know they'd be there at 10:30. Earlier than I had planned, but I was able to adjust. Then they said they'd be dropping it off around 5-6 that evening, which I was a little surprised by because I thought they'd drop it off at the new address immediately. I texted when I hadn't heard from them at 5:30, then they said it'd be 7-8. Then they texted to say that since it was dark, they wanted to wait until the next morning. This was super inconvenient for me as I was waiting at the new address for them to show up, and I certainly wasn't expecting to have my piano taken overnight. They did get it to me the next morning, and I appreciate that they maneuvered their truck up my steep driveway and got everything reassembled quickly. Be really clear about timelines and expectations when you're scheduling a delivery. Also I wish both people had worn masks the entire time instead of just sometimes. read more

Highly recommend Artur and his team! I contacted them via text with a description and pictures and he quoted me a price right then. Their price was very competitive. On the day of delivery, they texted me 20 minutes before their arrival and were right on schedule (a few minutes early, even). Took them less than 30 minutes total to load my piano securely into their truck. They are very experienced and I had full confidence that our piano was in good hands. read more

I had to move a baby grand piano from my uncle to my house in Everett. While on the phone, I gave the wrong information to Artur about the layout. I recently had a new Schimmel Piano moved from Classic Pianos in Seattle to to our new home in Kennewick. Hats off to this wonderful team of 3 talented young, strong men from Nikita Piano movers, who had a very difficult task of moving the piano upstairs and around a corner. I was not sure it could be done and I was very worried it would not fit. We had no other place to put the piano, so I did not sleep well the night before. They really took their time and much to my surprise they DID it, perfectly!! I highly recommend this company for such an important task. read more

Had a hard time finding a mover in April to move a piano from Bellevue to SE Seattle. We were flexible as to days and didn't have a tight time frame. Art and his team did an excellent job moving my early-1900s vintage Bush and Lane upright grand from Anacortes to Auburn. They were great to work with over the phone. I had to postpone the move due to COVID, and Art was very accommodating in rescheduling the move. Despite the 900 lb. weight of the piano, they moved it efficiently and with great care. No damage was done to the piano or the flooring. The rate they charged was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their instrument moved, but wants it done the right way for a good price. read more

During a recent move the moving company I hired didn't have the right equipment to manage my piano, which left me with a piano in Poulsbo and the rest of my stuff in Kirkland. A few very expensive inquiries later I found Piano Moving Art with a very reasonable price. Even though they were less expensive they were in no way less attentive. I received text messages throughout the day with their ETA and updates when things were delayed. My piano showed up very well wrapped and cushioned and they made sure I was happy with where they placed it before they left. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, very professional and reasonable. read more
